The Motherland Party[1] (Hungarian: A Haza Pártja), formerly known as The Homeland Not For Sale Movement Party (Hungarian: A Haza Nem Eladó Mozgalom Párt) is a Hungarian political party, founded by Árpád Kásler in 2013. The party's headquarters is located in Gyula, Békés County. The party is mostly based on opposition to  [de; hu], holding several protests in opposition to 'plundering'.

In 2017, Árpád Kásler sued , Index.hu and , because the websites named the party as a possible fake party [hu] intended to take advantage of the new electoral method. Kásler won the lawsuit.[2]
