Lužice (German: Luschitz) is a municipality and village in Most District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants.
Lužice lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Most, 28 km (17 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 66 km (41 mi) north-west of Prague.

The village of Svinčice is an administrative part of Lužice.
History[]
The first written mention of Lužice is from 1226, Svinčice is mentioned already in 1207. Existence of the Church of Saint Augustine is documented in the 14th century.[2]
