Her entire crew of 12 survived. She broke up in the surf on 18 March. Her wreck eventually sank in 25 feet (8 m) of water. Her wreck and that of SS Rusland – wrecked on top of Adonis's wreck in 1877 – are known as the "Dual Wrecks."[19][20]
