On July 19, 2012, Huron announced it had reached a final settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) resolving the previously disclosed SEC investigation into the Company's August 2009 restatement of its financial statements for the years ended 2006, 2007 and 2008 and the first quarter of 2009. The Company agreed to the settlement without admitting or denying the SEC's findings.[29]
