Mankulam is a village in Idukki district[2] in the Indian state of Kerala.[3] This is the first Grama Panchayat in Kerala which produces electricity their own and sell it to the Electricity board of Kerala.[4][5]

Demographics[]

As of 2001 India census, Mankulam had a population of 9607 with 4920 males and 4687 females.[3]
