Gundgurthi is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] Administratively Gundgurthi is under Tewar Wadgera panchayat village, Shahapur taluka of Yadgir district in Karnataka.[2] Gundgurthi is 9 km by road northeast of Hattigudur. The nearest railhead is in Yadgir.[3]

As of 2001 census, Gundgurthi had 1,448 inhabitants, with 715 males and 733 females.[4]
