Kerk Chee Yee is a Malaysian politician and was elected as state assemblyman for the Ayer Keroh seat in the 2018 Malaysian general election (GE14). He served in the Malacca State Executive Council (EXCO) as Chairman of Communications, Multimedia, NGO, Youth and Sports Committee from 16 May 2018 until 2 March 2020 under former Chief Minister Adly Zahari from May 2018 to the collapse of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state government in March 2020 Malaysian political crisis.

He is a member from Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the PH opposition coalition.
