Luisa "Banti" Lloren Cuaresma is governor of the Philippine province of Nueva Vizcaya. She was elected governor in 2004. Prior to being elected governor she served as vice-governor from 1998 to 2004. She is the province's fifth woman governor. As of now, she is now the representative of the Lone District of Nueva Vizcaya. [1] [2]
