American entertainer Janet Jackson began her career through a series of acting roles, prior to releasing her self-titled debut album at the age of fifteen. She has sold over 100 million records.[1][2][3]

Jackson has received eleven American Music Awards, five Grammy Awards, ten MTV Video Music Awards, and 11 Billboard Music Awards.
