Medole (Upper Mantovano: Médule) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Mantua in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) east of Milan and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Mantua.
Medole borders the following municipalities: Castel Goffredo, Castiglione delle Stiviere, Cavriana, Ceresara, Guidizzolo, Solferino, Carpenedolo
