Mrs. Universe is an international, global event for "the most honorable married woman", first organized in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2007. The event is open to married, divorced, and widowed women from nations on all continents around the world, who are between the ages of 18 and 55, have a family and career, and are involved in a "significant cause".[1] It is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The organizer, Mrs. Universe Ltd., also organizes the Mrs. Europe,[2][3] Grandma Universe,[4] and Children of the Universe pageants.[5]

The current and reigning queen and titleholder, Mrs. Universe 2020, is Zhuldyz Abdukarimova from Kazakhstan. While the 2020 pageant was held online and determined by popular vote alone, the 2021 pageant is expected to be an in-person, traditional pageant. The 2021 competition is scheduled for April 2022 in Seoul, South Korea.
