Kakar District

Kakar District (Pashto: کاکړ, کاکړ ولسوالی; also Khak-e Afghan, Pashto: خاک افغان ) is a district of Zabul Province in southern Afghanistan. It has a population of about 23,400 as of 2013.[1]
