Harold Pratt House
The Harold Pratt House is a mansion located on 58 East 68th Street and Park Avenue in the Upper East Side of New York City. It serves as headquarters for the Council on Foreign Relations. The house was constructed for Harold I. Pratt in the years 1919–1920. The Council on Foreign Relations moved to Pratt House in April 1945 after it was donated to the CFR by his widow Harriet Barnes Pratt the previous year.[1] The house is available for receptions and other functions.[2]
