Escape the Night is an American reality television series hosted by Joey Graceffa that was first broadcast on June 22, 2016 on YouTube Premium.[1][2] The series follows fantasy plots based in horror and murder mystery aesthetics. The fourth season was released on July 11, 2019.[3] The series is produced by Brian Graden Media.[4] As of September 4, 2019, 40 episodes of Escape the Night have aired, including seven specials, concluding the fourth season. It was the longest running series on YouTube Premium until its cancellation in 2020.[5][6]

Premise[]

The series follows The Savant (Joey Graceffa) as he finds himself in an estate in a past era, where he invites a number of guests to a party which requires them to act and dress as various personas from that era. Once there, they are cut off from the outside world, challenged to survive the night and escape the estate. To do this, the guests team up with him to participate in challenges and escape room puzzles, competing with each other to escape from the historical era by solving and completing them. At the end of each episode, two guests are voted into a challenge to compete against each other, where the losing guest is eliminated via a fictional death until one or more guests ultimately win and are sent back to the modern world.

YouTube Era (2016-19)[]

Conception[]

When YouTube Premium launched in October 2015, Graceffa's show was one of ten exclusive original series scheduled to debut in 2016, and was still an untitled project.[7][8] The series was set to be produced by Brian Graden Media, and began filming in a house near Valencia, California.[4][9] Graceffa said that the show was inspired by an episode of television show Lizzie McGuire themed around a murder mystery, and was also closely related to the 1985 film Clue.[10][9] Graden called the show "a hybrid between scripted mystery and reality elimination show".[4]

Distribution[]

The series debuted on June 22, 2016, with two episodes going live.[11] The premiere episode had 11.3 million views and 1.1 billion social impressions.[12] The show was renewed for a second season in October 2016, and was scheduled to debut on June 22, 2017.[13][14] In May 2018, Graceffa confirmed there would be a third season, which debuted on June 21, 2018.[15][16] The fourth season, which made it the longest running original series on YouTube, premiered on July 11, 2019.[3] The first episode of season 4 premiered simultaneously at VidCon during a panel conference with Graceffa, and was also available to watch for free on YouTube.[17]

Escape the Night: Escape Room[]

The Escape the Night: Escape Room was an immersive escape room centered around the fourth season of Escape the Night. The escape room was a limited event exclusively in Beverly Hills, California, that ran from August 9, 2019, to August 27, 2019. The escape room had multiple rooms to venture through, with surprise guest appearances from Graceffa, Jack O'Connor (Mortimer), and Eva Augustina Sinotte (The Sorceress).[18]

Board game[]

In June 2020, Graceffa announced via vlog that due to COVID-19's impact on Hollywood and television, Season 5 was postponed indefinitely, but teased a new interactive fan version. Fans of the show signed up to an email list in order to receive updates about the new project.[19][20] In July 2020, a Kickstarter campaign was started to fund a board game based on the series; its goal of $30,000 was achieved in just 3 hours. It was formally announced the next day.[21]

Cancelation[]

In June 2020, it was confirmed that YouTube Premium had declined to renew the show for a fifth season, canceling its longest running original series.[5][6] On June 2021, Graceffa stated in a vlog that Youtube will no longer fund and distribute further seasons of the series, but has stated that he has full ownership of the intellectual property, and is currently pitching the series for another season under a different network, and is also developing a potential spinoff.[22]

Joey invites 10 friends, Timothy DeLaGhetto, Lele Pons, Sierra Furtado, GloZell Green, Oli White, Eva Gutowski, Andrea Brooks, Justine Ezarik, Matt Haag, and Shane Dawson over to a dinner party in celebration of receiving his new owned house from his cousin twice removed. As they’re welcomed in the house by Arthur, who is the head of staff (who Joey introduces to them minutes later), Joey tells them that dinner will be served soon and they should play games and have some drinks in the mean time. The group splits up, Eva, Matt and Shane play darts, Timothy, Justine and GloZell play a card game, and Joey, Lele, Andrea, Sierra and Oli have a conversation about their 1920’s roles. Joey intends to live in the house alone, until Lele asks him if he has a girlfriend, to which he responds nervously because he’s gay. Joey then leaves them to go to Eva and Shane to play darts. Shane asks Joey if they can look around, but Joey says no because dinner is almost ready. While most of the group goes to the dinner table, Eva and Shane sneak off upstairs to explore the house. No one notices they’re gone until Justine sees 2 empty chairs, then the rest of them do. Meanwhile, Eva and Shane turn a corner upstairs and stop dead in their tracks when they see Sarah dragging a body into the distance. Eva tries to go further, but Shane stops her. Then Sarah comes. Eva tries to lie and ask where the bathroom is, but Sarah forcefully tells them to go downstairs. Eva heads downstairs, but Shane stays, and whispers into Sarah’s ear “I know what you’re doing”. Someone locks the gates outside, and puts dynamite under the car that the guests came with. GloZell and Matt become skeptical of Sarah, because of the way she looks. Joey feels disrespected that Eva and Shane veered off from the group and defied his wishes to stay downstairs. GloZell shares a few laughs with the group, then Eva and Shane enter the dining room. They both try to change the subject because it’s too early for it and they want to keep the group calm. Just then, Arthur walks in and hands Shane a note. The group tells Shane to open it, but he doesn’t. Then as soon as Sarah walks in with “dinner”, Shane starts coughing up blood. He tells the group that he was poisoned. The group starts blaming the Sarah for the poisoning, until Matt reads the telegram to find out that Shane “knew” he was poisoned. Sarah servesthe dih which is a chopped off head. The group splits up and tries to save him, but end up failing, causing Shane to die within 15 minutes. They regroup again, only for Lele to blame Timothy for killing Shane because killing people is his job. Joey then starts to blame Eva, because she was the last person to be seen with Shane, but she denies it. Eva and GloZell then start to blame Joey because it’s his house. Joey then starts to search Shane’s body for clues, and he finds a note, which basically says that they have until 6 A.M to recover 4 artifacts or they’ll be stuck in the house forever. Joey says they should leave, and leads them to the car outside, but the car explodes.
22"The Ungodly Machine"June 22, 2016 (2016-06-22)
After the car mysteriously explodes, the gang rushes back inside, all traumatized by what just happened. They start talking about the note they found earlier. GloZell suggests that they just choose somebody to die of the group, but everyone quickly rejects that suggestion. Matt says that people are going to die regardless because they have to vote 2 people into dark challenges, which only 1 can survive. Then Sarah walks in with a box, which reveals a tatted up hand, and a note. GloZell starts the note and Eva finishes it off, and it requires them to communicate with the dead via spirit board. Arthur suggests that someone should act as the voice and read the invocation. Since Justine is by it already, she reads the invocation and acts as the voice. The spirit board then responds back, revealing the letters B O O K and S, which spell out books. Matt opens the cabinet and finds a chest, but it’s locked. Some of the group finds books that have to do with the lock code, and they put it in the table. They then match it up and turn the dials and it lights up. They then hear a voice utter the numbers 3, 5, 4, and 7, and realize that that is the code for the locked box. They get the locked box open and inside are chess pieces. Matt also notes that there’s a chess board on the opposite side of the room. They match the chess pieces with the corresponding phrases on the note and a drawer opens, revealing yet another note. They have to find the 4 elements of triangles, which are located around the house, meaning the group has to split up. Sierra, Eva and Timothy find Air and Earth, GloZell, Lele and Matt find Fire, and Joey, Andrea and Oli find Water. They open the cabinet and recover a note. They find out that 2 guests voted in from the group must be locked in the Ungodly Machine, and those 2 must choose a partner to aid them in defeating it. Andrea and Lele get voted in. Andrea chooses a nervous Justine to be her partner, while Lele chooses a calm-headed Eva to be hers. Once the girls enter the basement, their objective is to malfunction the machine in under 30 minutes, or else a monster will emerge. They will do this by completing a number of puzzles - such as number problems, fixing parts or sticking their hands into freezing water to retrieve items. Eva manages to complete the first few puzzles silently and with ease whilst Justine complains loudly about the difficulty and argues with Andrea. Eva manages to complete all of the tasks and frees Lele, however Andrea's machine goes off and she dies from the toxic gas. Eva retrieves the first artifact. Timothy accuses Justine of letting Andrea die and not putting in full effort to save her, but then Justine fires back by saying that she needed to go because she didn’t help open the locked cabinet. Lele puts the artifact on the shelf, and at the corner of his eye, Oli spots a small paper, and it says that one of them is in league with the evil in the house.
33"Buried Alive"June 29, 2016 (2016-06-29)
The group starts accusing one another of being in league with the evil in the house. Lele, suspicious of Oli, asks him how did he see the tiny note from that far, and Oli replies with he has good vision. Justine calls bullshit and starts blaming Arthur and Sarah, but Arthur says they’re just here to help. GloZell continues to blame Joey for everything that’s going on. Matt starts wrongfully accusing Justine of being in league with the evil, to which most of the group agrees. Joey breaks the commotion and reads the note brought back from the basement, which actually also comes with a picture of a woman. The note says that the second artifact can be recovered by speaking to the woman in the photograph via a séance. They also need a unique part of her beauty, an article of clothing, or her birthstone. However, they have to study the picture, because they have to rip the picture up. They memorize the picture, rip it up, and split up once again. Matt, Eva, and Sierra search the guest room. While in there, Matt asks the girls who they think is working with the evil, and Sierra responds with Joey, because it’s his house, while Eva says Justine or Joey. Matt tells them that he thinks it’s either Justine or Lele. Timothy, Lele, and GloZell search the window room, and Joey, Justine, and Oli search the bedroom. Joey finds the article of clothing under the bed. Lele finds the Birthstone Earrings and brings it downstairs, with the rest of her group in tow. Matt finds a wig in the bathroom and they bring it downstairs. Another drawer opens up and it reveals a scroll, telling them how the séance should be set up. Sarah volunteers to be the voice of the deceased. There were a few mess ups, but they manage to set up the séance correctly. Sarah goes out of body and Caroline speaks to them, saying that she was taken against her will and buried alive in a coffin. She also tells them that if they want to retrieve it, they should find the key, the coffin, exhume it from the earth, and release her. The group, yet again, breaks up into groups. Lele, Justine, Sierra, and Matt take the low road to find the key, while Joey, GloZell, Oli, Timothy, and Eva find the coffin. Matt and Justine stay aback talking about who is working with the evil. He questions Justine if she’s the “rat”, but she denies it, and he tells her that he thinks it’s Lele. Timothy also questions his group, saying that he doesn’t trust the other group, and still blames Justine for how she handled the Ungodly Machine challenge, but Joey defends her. The coffin group soon finds a piece of the heart of the forest. Meanwhile, the key group finds a piano in the middle of nowhere. Eva finds the second piece of the heart of the forest. Justine tells the group that the piano is playing a song and that they need to replicate it. It worked, and they retrieve the key. They meet up with the rest of the group, finding out that they’re already digging up the coffin. As Justine is claustrophobic, she stays away from the coffins, but the group still finds her suspicious. Sierra opens the coffin and they pull it up. They prepare for a dead, old, body that should be in the coffin, but come to find out, the coffin is empty, except for a note. The note says that they need to vote, but only one person from the bat will be drawn, and that person will be taken against their will and be buried alive and suffocate in the coffin. Joey pleads his case and tells them that he’s sorry for getting the guests messed up in this. Then the group starts to zero in on Justine going in the coffin, because they think she’s working with the evil. Justine pleads her case, and Joey continues to defend her. Justine, Joey and Matt all agree not to vote Justine whilst GloZell convinces the rest of the group that if they don't vote Justine then they will die. Joey and Justine vote Tim, Matt votes Lele because of their public rivalry and the rest vote Justine. Arthur picks out a name from the pile and its Justine. She screams at them and attempts to run, but Marvin, the groundskeeper, tackles her. Glozelle, Lele and Tim all pick her up and carry her over to the coffin whilst she pleads with them. Joey attempts to stop them but is outnumbered whilst everyone else begins to cover the coffin with the shovels. Justine stops screaming and the group realises that she is dead, they then retrieve a box and the artifact and an overwhelmed Joey runs back inside the house. The group attempts to convince him that she deserved it but eventually give up and Eva holds out the box, asking what they should do with it.
94"Mannequins"July 6, 2016 (2016-07-06)
After Justine is dead, GloZell thinks Joey was faking about being sad. Oli takes the box they found with the artifact and smashes it, revealing a slip that says IDLE. They find a clock which has four hands, that they turn to the number the letters are in the alphabet, which it 9-4-12-5. It reveals a keyhole on the bookshelf in the library, and a photo of the staircase in the foyer. Tim sees a car outside, and asks Sierra to go see it with him. Joey feels around the staircase, and a piece of wood falls, which holds the key. They open a door, leading to the secret room, the room is full of mannequins, they notice Tim and Sierra are gone. Tim goes in a little window of the car and unlocks it, they check the glove compartment, and get a note that says 'Slow Down'. Tim finds a key by the brake, it opens the trunk that has a mannequin in it. the rest of the group are forced to fish around in pies, grab organs out of the mannequins and other disgusting tasks. The rest of the group find a not in the secret room, and says they need five mannequins, but there is only four. They find out the mannequins represent the family that Calvin murdered. Tim and Sierra come in with the mannequin, and complete the dinner for five. They receive a clue that says two must be voted to play 'perverse games' on the second floor for the artifact. The group votes and Joey and Lele are drawn, GloZell laughs and reveals that she voted for Joey. The two go upstairs. They first have to play 'Spin the Bottle' with mannequins until they get a number from under the door. Then Lele has to have a 'Ménage à trois' with two mannequins. Joey has to do 'stuff' with a female mannequin. They get the code and enter it on a drawer, a book comes out, which is a murder journal. It says the next name you write, will die a horrible death. Lele wants Matt because they're enemies, but Joey wants GloZell. They write GloZell and she coughs up blood downstairs by the rest of the group, and dies. They get the artifact. Joey says not to tell them they killed GloZell. They go down stairs and Matt starts getting mad at Lele accusing her of being with the evil. Lele says it was him or GloZell. Joey gets mad she told, whilst Eva, Tim and Oli all separately state their new feelings of distrust in Joey. They suddenly hear loud roaring and Arthur says the house has released its guardian.
55"Freak Show"July 13, 2016 (2016-07-13)
Joey brings back a Circus ticket. They need to find the source of the orange smell, which Joey finds. There is a ticket box. They put the ticket in and get two clown masks. The Guardian arrives, and they must get to the safe zone in the backyard. They two people wearing the mask are invisible, and must trade every often. Eva and Sierra go first but don't find anything. Joey and Lele find a key in a birdbath, it is for the pool house. There is a chest with a chest inside of it, which is locked. Eva and Joey solve the code, which involves mirrors. Eva gets a music box and runs to a plynth to play it. The Ringmaster appears takes The Guardian to the Carnival. Inside is the artifact. They have to vote two in, and everyone splits off to discuss what to do. Tim gets voted in and then, to everyone's shock, Oli is also voted in. The first challenge is hitter a sledgehammer on a bell ringer, Oli wins. The next is juggling, they both fail. Then it's tightrope walking, Tim wins. The Ring Leader says it's down to the audience's vote who dies. They are put in a dunk tank, The Ringmaster says it's full of piranhas. The Ring Leader puts them both down, but only to find out there are no piranhas. He tells them that because they returned the Guardian to him, he will repay then with letting them both live. Oli distrusts Joey after working out he is the one who voted for him, he shares these feelings with Eva who agrees but warns him not to tell anyone else. They get the artifact, and question what to do next, thus preparing us for the ritual next episode.
66"Did Someone Call For An Exorcist?"July 20, 2016 (2016-07-20)
The guests have all four artifacts. Arthur gives them a sheet, and he says it's a ritual from Shane's jacket. They vote Sierra to do the center artifact; she has to wrap black coil around it seven times while Matt does the invocation, but the artifacts all fall. The ritual didn't work. Joey and Tim find a black box with a key plus a note. The note says the house is evil, and the note's author is trapped in the back basement. When they go to the basement, they find David Santos. He says the house gains its strength from its five former owners, and when they are freed the demon will be weak enough to banish. He says he lost his faith when he could not exorcise a girl, and they need to exorcise her to regain his faith and free him. The group needs a rosary and holy water for the exorcism. They go upstairs and split into two groups, in order to search the two different rooms. Eva, Joey, and Oli go into the guest room to get the rosary. Lele, Matt, Sierra, and Tim go to the window room to get the holy water. Joey and his group find a cabinet that says REVELATIONS on it. They find seven demon names around the room. They were RAUM, DANTALION, INCUBUS, FORNEUS, XAPHAN, BELIAL, and MOLOCH. On the cabinet are 13 Devils and 1 angel, which is a reference to the verse REVELATIONS 13:1 in the Bible. They turn to this verse, which gives them the code, and the cabinet opens. Now, they need to arrange the names in alphabetical order. They do this, and the rosary comes out. All this time, both groups are being scared by demons who know they're going to perform the exorcism. In the window room, they find normal water, and a note which says to look to Saint Peter and put the number of cups in the basin along with the dust of the tabernacle. They find the basin, and Lele sees Roman numerals on the painting of Saint Peter, along with plus and minus signs. They solve the equation, which gives them an answer of five. So, they put five cups of water in the basin, and find tabernacle dust in the envelope with the note and put it in the basin, and get the holy water. Both groups meet back downstairs. They find out they need to vote two people to exorcise the girl downstairs. Matt volunteers, as he feels knowledgeable in the subject of exorcisms because he is a professor and has worked on similar things. However, just before the group starts to vote, Matt says he made a mistake and doesn't want to volunteer, which angers the rest of the group, resulting in some of them voting for him. He ultimately gets drawn, along with Sierra. Sierra is scared as they go downstairs. Sierra has to say a prayer repeatedly while holding down the girl. If she lets go, she dies. Matt has to do three things, and then the last step will reveal itself to him. They go in and Sierra holds her down and starts praying. As Matt goes through the steps, which include placing candles into a star pattern on the floor, and drawing an alpha and omega symbol, things start falling down all around the room. He then is in a hurry and reads just the first few words from the last step, which says to pour the holy water over the girl, and then place the rosary onto Sierra. He does both these things, but when he places it on Sierra, she dies. He is confused and then reads it again. It says he could put it on Sierra, and she would die, or he could put it on himself, meaning he would die but Sierra would live. The girl gives him a cross. Matt goes back upstairs. The group is shocked that he killed Sierra, and go downstairs again. They give the cross to David, who is then freed, and start searching for the next owner.
77"Mermaid Tails"July 27, 2016 (2016-07-27)
After Sierra's death, the group opens the book to find the next owner, which is a mermaid named Madison. It says the key to her room can only be opened by opening the world, they break two globes, but none have a key. They finally find the key in a little gold world. They go up stairs and open her room, inside she is chained up. They find out she is a former owner. She says they need to get her daughter's doll to free her. She tells them to weigh her husband's name in coins. Then retrieve the three bodies of her victims from the pool, which is guarded by her mermaid sisters, and that they need to play a song to lure them away. They go downstairs again, and try finding the coins. They find a locked safe, they use the spirit board, which says FLOOR. Eva finds a vent on the floor that opens, and finds the coins, Tim finds out that you put the names of her victims by counting that many coins in how many letters are in their name on a scale, and the weight is the code. They get the song to lure the mermaids, the put a record player and put it in the pool house and start it. The mermaids come out of the pool and go to the pool house, the group locks them inside. They run to the pool, and Lele and Joey go into the pool and get the three bodies, there is also a chest that they pull up. They have to find something with the transformation of the moon's phases. They find turtle statues surrounding the pool with moon phases on them, the count them and get the code. Matt isn't helping since the exorcism, and everyone is mad at him for not helping. Eva ends up shouting and getting angry at him - causing the rest of the group to get suspicious of her due to her normally calm and level-headed disposition. Inside the safe is a rock tablet that says two guest must be chosen to do a challenge on the third floor in the doll room, which will haunt them forever. The two guest chosen are Matt and Tim, they go into the room and there is a doll house on each side of the room, and tons of dolls around the room. They have to take a drink to know more, they each take a sip, and a note comes under the door. It says they've been poisoned and they will get three nursery rhymes they have to copy with the doll that fits the description, and they do it in their dollhouse. If they get it wrong, they will get more poison, if they get it right, they will get the antidote. They both get done, and a vial of liquid comes out of each of their drawers and Matt says he is 100 percent sure he's won, and he takes a sip of the vial he receives; the vial turns out to be poison, which ends Matt's life. Tim receives a note that neither of them had the antidote and that is was on the back of the drawer. Tim gets the doll, goes downstairs, and the others are happy Matt is finally dead. Madison is given the doll, set free, and the remaining 5 can now find the other owners. The episode ends with Tim asking who the next owner is.
88"All Out War"August 3, 2016 (2016-08-03)
The episode starts with the group of five, they all find out about this soldier who's obsessed with his gold. They receive one bar of gold, and they head upstairs, running into Collin, the soldier they read about. They hesitantly give him the block of gold, and he remarks he'll help them. Both Eva and Lele are attracted to him, not expecting that he would be some old dude. Collin told them they had to go, because they were in a war zone. Collin had his gun and started aiming out into the backyard, while the other five huddle around the radio. They hear instructions and information, and slowly head out into the backyard. There was a building and Collin gives Eva a grenade, and tells her to throw it into the window. Once Eva knows what to do, he pulls the trigger, and she bolts, scared it'll blow up in her face, and throws it into the building, with it exploding and leaving the outside intact. All of them head over and get the briefcase they needed, and being the annoying person Collin is, he starts smoking. Joey starts to investigate the case, and tries to burn it with Collin's lighter. But they find the code on the box and unlock the box. They find the key for the box of gold, and they have to go into a challenge. Joey and Oli are forced to go into a room together whilst the others all grab guns to shoot attacking German Zombies. After completing the task they manage to get what they need and go outside to meet with the others. They discover that they need to vote two people into a challenge. All of them go into their little groups, and Lele joins Tim and Joey, while Oli strays to Eva. Oli tells Eva that Joey's planning on voting her in, both feeling that their suspicions of Joey have been confirmed, they agree to make an alliance. Once they all vote, Eva and Tim's name were called. They went into the East Side Guest House and they sat down across from each other. They hear the instructions from the radio once more about the challenge, and its a combination of Battleship and Russian Roulette. They set up their troops in their own strategic way, and every time either one of them hit, they'd have to risk shooting themselves in the head. They start up and Eva guesses correctly but the gun doesn't go off. They continue and Tim gets angry at Eva because he believes she is cheating, however he guesses correctly and Eva is forced to shoot herself. The gun doesn't go off, but Tim feels responsible and says he would rather kill himself then watch Eva do it. Eva guesses correctly once more and covers her eyes in sadness, Tim takes a deep breath and fires the gun. It goes off and instantly kills him. Eva screams before starting to cry and refuses to look at his body because she feels responsible, she grabs the case with all the gold, and runs outside, dropping it and the key on the ground. She tells Collin off, asking "Was it worth it???" and Collin replying "Yes" in a hypnotized tone. As Collin vanishes, Eva says she no longer even likes him because nothing is worth the death of her friends. Eva walks back in shock to the estate, and they all meet up again. Eva tells them its not worth anything anymore because they are going to die, but the others being back her moral and they start discussing the next owner.
99"Wicked Hallucinations"August 10, 2016 (2016-08-10)
Months before, in a sanatorium, a psychologist is using a Rorschach test to see how the mind of his patient is faring. As the patient talks about disturbing visions, he is shocked as a form of "learning". The testing continues on, with the patient getting shocked more and more as he describes his visions at length. His doctor does not believe in the hallucinations, and the patient, Vincent, slips the bonds of his chair, grabbing a scalpel and attacking the doctor where he sat, eventually making his way back to the Manor. After placing the memento of Collin, the gold bar, on the mantle, the Guests look in the Priest's notebook for the next owner, who was Vincent, with the clue being that he could be found in the attic, a floor that they have not explored yet. Hesitating slightly, the Guests entered his room, finding Vincent inside, bound in a straitjacket. He told the Guests that to free him from the house, they needed to face three of his hallucinations, and he gave them a map to the Manor grounds, the map showing them the three locations that they had to go through. The map led them to the Greenhouse, where they had to sift through the potted plants in order to recover body parts to create a "Plant Man", all the while a zombie was reaching through the holes in the greenhouse walls to scare them. Once the monster was created, it easily dispatched the zombie, and the Guests claimed the first key. They were then directed to a circle of stones, where a masked swords woman stood, with masks hanging from the rocks around her. The Guests had to find five masks that fit the riddle that was read on the inside of the mask, but if they got one wrong, they were forcibly removed from the hallucination and had to wait for the others to return to the real world. They missed on the first mask, but had a second chance in exchange for the burlap sack that hid Oli's face. They got the next three right before picking another wrong mask, and Oli was forcibly removed from the hallucination by being stabbed. The remaining members found the next to last mask before realizing that the final mask was on the swords woman. They removed her mask, and all that she had were eyes: her ears, nose, and mouth were gone, she then slices Lele in half and forcibly removes her from the hallucination. Having been unmasked, the swordsmen chases Eva and Joey from her grotto and back to the house, where Oli and Lele rejoins them. They then found the last clue, which brought the party back down to the basement for Vincent's most deadly hallucination. Each party guest put their own name into the hat to discourage any hard feelings, with Lele and Oli being chosen; Joey teamed with Lele while Eva teamed with Oli. They were brought down to the doctor's electroshock chamber, where two "learning" chairs were set up. Lele and Oli sat in the chairs while Joey and Eva tried to toss metal rings into the posts in front of the chairs. Every miss shocked the occupants of the chairs, and if one team did not complete before the time limit of a half hour, both Lele and Oli would die due to the short circuiting of the chairs.It was a hard fought duel, but in the end, Eva and Oli won, Lele's chair overloading and killing her. The three remaining Guests brought the keys back to Vincent, unlocking the straightjacket and freeing him, not before Vincent recognised Arthur, the chief of staff at the Manor. Vincent turned to Joey and said that he warned the group, which leads back to a flashback from Ungodly Machine, and Vincent's note. Arthur is in league with the evil, and as the episode closes, the Guests are running for their lives.
1010"Betrayal At The House On The Hill"August 17, 2016 (2016-08-17)
Arthur narrates his flashback with his wife, explaining that he is a confidence man, his current mark being his wealthy socialite wife. He is pouring tea, and he secretly poisons hers, serving her the deadly draught as he smiles and wishes her a happy anniversary with a toast. With one sip, she cries out in pain, succumbing to the laced tea as Arthur pulls off his wedding band, flipping it onto her corpse. He walked over to the window of their bedroom, contemplating his next job, when he receives a call from someone (presumably the Demon controlling the Mansion). He arrives at the mansion, intent on not only owning the cursed residence, but controlling the evil within. He eventually succeeds in this goal and is then revealed to be the masked figure seen throughout the previous episodes. The surviving Guests were captured by the house staff, terrified as to what has befallen them in the past 9 hours, as Arthur finally unveils his grand scheme: he needed the artifacts, as well as the previous owners gone, in order to control the house. As he gloated, he dropped the diagram for the true ritual, the one that the guests performed during 'Did Someone Call For An Exorcist?' being the wrong one. The staff then proceeded to chloroform the guests, and place them in the Torture Room, which was hidden inside the Butler's Chambers. Joey was the first to wake up from his drugged condition, followed by Eva and Oli. Joey was the first to notice an ornate wood box next to him, as well as a 'V' shaped poker, but the key did not fit the lock on his box. Oli tried using Joey's key on his chest, then passed the poker to Eva, who was able to open her chest and start to free herself from her chains, all the while being shouted at by a man who has clearly gone insane shouted nonsense at them. Once they were all freed, they opened one last lockbox, which contained a note, presumed to be from Arthur, as well as his pocket watch. The note stated that by sunrise at 6:00, if they did not leave the house, the serum that was injected with would make them complacent and turn them into servants in the house. They escape into the Butler's Chambers, which contained not only the key to escape the room, but also Arthur's police file and the first clue to the last puzzle. Taking the clue to the first step of the puzzle, as well as the diagram to the ritual, Joey led the way out to the Manor grounds, their escape triggering an alarm that alerted Arthur and his accomplices. Arthur, Marvin, and Sarah split up to chase the guests: Sarah patrolled the house, Marvin guarded the sides of the house, while Arthur guarded the back. The guests had to remain out of sight to stay safe, because if they were caught, they were dead. They made their way to the pool to look for the next clue to their puzzle, but Oli remembered where another reflecting pool was: the fountain at the front of the house. The Guests evaded Arthur and Marvin to not only secure the chest hidden in the fountain, but also three diamonds, which fit in the chest. When they opened the chest, they received two rubies, and the clue told them to look for a winged guardian protecting the second floor of the house that overlooked the front yard. After discussing briefly, they knew they had to get up to the second floor and to the gargoyle, avoiding Sarah in the process. After a few miscommunication errors and several harrowing escapes, they got to the gargoyle and inserted the rubies into his "eyes", unlocking the box for their next clue, and the emerald for the offering. They were directed to walk up a "spiral of pain" in order to feed a demon who "bathed in a pool of blood". Deducing they had to get to the spiral staircase in the back of the house, the Guests once again evaded capture, though Eva was nearly caught, but they retrieved the key to the brother's cell, returning to the wine cellar to free him. Arthur's brother was hungry for revenge, as he was the final owner of the house to be freed, and went on a killing spree to free the Guests of the horrific game Arthur forced them to play. Sarah was the first to fall by his hook, followed by Marvin in gruesome fashion. Arthur was able to wound his brother, but ultimately fell as well. With revenge done, Arthur's brother scared the guests back into the house to perform the ritual and finally escape the nightmare. As Eva and Oli grabbed the artifacts and the sand, Joey spotted the deed to the Manor, pocketing it so the house would not fall into the wrong hands. They quickly drew the circle, Joey in the center to bind the fourth artifact, Oli reading the spell. The ritual was a success, banishing the evil, but the Guests had to move quickly, as they only had 5 minutes to bury the artifacts and leave. With their objectives finally complete, the surviving Guests departed the house. Eva and Oli reflect back on all their friends who died and narrate over the top of flashbacks to all of their deaths, they talk about how nobody will understand and how nothing will be the same for them. As they exited, Eva and Oli are on the verges of tears whilst Joey seemed happy at the prospect of surviving. Just as they walked out of the gate, Joey seemed to have some sort of crack within his face and his eyes becoming black, then his face and eyes going back to normal, before finally walking off into the distance.

Season 2 starts off with the cast for this season asking where Joey Graceffa is. We then see Oli, Eva, and Joey leaving the estate, and return home. A voice over says that the evil has been contained, or Joey thought. The evil found a way into the crack in Joey's soul until a greater evil called it. The evil leaves Joey's soul, and the evil enters a gem, which The Sorceress is holding. Joey is then taken control of by The Sorceress. He writes invitations to DeStorm Powers, Gabbie Hanna, Liza Koshy, Jesse Wellens, Tana Mongeau, Alex Wassabi, Lauren Riihimaki, Tyler Oakley, and Andrea Russett. He also invites Oli and Eva. Oli rips up the invitation, and says, "I am not going to another party by Joey Graceffa. Last time, 8 people died. Worst house party ever!" Eva burns the invitation, stating, "Not today, Satan!" All the guest arrive, and mingle and meet each other. A man walks down the stairs, welcoming them to his home, and announcing his name is Dorian. Andrea says she got a lot of bad energy when Dorian walked in. Liza asks where Joey is, and Dorian responds Joey wanted Dorian to greet them on their behalf, as he will be coming soon. Dorian proposes a toast, to Joey Graceffa, the man of the hour. The characters each go their separate ways. Alex, Andrea, and Liza go up the stairs, while the rest explore the foyer. Liza asks Andrea what she is, and she responds she is a mystic. After a quick description by Andrea, Alex asks what Liza is. She responds with she is an Explorer. Tyler, Gabbie, and Lauren are talking in the foyer when Gabbie says she loves to be the center of attention. She then asks Tyler what he is. He replies with him being a Thespian. Gabbie states she is a Vaudevillian. She asks Tyler if he is single. He said he is exploring that Tana, DeStorm, and Jesse are taking by a statue. Tana asks about DeStorm's money and his assets. He said railroads. DeStorm and Jesse are bickering about how safe his security is. Tana leaves, joining Liza and Lauren. Tana asks if Lauren made her dress, and she said she is an engineer. Liza asks if she made that booty, and she said yes, prompting Liza to say "That's what Alex is writing about."Alex, DeStorm, and Tyler are talking about Alex's books. Liza, Tana, and Lauren are looking at a book, open to a page about Dorian. DeStorm notices something off about a painting, and peel the corner to reveal that it is a part of a map. Gabbie, Andrea, and Jesse find a cryptic. The book mark reads either live or evil. They think they opened it, but they just broke it. They put evil in the cryptic, and it opens up. They find a key inside. Alison pulls Alex and Tyler aside, telling them they have to leave. She said it's not safe. Liza then gets captured. Alison then takes the guest to the ballroom. She tells them that her father owns does not own the estate, and they need to stay close to her. They enter the ballroom. Jesse wants to join two girls, but Alison says no. It is revealed to the Guest that they are vampires. Dorian says, "But first, the appetizer." He pulls back a curtain to reveal Joey, strapped into a machine that takes his blood. A vampire then brings Liza into the Ballroom and ties her up. Liza and Joey try to escape, so they have to find keys. Liza pushes a lever that releases Joey from his chains.The other Guests enter the Green Room. Alison then tells them that to free Joey, they will have to kill Dorian. She is betraying her father, for others that want out. She tells that he has to be placed in a circle of purified salt, burned by a sunstone, and they have a stake driven through his heart. They have to find the salt that is in the room. Allison then rings a bell for whenever a vampire comes. As a result of getting a few of the guests captured but not killed yet. The episodes then ends in a cliffhanger with Joey and Liza with stakes with Liza telling Joey, "You got some payback to do. They took a lot of your blood.". Ready to stab some vampires as revenge for drinking Joey's blood.

In the final challenge, Lauren is facing DeStorm to get the Golden Goblet. DeStorm finished all the challenges, whilst Lauren was stuck on the last. DeStorm got the Golden Goblet and cheered as Lauren was killed, this caused a lot of drama between Alex, her boyfriend, and Destorm in future episodes.

Jorogumo has targeted Jesse and DeStorm, and it is up to Tana and Gabbie to save one of them. Gabbie, the winner of the Spider Web Challenge, chose to save DeStorm, must to everyone's dislike.
144"A Nation Divided"July 5, 2017 (2017-07-05)
The guests are forced to battle each other in a crazy game of Capture the Flag. DeStorm, Alex, Gabbie, and Andrea are part of The Confederates, while Joey, Tana, Liza, and Tyler are part of The Dark Army. When Joey's team wins, the guests vote in the inevitable pair of DeStorm and Alex. Alex wins and all the guests watch as DeStorm is executed by the dark army firing squad.
155"The Gingerbread Woman"July 12, 2017 (2017-07-12)
The guests learn that 2 children are about to be baked alive inside the Gingerbread Woman's oven to be used for meat pies. The guests split up into 2 teams, Alex, Tana and Gabbie look for the children's friend to open the door cast with a spell, while Joey, Tyler, Andrea and Liza look for the baker's meat pie recipe as an exchange for the gem. When they arrive, they find a man named Sampson who has the Candy Gem. Although, before the guests exchange it, the Gingerbread Woman walks inside and realizes that the guests have stolen her recipe. Because of this, she instructs the guests to vote for two to compete for the gem. The winner will receive it and the loser will be used as an ingredient for her next meat pie. Tyler and Liza get chosen to compete in the challenge. Liza loses against Tyler, but Sampson tells them that they can both live if they follow his plan. He tells them that Tyler should eat the Gingerbread Woman's pie but say that it tastes bad. The Gingerbread Woman will get upset and go inside the oven to check what's wrong, then Sampson will shut the door and bake her inside. The plan succeeds and Liza and Tyler survive. However, outside the room, the Sorceress appears and tells them that they can't cheat and one of them must die to obtain a gem. The Harpies appear and kill Sampson and Liza by slitting their throats.
166"Endless Winter Night"July 19, 2017 (2017-07-19)
The guests venture into a realm of fantasy in hopes of recovering the next gem, but first they must outmanoeuvre the Ice Witch and her wicked harpies. Joey and Andrea are voted into a riddles challenge in which the winner will have to betray. Both get stuck on their first riddles and so agree to work together and complete the first challenge together. They reach the betrayal challenge at the same time and discover that its not eachother they have to betray, but someone else who wasn't voted in. Joey doesn't want to kill anyone, but Andrea says that it should be Tana because she is the only one who hasn't won a challenge yet and failed in the tangled web one. Joey refuses to do it so Andrea smashes Tana's name on a rock. Tana dies when a guardian strikes a blow to her stomach with Gabbie kneeling beside her - crying. The ice Witch appears and is killed by Joey and Andrea but they have no gem. The two are gifted a magical crystal but return to the group empty handed which angers everyone else, especially Gabbie.
177"Automaton Love Story"July 26, 2017 (2017-07-26)
Cedric is seen putting his robotic heart in his Automaton Bride she suddenly comes to life and begins to dance with her creator until they kiss and he gives her a ring and she telling him she loves him just as he is about to say he loves her too. She malfunctions and Jetpack Girl asks what happened Cedric then claims someone sabotaged him and telling her she is no longer needed. He then begins to cry on his bride's shoulder. Gabbie along with the others begin to talk about Tana Mongeau's death and how they didn't get the Ice Gem they then discuss about the Magic Crystal they received from Sireen they then begin to talk about how they didn't play by The Sorceress (Character)'s rules resulting in Liza Koshy's death and then they play by the rules and they don't get a gem. Suddenly a loud blaring noise goes off and a voice starts talking to them saying the estate's defense system has been activated and the library door opens then they enter the library and they see a giant machine and they notice it has 10 minutes on a clock. They then begin to look around the room for clues Gabbie finds the missing gear and they put it in rotate twice and out pops a note "The fuel cell must be secured correctly, or the machine will not run. Once in place, close the panel and pull the lever on the right." They then put Sireen's Magic Crystal in the machine and pull the lever and a movie plays it has Cedric explaining that his bride's robotic heart broke under the constant strain and that they would need a human heart for his bride to come to life. Then the movie begins to end and on the screen for a second was one number "17" they then figure out the lock which was 7,2,2,9 then a container pops out with blueprints for the Automaton Bride suddenly the voice returns saying there has been a critical breach of security and that the doors have been locked and the machine will self destruct in 10 minutes unless the override protocol is engaged they then manage to override the machine and the clock stops suddenly Cedric walks into the library telling them they destroyed his life's work and he then begins to spray a gas suddenly Jetpack Girl runs in and shoots him freezing him she tells them that he is only going to be like that for a couple of minutes and they need to run she then explains to the group who she is and why Cedric tried to attack them she then told them to watch out because he enabled the home defense system suddenly Tyler Oakley steps on a land mine she then tells them they have to hit 20 targets around the room or Tyler's leg will be blown off they then shoot all the targets with guns and Tyler Oakley can now walk freely suddenly Cedric runs into the room suddenly Allison gets in front of the group and is caught in a net and the group run off. They then have to find 5 parts after they find the 4th item Allison runs into the room and is hurt she then tells them to hurry because Cedric is getting his Promethean Men ready. They then find all 5 parts and have to put them in the elevator to the Red Hallway so the machine can build some parts for them to use and it builds a robotic hand and heart then the Promethean Men come out Jetpack Girl screams at them to run they put the arm on the bride and heart then a chest opens and a note says "You would never listen to me even though I was your partner. The thing you must add to your automaton to bring her to life is a real, beating human heart, freshly pulled from a living person.Then the two Promethean Men come in with Jetpack Girl. The group then screams for them to let her go then Cedric walks in explaining one person must die so that his bride can live or every single one of them will be killed. Once again, they vote and the two people who are chosen are Alex Wassabi and Gabbie. They go outside and must bring a steam machine to life and every time their opponent finishes one part of their puzzle a Promethean Men steps closer. Gabbie begins to finish the first two puzzles extremely fast and she starts to get a little annoyed after realising that Alex Wassabi is practically copying her then he finishes the third puzzle and she asks him for help he tells her did you plug three plugs in one next to the pump she catches on and they finally need to build an image he finishes first and Gabbie's heart drops (pun intended). She then pleads with Alex to give her one more minute just to finish the puzzle. To her despair, he pulls the lever and the Promethean Men starts walking towards Gabbie. She begins to scream and pleads as she is taken to the floor, Alex attempts to help her but he is dragged away screaming and crying. Suddenly the Promethean Men take a knife and stab it near her heart, then he shoves his hand through her chest and pulls out her heart, killing her almost instantly. Her heart was then used to re-animate Cedric's Automaton Bride.
188"Full Moon Slaughter"August 2, 2017 (2017-08-02)
Finally midnight arrives and a chest opens with a note from The Sorceress saying "It's midnight in the garden of evil, and it's time we escalated the stakes, My lieutenants are no longer waiting to be found. They're coming for you." Then suddenly someone starts pounding on the door terrifying all of them. Alex then decides they should open the door and try to help the man. He then runs into the lounge and says that he needs their help his son is going to die if they don't do something. He then explains that they were attacked by werewolves startling everyone Alison then asks why he then says that he took a gem from them showing the group. He then says if they save his son he will give the gem to them they then all willingly agree and follow him outside with lanterns to find quicksilver and wolfs bane to cure his son. They are then told that there is a map down near the fountain where they can find the wolfs bane. They arrive at the fountain and they start looking around and find a chest. They then need to find 3 keys to get the map which is inside this chest. Joey then begins to grab pots and smash them on the ground trying to get the keys. Then Tyler finds another one of the keys in the dirt. Andrea suddenly finds the third key in another plant pot. They then unlock the chest and begin to read the map then suddenly a werewolf comes out of nowhere and tries to attack the group, luckily they get away. They then find a carriage with a chest inside it this time with a combination. It then says only the horses can see immediately everyone pretends to be a horse and try to figure out the clue then they find blinders which answers the clue they now have the wolfs bane. Then there is more of a note "We stashed a safe in the trees along this road to hold the quicksilver we took from the southern bank." Then they start walking when Joey discovers the safe than on it there is another note saying "I've never seen anything like quicksilver before. To keep my men from stealing it, I split the combination into three parts hid one here, another in a greenhouse under the moon, and the last one is in the stone path where you need to keep an eye out for traps." They then split up into three groups Alex and Andrea go to the greenhouse Joey and Tyler take the stone path and Allison and the man check for the one that was where they were. Also if a werewolf comes you have to hide or he'll take you. They arrive at the greenhouse and look under the table and there are hundreds of pots they then begin to look around. They are still searching when they hear a growl they then crawl under the table and the werewolf comes in. They are still hiding the werewolf is on top of the table he then leaves. Then Alex and Andrea begin to talk about how they are wondering what happens if his son wasn't taken and could they really trust him. They then look up and see a light which is shaped like a moon it releases a bunch of balls then Andrea warns Alex that there is a werewolf coming she saw one. They then find a little piece of wood with the number 27 on it. They then return and Allison and the man have 13 and Joey and Tyler have 11 then Tyler suggests they split the number down the middle and it works. They now have the 2 items required to heal the man's son. They reach his son and have to put the quicksilver and wolfsbane and mix it together then put it over his wound then the boy warns them that they need to run because his father is a werewolf then they are surrounded by him and another werewolf then Allison demands he give them the gem because they did what he wanted. They are then told they have to run the gauntlet which is a 4 part obstacle course and whoever is last will be devoured by the werewolves. Then Allison, after Andrea loses, sacrifices herself so they can get away with the gem. They then go down the red hallway the elevator opens and the Devourer comes out running after them
199"The Dark Dimension"August 9, 2017 (2017-08-09)
All of the remaining contestants find out they have to perform a seance after reading a clue from a box on the porch. But, the Devourer is inside the house chasing them down. They decide to have Alex be the distraction while they start, and he soon figures out that the Devourer cannot leave the house. Eventually, he gets captured by the monster, forcing Andrea to take over as the distraction. Eventually, the Devourer gets bored of her and heads to Tyler and Joey, who successfully escape to the outside. Joey then decides to distract it, and Andrea and Tyler continue working on the seance. Joey traps the Devourer inside the library, and they perform the seance, getting a cube with foreign words on it. They then attempt to call hell, failing. They soon learn they have to rip the tongue out of a demon, and get a clue. They go to the pool to find the twin statue to the one they already had and Jetpack Girl leads them inside, taking Allison's place. She informs them that the Devourer is afraid of the twin statues and they use it to protect them. They then have to vote for who goes into the dark dimension and gets the gem, along with a partner. Andrea and Alex are chosen, and go into the dimension, Alex choosing Joey as his partner, and Andrea choosing Tyler. Eventually, Andrea finds the gem and the guardian comes over to Alex and stabs him, killing him. They then go back and put in the gem, missing the gem from the Ice Queen's challenge. They get a clue showing that the gem was in the Wizard's compass the whole time, (proving Tana Mongeau's death was all in vain however without her death they would not have received the crystal from Sireen letting them know about Cedric and his Automaton Bride) revealing the crown.
2010"The Sorceress"August 16, 2017 (2017-08-16)
The surviving guests now have the Crown of Oblivion. But they are missing the Centre Stone. However, the Sorceress takes it before they can get to it. It is revealed that the Society Against Evil had destroyed the crown and it would take nine people from the future to bring it back together, and that's why the Sorceress summoned the guests to the house. The Sorceress summons her Lieutenants to keep the guests busy while she finishes her spell. To stop the Sorceress, the guests have to keep away from all the monsters and people they defeated in the past while trying to destroy three Leviathan Seals. With that done, they can finally free Riley, the girl that the Sorceress used to be and that was sealed away so that the Sorceress could become the monster she is. Trying to get the crown, however, Joey gets killed by the weakened Sorceress, who is in turn killed by Riley. Tyler puts on the crown and breaks the spell, allowing him and Andrea to go home. They put Joey into a coffin with the crown and leaves. Unlike when Eva and Oli survived, Andrea and Tyler are happy - thinking forward to the fact they're alive instead of what happened that night. As they cheerfully vanish into the mist and back to the present, the crown of oblivion starts to glow and Joey's eyes open - mysteriously back alive again.

211"The Clowns Here Kill Part 1"June 21, 2018 (2018-06-21)

After Joey died in Season 2, his soul went to the world between worlds. He wakes up in front of The Church, where he meets two members of the Society Against Evil. In order to "get back", he signs a contract where his friends need to die. He needs to save Everlock, if he succeeds, he returns to life, if he fails, he's dead forever. He invites nine friends to travel to Everlock, a town trapped in 1978. They arrive, but to get there, they have to be inhabited by a spirit that once lived there. To perform the seance, they must create a circle of salt, place 5 crystals at the head of the circle, hold hands, and chant: "From across the veil of death, I request your presence so I might make wrong things right. Enter into that I might see the doorway to Everlock." Spirits inhabit them, with Matt having an orange one while the rest have green. An arch leading to Everlock appears, with a clown welcoming them into the town. They enter the town and enjoy the carnival where they also meet Mortimer and Calliope. Matt and Rosanna ride the Ferris Wheel and find a newspaper, telling them that the clowns at the carnival kill people. While trying to warn their friends, they get stuck at the top of the ride. Meanwhile, Joey plays a carnival game and wins a Jack in the Box. The mayor arrives and tells the group to ignore Calliope, before telling Joey to open the box. After he opens it, the clowns start to kill people. The rest of the group runs to Flint's Arcade, while Roi, Colleen, and Joey get captured and handcuffed inside the RV.

MATT AND ROSANNA Matt and Rosanna, still stuck on the Ferris Wheel, plans to help Roi, Colleen, and Joey out of the RV by distracting the clowns. Rosanna manages to catch the attention of one of the clowns by throwing her stuffed dog out. The Ferris Wheel comes down, but Calliope helps them avoid the clown and accompanies them to a nearby tent. They have to find 4 Jester Hat symbols, which tell them to look inside for wooden pieces that need to go on a mirror, with a light going up each time they put one inside. They manage to find all but one piece, and discover that the last one is in a toilet full of turds. They successfully obtain the last piece and put it on the mirror. A drawer opens up containing a note and a key.

ROI, JOEY AND COLLEEN Roi, Colleen, and Joey are handcuffed in the RV. Roi and Colleen discover that they need codes while Joey needs a key. Joey finds a note above him and passes it to Colleen, since he can't read it in his state. The paper is a clue to get them out of here. Lock One: October, Soda, Smoke, which is 13, 6, 7, which unlocks Roi's lock. Lock Two: Milk, Life, Delicates, which is 3, 17, 5, which unlocks Colleen's lock. After they are freed, they find a locked box and note that reads "Remember to renew your subscription" which is 17, 13. They open the box which contains the key to Joey and frees him. They find a journal explaining the Carnival Master's plan, which says that his ritual will be complete once the sun rises. They decide to hit the next person to go into the RV they did but as they ran out they are caught and tied to the merry go-round with everyone else.

THE REST OF THE GROUP The group reconvenes and finds a box with "RGBY" written on them. Teala finds the RGBY in the pinball machine, but it isn't on. Manny finds a note saying that scores get erased at the end of the day, prompting them to erase each blackboard with strings of words left. After that, all of the blackboards read: "Tap six times on glass" After tapping on the pinball machine, it turns on. Whenever they hit one of the markers, one of the locks go off. They get all of the locks except for the red one, which they have a hard time getting, but they complete it. The box opens and inside is a gear and a note that tells them that they need to replace the pieces of the Jack in the Box, which is the gear, song, spring, and head. They decide to head out to look for the parts while Mortimer holds on to the box.

Everyone gets captured by the clowns except for Mortimer. They are tied to the merry-go-round. The head clown says that they will roll the dice of death to see who they kill. If they roll two sixes, someone goes free. The episode ends with the merry-go-round turning, along with the Guests screaming and the clowns laughing.
222"The Clowns Here Kill Part 2"June 21, 2018 (2018-06-21)
Everyone is freaking out as the Killer Clowns are ready to gut Nikita. Suddenly, Mortimer rides in on a motorcycle and saves everyone. They go to the arcade, discover a magic map that reveals more of the town with each artifact that is cleansed, and find a secret room where they can plan and vote people for the final challenge. The find out that the Jack in the Box is one of The Carnival Master's artifacts, and they must cleanse it to free Everlock and themselves. They split off into two groups, one for The Roller Disco for the song, and the other to The Big Top Tent for the spring. The group at The Roller Disco must disguise themselves as clowns and drug one of the Killer Clowns to get the song. They find the clown with a briefcase and get them to pass out. They must return to The Roller Disco to find the combination, almost getting caught. However, JC figures out the two numbers for the combination locks and they run to The Divine Lounge. The guests at The Big Top Tent must dodge one of the Killer Clowns as they look for the spring. They get a clue that tells them to call on Zero-G Man and help him fly. They have to blow up balloons and send him into the air. One balloon pops, scaring them as the Helium tank was already loud. They manage to get the spring, and another clue. They run back to The Divine Lounge and reveal that the Jack from the Jack in the Box must also be changed before the artifact is cleansed. JC and Teala are voted for the final challenge. JC chooses Matt as his partner, and Teala chooses Safiya. The irony is that Matt had voted for JC. During the challenge, Matt gets past the first part but gets stuck on the second, eating five hot dogs. However, Safiya flies through the four parts of the challenge, saving Teala. The head clown stabs JC just as Safiya gets the Jack in the Box to pop up and change heads. They rush back to the Divine Lounge, and read the note left behind. It says that not everyone in the town is telling the truth.
233"Venomous Affections"June 27, 2018 (2018-06-27)
As the guests are trying to figure out who is keeping secrets, a spy comes in. They chase Bahar and tie her up to get information, and she tells them about the Snake Woman, a venomous guardian who tried to steal Bahar's husband. Now, the hunt for clues to find the Serpent's Eyes begins. Just as the guests find them, the Snake Woman appears and kills Bahar. As if that wasn't bad enough, the Snake Woman attacks and bites Roi, who now has 20 minutes to live. Half of the group goes to Fatman Slim's to look for clues and the other half goes to the Drug Store for the antidote. While the Fatman Slim's group is searching, the Snake Woman appears and bites Teala, who then joins Roi at Flint's Arcade to help him find clues to help the group as the venom slowly kills them. At the same time, the Drug Store group makes a mistake in creating the antidote and must start over. Their second batch is perfect, and Matt Colleen, and Rosanna administrate the antidote to Roi and Teala, saving Roi with seconds to spare. Everyone then goes to Fatman Slim's where the other group has just found out the password for Cedric. Cedric comes down and his manservant brings in an oversized table top game. They must find the gold brick within the tower and place it on the pedestal next to the chest, and anyone who brings the tower down automatically goes into the final challenge. Egged on by Nikita to pull a brick for Mat, as he saved his life, Roi tries to pull a block out and knocks the tower over. They receive the serpent's head and the only thing left to do is cleanse it with blood from a serpent's heart. The group goes back to the Divine Lounge to vote on the other guest who will face Roi in the challenge. It's here where Nikita points out that she thinks "the snake queen herself" chose the two who were the weakest in the group to be bitten, the two guests being Teala and Roi. This is taken by Mat as Nikita trying to create some divisions in the group. In a twist, come time to vote, there aren't enough cards for everyone to pick the same person; as a result, everyone who hasn't voted must choose someone other than Teala. Karma catches up with Nikita and she is chosen to go into the Snake Mosaic Challenge. She and Roi search for the missing tiles to a snake mosaic within the innards of a serpent, and Nikita is the faster. Roi gets bitten by the Snake Woman and dies. Meanwhile Rosanna starts crying because she feels guilty. She says she picked someone who she hadn't worked the most with and that she didn't know what else to do. Manny gets the suspicion that she voted for Nikita, while Colleen asks her if they didn't come back, she would feel like it was her fault. Nikita finishes the cleansing of the Serpent's Eyes and vows to come after whoever voted for her as she holds up the Serpent's Heart. The clue Teala and Roi found comes into play and the guests find a box that needs two coins to open. The coins are hidden throughout Everlock and have the Society Against Evil symbol on them. Inside the box is supposed to be the Harp of Lazarus.
244"The Man With No Name"July 4, 2018 (2018-07-04)
After discovering the Lazarus Box, the guests hear something fall from the roof. Going outside, they find a dead body carrying a book that tells them about The Statue of Era and The Man with No Name. In order to find the Statue, they must find six books written by Allen Quartemain and match them to the obituaries of six people based on how they died. Once they're matched, they find a secret room where inside is the Statue of Era. However, it infects anyone who touches it. In order to cleanse it, the guests must find the four Obsidian Stones. On top of it, they discover there is an extra challenge at the Pump Station that will unlock one of the coins for the Lazarus Box. While it isn't required to win, the team that solves it will be moved ahead to the final clue, even if they haven't solved the others. In a similar fashion to A Nation Divided, the guests are divided into two teams and the losing team goes up for voting, but with leaders being chosen based on who draws the short straws. The ones who choose the short straws are Manny and Teala. As Teala is the youngest, she picks first and then Manny. Team Manny is composed of Manny, Joey, Colleen, and Nikita with Calliope guiding them. Team Teala is composed of Teala, Matthew, Safiya, and Rosanna with Mortimer guiding them. The two groups must find three severed fingers based on the clues they receive. But all the while, The Man with No Name will be chasing them and his touch takes whoever was touched out of the hunt for five minutes. For the first clue, Team Teala splits up with Mortimer, Teala, and Rosanna heading to the Pump Station while Matthew and Safiya look for the first finger. Eventually, the group reunites. Team Manny finds the four Obsidian stones, meaning Team Teala is up for voting to retrieve the Blood Gem. They take some time to let each of them plead their cases. While Matthew and Safiya give strong reasons as to why they're needed, Teala and Rosanna feel as though they didn't really do anything to help the team, and as Manny and Nikita point out, are defeated. The votes are cast and Calliope draws Teala and Rosanna. The two are taken to a bridge where they find a note that reads: "There are two sets of eight letters hidden throughout the lair that spell the name of The Man with No Name; one red and one yellow. The first to find their set and arrange them must call out his name. They will receive the Blood Gem, and the other will be strangled." Teala is assigned yellow and Rosanna is assigned red. As they look for their letters, they're also being chased by The Man with No Name. While they start as a close game, both getting three, Rosanna eventually jumps ahead to the lead. She finds all 8 letters and correctly calls out his name, Benjamin. A glass case near her table opens up to reveal the Blood Gem and Rosanna retrieves it. Teala is approached by Benjamin, as she lost the challenge, and is both strangled and gassed to death. In a panic, Rosanna rushes out of the lair and places the Blood Stone on the Statue of Era, causing Benjamin to disappear. Calliope, Mortimer, and Rosanna return to the Divine Lounge with the now-cleansed statue and the group is ecstatic upon Rosanna's return, as she remarks "I'm a fighter, and I'm gonna stick it out till the end." Joey remarks that the group will most likely see a different Rosanna moving forward, as her spirits are up. With the 3rd artifact cleansed, they realized they kind of messed up, because they didn't get the Lazarus Coin at the Pump Station. They begin to wonder if they'll get another chance to retrieve that coin and, as Joey points out, it proves that The Carnival Master is extremely powerful.
255"Strong Like A Demon"July 11, 2018 (2018-07-11)
In the last challenge Manny and Matt had to enter a strongman contest. They ended up drawing despite Manny being a lot stronger and so they are forced to have an arm wrestling contest. Matt accepts he is going to die because earlier in the episode Manny easily won one - between them. Despite it being very close, Manny wins and Matt is dragged off before being beat to death in front of his best friend - Ro. Everyone argues over what to do apart from Ro who sits in the corner, hugging Matt's detective badge.
266"Twin Dolls"July 18, 2018 (2018-07-18)
As the mourning over Matt's death sinks in, the group notices a change in the map causing them to connect the head with body of the Night Killer Doll, the sixth artifact, which releases the doll maker's twin dolls. By the end of the hour they were ultimately forced to pick someone who was to be locked inside the Maiden of Madness. This soon led to Colleen's demise after everyone voted for her. They are forced to push their friend into the box and after her screams had ceased, the artifact was cleansed and they were one step closer to escaping Everlock. During the group challenge, they also received the second Lazarus Coin, and opened the Lazarus Box only to find out that they can bring one person from the group back from the dead by playing the Lazarus Harp. Saf and Matt silently agree on who to bring back and walk over to play the harp just as the episode ends.
277"Funhouse"July 25, 2018 (2018-07-25)

The episode begins on October 13th, 1977, with the Carnival Master arriving in town and giving Willie the artifact, The Psychedelic Swirl, that changed him into the 4 faced man to run the Funhouse.

Back in the present, 30 minutes after using the Harp of Lazarus, the guests are still waiting for the revived person to return and start to have their doubts. There was a knock and Willie's briefcase is left at the door. They bring it in and try to work out the puzzle within. Soon after, there is a bright light in the other room and Matthew stumbles in. All the guests appear pleased to see him and Nikita quickly sets Matthew to work on solving the puzzle. The puzzle leads them to the artifact, which leads to the Funhouse and Willie. Willie tells them that they will enter the Funhouse one at a time into one of three rooms. When a red light shows, one person has to move to a different room and Willie will also be spinning a wheel to say which room he will enter and capture a guest if they don't hide. While this is happening, Mortimer spins the Psychedelic Swirl and becomes corrupted by the Carnival Master. Matthew is first to enter and arrives in a room full of balloons and a box of sweets where some are missing and need finding and putting into the correct spots. Matthew is shortly joined by Rosanna and Safiya. Nikita, Manny, and Joey enter next into a room that it on its side. The guests soon learn that they must help each other by finding clues in one room that aid in a different room. Having solved the balloons and sweets problem, Willie enters and first captures Matthew. Rosanna and Safiya are left to try and solve a puzzle with different color wheels not knowing that the correct solution is on a sheet in the other room. Having solved the first sideways problem, Willie enters the room and captures Nikita. Joey and Manny try to solve their problem but, they're missing a book which is in the other room. The red light shows, and Ro leaves the balloon room taking the book with her and enters the sideways room. Soon after, the red light shows in the sideways room and Joey leaves taking the diagram with them. Each room is then solved but Joey was captured. The remaining guests enter the final room where a button in the middle flashes different colors and around the walls are a different color button that has to be pressed in the same order. Before this is done, Willie enters and captures Manny. Rosanna and Safiya both finish the room and exit the Funhouse, finding two light bulbs and a note telling them they must decide out of the people captured who is entering the Funhouse Challenge. They return to the Divine Lounge and are confused that only Calliope is there. The two of them discuss ruling out Matthew because he has only just come back and Joey as they believe they need him still and because Rosanna has become very protective of him, leaving only Manny and Nikita. Safiya picks Nikita and Ro picks Manny. Matthew and Joey are released while Manny and Nikita enter the Funhouse once more. Matthew and Joey return to the Divine Lounge. In the first room, the guests have to put a load of sweets in order by tasting them. Nikita finishes first and heads to the second room. In the second room, they have to throw 5 bean balls into holes in the wall. Nikita is the first one to finish again. In the final room, the guests must solve the riddle to win. Nikita is the first one to finish the challenge while Manny is still in the other room, meaning that Manny should die. However, they both exit the Funhouse with no sign of Willie, but the remaining light bulb is there and a note telling them that the one who voted for the winner will die. Back in the Divine Lounge, the group discusses the note they found in the Sweets Room, stating that the Carnival Master has corrupted one of them. Soon Willie enters and kills Safiya by stabbing her with a fishhook. He then becomes happy, waves goodbye, and walks off. Soon after, Manny and Nikita return and tells them what the note said. Neither of them seems to be sad that Safiya is dead, and Nikita's attitude causes Matthew to shout at her. Joey dispels the fighting for now, telling them that this is what they want, for them to be against each other. The episode ends with a shot of Matt glaring at Nikita.
288"Wicked Witches"August 1, 2018 (2018-08-01)
Both Nikita and Matt are still heated after Safiya's death, however Joey interrupts and starts another hunt for the artifacts again. The map revealed three new locations, the Pump Station, the Church, and the Cemetery. In the meantime, Mortimer barges in at Flint's Arcade, with the guests and Calliope questioning his whereabouts. Instead, Mortimer asks them to free a citizen of Everlock that is tied up in the Pump Station about to burned in the stake. They managed to free him, get the Wickerman Doll, but Manny gets cursed after being sprayed by an unknown gas. The man reveals himself to be one of the cursed citizens, and he also states that the Witches turned him into a pig. As the Witches came, all of them retreated back to Fatman Slim's and they met Maria, who has been cursed to old age. She also plead that one of the witches cursed her brother too, and decimated him into nothing but bones. Matt starts to suspect Mortimer ever since he came back. In the parchment that the man given, they needed to reverse three curses to cleanse it, by using different objects; the Bloody Snout, the Amulet of Youth, and the Wedding Ring from a Dead Man. They were also provided a spell book which they can only use three spells. The group split up to find the Wedding Ring and the potion to reverse the Swine Transformation. Mortimer, Manny, and Matt set out to find the ingredients to create a potion for the Reverse Swine Transformation. In the midst of finding the ingredients for the Invisibility Spell, Matt got cursed as well. Manny decides to find them by himself, and manages to find a briefcase filled with all the ingredients needed. Meanwhile, Joey, Nikita, Rosanna, and Calliope, set out to resurrect Sam, Maria's older brother. Joey had to first buy them time by using the Transformation Spell and flirt with the witch. After the witch had discovered what they were doing, Joey gets cursed, while the others managed to retrieve the bones, and resurrect Sam. They also retrieved the Wedding Ring they needed. Back at Fatman Slim's, Manny and Matt reversed the Swine Transformation, and retrieved the Bloody Snout, prompting the man to leave. While heading back to Fatman Slim's, the other four see Maria captured in Flint's Arcade. Rosanna tried to convinced them and also freed Maria, but ended up getting cursed. To retrieve the Amulet of Youth, all of the people who got cursed must face The Witches' Gauntlet. The three men advance ahead, leaving Rosanna on the first stage. Matt was devastated about this, but Rosanna cheered him up a little with her last words, "I love you." She then fails to finish, and ends up getting sacrificed. Matt yells "Be brave Ro!" and "You're the best friend I could ever ask for!", leaving Ro with a smile on her face as she dies. Even though Ro died, it also made a positive outcome. Maria becomes young again, and meets up with her brother Sam, and goes out of Everlock. They managed to cleanse the Wickerman doll and needed the last remaining artifact to free the town.
299"Control Issues"August 8, 2018 (2018-08-08)

With only one artifact left to cleanse, the group finds that the map has once again changed. The artifacts are now in various positions and there's a message on the map that, when all the pieces are placed in the proper order, reads: ARRANGE YOUR SEVEN TO GET THE EIGHTH. They rearrange the seven artifacts in the order shown on the map. Their table flips over and they find the Collar of Control, the final artifact. The note that comes with it says that one of them must wear it. Joey volunteers Nikita and she agrees. After the collar comes on, the Carnival Master's daughter, Lucy, enters with her Demon Dog. They find out that the collar lets her control whoever is wearing it, in this case Nikita, and make them do her bidding. Lucy says that she senses something dark within Mortimer and, after a fight with Calliope, she, with Nikita's help, kidnaps Matt and Joey, taking them to the tent where the mirror was, and shackling them to poles. Manny and Mortimer run off, but Mortimer is captured by Nikita and taken to the Circus Tent. Manny makes it into the Drug Store and fends off the Demon Dog by distracting him with candy. He finds a note inside of the mailbox. Meanwhile, Joey and Matt free themselves by lowering a bucket with bean bags and stepping on a sequence of symbols. They also find a note. Once Manny and Calliope meet up with Matt and Joey, the note Matt found reveals that they can free Nikita from the collar if all of them put their hands on her at the same time and then rip it off. If they choose not to save her, she goes into the challenge without a vote, but if she touches them, they go into the challenge. They choose to save her. Once Nikita is freed from the collar, the note Manny found reveals that the first ring is in the chapel, which is also where the Carnival Master is encased in amber. When they arrive there, with some motivation from the Demon Dog, they find out that said dog can't go inside the chapel. To get the first ring, two of them have to place their hand inside of the altar. Manny and Nikita do it and they end up getting handcuffed together. Getting the second ring requires them to go to the graves of five people and match their fetishes with their graves. Joey and Matt take turns distracting the Demon Dog and they find the ring. The group then finds out that the third ring is on the Demon Dog. He must be lured into a trap with a human snack and then stabbed with an iron rod. They first try candy, but then realize that the note meant a HUMAN snack. Nikita and Manny briefly step into the trap, luring him in and snatching him. Matt then stabs him with the iron pole and the group gets the ring before rushing back into the chapel. To get the final ring, they must select two of them by vote to "beat Lucy at her own game." At Joey's suggestion, they all decide to vote for themselves. Manny and Nikita are picked and the group heads to the Circus Tent where the center ring is filled with popcorn and balloons. On the benches are nine boxes, but only one of them contains salvation. After freeing themselves from their straitjackets, the two of them must look for keys that unlock the boxes. Manny finds the first two, Nikita finds one, but both lead to nothing. On Manny's third and Nikita's second, they each open a box. In Nikita's is a pink pistol and a note that reads

KILL YOURSELF OR KILL YOUR FRIEND TO CLAIM THE RING. YOU DECIDE HOW THIS ENDS.

Manny begs Nikita not to kill him, but Nikita shoots him six times with the pistol, constantly repeating 'Manny, I love you.' After the group unlocks Mortimer from his chains and retrieving the ring, Lucy disappears. Nikita is nearly inconsolable as they exit the tent, but Mortimer diverts off to the chapel with the collar. The group follows him to find that all of the artifacts are there and that Mortimer is trying to release the Carnival Master. He does and the Carnival Master ends up trying to kill him, but Calliope intervenes. This results in both Calliope and Mortimer dying. The Carnival Master tells them that the Society dragged them into a war that wasn't theirs and that they're going to pay with their lives, but that he has some very special friends who are going to come visit them. From the gravestone where they resurrected Sam come a group of zombies that chase them from the chapel. The episode ends with the Carnival Master laughing.
3010"The Carnival Master"August 15, 2018 (2018-08-15)
On 13th October 1978, the Carnival Master begins his curse that would destroy Everlock. Jael, Ryu, and Calliope arrive in town and trap it in time. Calliope goes to fend off the guardians, while Ryu and Jael go to the Church. The Carnival Master's curse is interrupted by Jael and Ryu, attack him. He then kills Ryu by snapping his neck. Jael kills him once but he gets up, telling her he has the power from the life stones keeping him going. He then kills Jael, but with her last breath, Jael seals the Carnival Master in amber. Forty years later (but still on the 13th October 1978), the Carnival Master summons the Zombies to attack the guests while he continues his curse. The guest collect the life stones. One from the Witches' area, one from the center of town, and one from the Maiden of Madness. They then return to the lounge to take the voting cards to find the method to bring back the dead champions and bring back Jael and Ryu whom fight the Zombies and go to the Church to confront the Carnival Master again. He appears to defeat them again and Nikita offers him the living stone but Jael attacks again, killing him for good. Nikita and Matt walk out to the exit, but Matt grabs Blanche, a stuffed toy which him and Ro got together. The two silently acknowledge and seemingly make up from their previous arguments before exiting Everlock together. Once he knows they are gone, Joey returns and takes the crystal from the Carnival Master's chest, seeing the faces of fallen friends within. Liza tells him that this is his one chance to make things right, asking for his help.

Liza escapes from her glass case in The Museum of The Dead, where she finds a replica of the Carnival Master's stone and is able to communicate with Joey. The Collector arrives and stabs Liza with her staff, capturing her soul and placing it in a jar. Joey heads back to his old estate where he digs up the artifacts and reunites with Mat and Nikita, who invited Bretman Rock to join them in a plan to rescue the dead from their exhibit. Using The Sorceress' crown, the Carnival Master's stone and the artifacts, they open a portal to the museum. There, Joey uses an axe to break a source in the middle of the exhibit, releasing Justine, Timothy, De Storm, Gabbie, Tana, Colleen, Alex and Rosanna from their glass cases; unknowingly, he also releases The Collectors monsters from their exhibits as well. Colleen is wary of Joey. A guard appears behind Alex, who punches him. Rosanna, Justine, Colleen, and Alex are all captured and taken to the rotunda, where they reunite with Mortimer. The rest head to the lounge where they reunite with the sorceress. They split up as a guard appears; Tana and De Storm find 5 statues and place them in order to uncover a staff without a head piece. The rest go to the courtyard where they need to find 5 glass eyes, 2 of which were found in the rotunda. As they find all 5, Joey warns Colleen of Mortimer, who joins them in the lounge. They uncover a vault with key slots, where they are to find 9 separate jeweled keys. Joey, who found a head piece after uncovering the eyes, places the head piece on the staff, which is able to control the guards. Joey leads them to the rotunda and lock them inside, not before he gets a key from a guard's necklace. He uses the key to unlock a door down the hall, where they discover a hidden tomb. Tana finds an anhk and she places on the tomb. They all recite a phrase which releases a mummy from inside the tomb.
322"The Museum of Death Part 2"July 11, 2019 (2019-07-11)
The Mummy chases the team into a room where they find a note that tells the pharaoh's backstory. They find statues and paw prints, but The Mummy barges inside, leading the team to run out. As The Mummy leaves, they align the paw prints and paint symbols on the statues. They find a beetle statue inside and they are lead to the sand of Egypt. They use the beetle to open the door and they are approached by the pharaoh's wife. She agrees to help them to assure that the pharaoh rests in peace. They find a note that says they need to find the twins sphinx. group 1: Alex, Joey, Justine, Gabbie, and Colleen, arrive at a room and find that one of the sphinx is inside a chest. They are assigned to place statues on top of signs that correspond. if right, the statue blinks once, but if wrong, it blinks twice, putting one vote in the voting pile. Group 2: Bretman, De Storm, Rosanna, Timothy, and Tana, are assigned to complete a series of tasks. back with group 1, Justine gets 2 votes in the pile while Colleen gets 1. As both groups complete the tasks, they are able to find a statue while the other finds an obelisk that is used to obtain the other sphinx. group 1 finds out the statue is used to find the person responsible for the pharaoh's death. They find out the wife killed the Pharaoh to get Egypt to herself, so the sorceress kills her to obtain her blood used to open up the chest to obtain the last sphinx. As the group gets back together, they find out that they must vote 2 inside a challenge to obtain the jeweled key. Justine and Tana are voted in, so they are lead to the sands of Egypt. The objective is to find pieces of a pyramid and build one, but to beware the mummy. As Justine is captured by the mummy, Tana is able to complete the pyramid. She orders the mummy to give her the key and leave Justine alive. The two girls hug but a note appears that says that Justine must die to get what they need. Tana refuses to do it whilst Justine accepts her death. Feeling overwhelmed Tana yells 'I just want to go home', this makes the mummy walk over to kill Justine. Justine grabs a sword and fights off the Mummy but is eventually choked to death. As Tana turns the key, a chest opens up to find a coin. As Alex notices the fog outside, a bird grabs him by the neck.
333"A Deal With A Demon"July 17, 2019 (2019-07-17)
a giant bird drops off a woman in his grounds, until she retaliates. He kills her with his blades, which the collector notices. She possesses him with the demon known as Garuda. As Alex is grabbed by the throat, he is pushed into a couch where Garuda demands his coin, as he collects all sorts of gold. They unlock a chest that reveals that they have to find coins; the 2 people with the least amount of coins will be automatically entered into the final challenge. As they all step into Garduda's grounds, they find a scroll on a fountain. When they open it, gold coins start raining from the sky. Alex is left with the least amount of coins as Bretman is left with the most. He drops 2 inside the fountain and unlocks a chest. It reveals that Garuda has the key, and the only way to kill him are with his own blades; which are found inside heaven and hell, although they are warned of Garuda, as he can take away half your coins if he captures you. They split up; the teams are to complete tasks, and the Hell team is able to summon Kali, a blue Indian demon who holds one of the blades. The heaven team is interuppted by Garuda, who captures Bretman. The heaven team continues with their challenges, and they get the 1st blade. It is revealed that the 2nd blade will be achieved once someone is dead. After a hint from Kali, they all meet up and open scrolls from a box that correspond to the coins. As they all read their scrolls, Timothy and De Storm are the bottom two. As they go into the Grounds of Garuda, the objective is to gather 4 diamonds from Garuda's collection scattered across the grounds. As De Storm gathers his diamonds, Garuda appears and batters timothy to death. De Storm acquires the blade and slices Garuda's throat. As De Storm puts in the final key, a chinese dragon appears and storms around the lounge.
344"A Wedding To Die For"July 24, 2019 (2019-07-24)
As the Chinese emperor is beaten at chess by a woman, his mother demands he get a wife as his life is at stake by the dragon alliance. As the dragon storms through the lounge, all the boys disappear. The girls discover Chinese firecrackers and pop them, revealing 4 letters inside. They try the word "mate" on a chest that learn that the emperor is in need of a wife and that they are invited to his home to compete for the spot of his bride in a challenge of beauty, etiquette and conversation. In the courtyard, the boys wake up blindfolded and chained and are approached by dragon rebels who are looking for the "Dragon Spear" They are assigned to find the spear by the rebels and will be killed if they fail. Joey rescues the men while the women head up to the Ancient China exhibit, where they emperor's mother greets them. The boys compete in a board breaking challenge, a strength challenge, and an archery challenge, which Alex fails at; De Storm competes in a mind game challenge. The girls put on robes and compete in the beauty challenge, where the winner is Tana. After an awkward dinner challenge, Rosanna is named the winner. The girls try to make conversion with the emperor, which Rosanna wins as well, naming her the bride. After a reunion in the lounge, the rebels take the spear that Joey acquired and have 2 voted into a final death challenge as a distraction for the emperor's death. Alex and De Storm are voted in the challenge. They head into the exhibit and find a board on the ground. They each step on the corner of the board and have to step either forward, to the right, or to the left; a diagonal move gets you killed. As Alex is overpowered, De Storm sacrifices himself for Lauren; Alex's Girlfriend who De Storm beat in a challenge during the Victorian era. As De Storm is stabbed, the rebels stab the emperor and save Rosanna. As Alex places the key, the laugh of a knight is heard throughout the museum.
355"Dark Magic and A Twisted Fate"July 31, 2019 (2019-07-31)
in Camelot 583 B.C, the Black Knight is demanded by the collector to retrieve Excalibur, not before King Arthur impales it inside a piece of stone. Inside the lounge, the team hears broken glass and enter the round room, where the table has been set up with gauntlets and arrows. Joey reads a note that reveals the only way to defeat the black night is with the power of Excalibur. They must chose a holy member to kneel before the cross, which opens up a chest with a bottle of wine. They fill the gauntlets with wine and touch the cross, but are warned that two of the gauntlets are cursed; those who drink from the gauntlets will be entered into the voting pile. They drink from the gauntlets and Tana and Gabbie are revealed to be the cursed ones. A chest opens and a map is found that leads them to Excalibur. They encounter the Black Knight who demands they leave his kingdom. They are chased by the Black Knight and Gabbie is captured. They find Merlin chained up. Colleen tries to remove the sword, but to no avail. They all try to remove it, but find out that only the king of Britannia can remove it. Merlin reveals that there is a curse that can turn someone into a king, so they all head into a cave and speak a chant on the back of the map. They speak the chant and open a box that reveals Merlin's wand. Merlin is able to get his magic back using the wand. They split up to find Merlin's spell book while the other takes a crown towards the table in the round room. Group one is locked inside the Egyptian exhibit while the others find Gabbie tied up in the round room. They place the crown in the middle of the table. The others race against the clock before the exhibit is incinerated. The Black Knight barges in and is led away by a caveman. Group 1 finds a crystal after aligning a laser beam and the others find Merlin's spell book using tarot cards. After meeting up in the hallway, Merlin stays back to battle the Black Knight while the rest vote for 2 people to be voted into a challenge. They all split up to plead their cases. Gabbie and Tana are voted in. The objective is to complete puzzles to retrieve the lady of the lake's tears to retrieve Excalibur. Near the Stone, there is an area that protects you from the Black Knight. The last one to complete the puzzle will be killed, but if both complete together then they will both survive but if neither complete it in the time limit both will die. Tana is quick with the puzzle but Gabbie gets stuck immediately, Tana stops her puzzle to help Gabbie. Meanwhile, Alex rally's the group to go and help the others because they outnumber the Black Knight and they all run out to help the others. Gabbie and Tana run into the area because of the Black Knight, but it vanishes because they've taken to long and gone over the time limit. The Black Knight stabs Tana just as the group arrive and then runs over to Gabbie and stabs her as well before riding off. Shocked, the rest of the group complete Tana and Gabbie's puzzles and unlock the tears. Colleen drinks the tears and gains power, so she lifts Excalibur from the stone and kills the Knight. After retrieving the key, they put it in the lock to find the Gorgon confronting them.
366"The Maze of Terror"August 7, 2019 (2019-08-07)
In 450 B.C, a gladiator attempts to have the Gorgon see her own gaze and turn to stone, but the Gorgon claims the stories are wrong and has a Minotaur subdue the him. In the present, the Gorgon confronts the team and fatally turns Mortimer to stone. After placing a gem on top of a box, Mat and Nikita walk in. Matt tells the group that a mirror will turn the Gorgon to stone, which proves true after finding a note that reveals that Athena's mirror shield is hidden inside the museum. They find the mirror, ending with Alex volunteering in order to redeem himself. Alex attempts to slay the Gorgon, but is taken to the Gorgon's maze. The group finds a note that reveals that only a beast can slay the Gorgon, and suggest the Minotaur be controlled by Poseidon's medallion which is broken into 3 pieces. Team 1 (Nikita, Bretman, Joey) find the maze and learn that Alex is chained up. Team 1 learns that there is 3 gates inside the maze, each one will be opened after solving a riddle. Nikita volunteers to go inside and solves the first riddle, but while looking for Alex is captured. Team 2 (Mat, Colleen, Rosanna) find out that they need to uncover several objects to restore the identity of the Gorgon's victims. while attempting to restore the identities, the Gorgon interrupts team 2 several times. When Bretman is captured, Joey ventures into the maze and rescues the rest, but realizes he must chose who to put in the voting pile for the final challenge. After restoring the statues, Team 2 obtains a piece of the medallion. Joey chooses himself, granting Team 1 a medallion piece. A note reveals that two people will venture into a challenge to get the final medallion piece with their "Guardian Angel"; the challenge is revealed to be a build challenge, to build Poseidon's monument. Colleen and Alex are voted in, where Colleen chooses Mat, while Alex chooses Nikita. Mat and Nikita search the maze for the monument pieces. Nikita sabotages Colleen's build so Alex can win. Alex takes control of the Minotaur but Colleen is killed. Alex then orders the Minotaur to kill the Gorgon and obtains the jeweled key. They use the key and opens a chest that reveals a genie lamp.

  1. ^ Joey and Lele were sent into a challenge, and they had to choose which guest would die. They chose to betray GloZell. The death of GloZell was scripted because she had a broken leg. The death was scripted because, in the following episode, there was a lot of running.
  • Note: There was an extra guest at the start of the season in the form of "The Renegade", played by Shane Dawson. In the storyline, Shane knew about the evil of the house as a member of the "Society Against Evil" and informed Sarah the maid that he knew what she was doing. As a result, the evil saw Shane as a threat and poisoned him. In order to save him, the other guests had to complete a puzzle task within a time limit. They failed, resulting in his death. Interviews with production staff confirm that even if the group had completed the task within the time limit, he would have been killed anyway by Marvin the groundskeeper when the car exploded later in the episode.[23]
