Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Gonabad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,701, in 4,732 families.[1] The rural district has 31 villages.
