Kalek (German: Kallich) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 48.69 square kilometres (18.80 sq mi), and has a population of 207 (as at 28 August 2006).

Kalek lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Chomutov, 50 km (31 mi) west of Ústí nad Labem, and 94 km (58 mi) north-west of Prague.
