Graulhet (French pronunciation: [ɡʁojɛ]) is a commune in the Tarn department in southern France.

It is a centre of tanning. Leather was the main activity before industry went to China. Graulhet is crossed by the Dadou river; it is a typical village of the South of France, also called Midi.
