Carlos M. Padilla is a Filipino politician from Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines currently serving as the Governor of Nueva Vizcaya.[1] Padilla was elected to his first term as Governor in 2016 and was re-elected in 2019.[2] He previously served as Mayor of Dupax del Norte from 1975 to 1978 and as a three-time representative of Nueva Vizcaya's at-large congressional district from 1987 to 1992, 1995 to 2004, and 2007 to 2016. As a representative, he was also named as a Deputy Speaker in 2001 and again from 2013 to 2016.
