Mystery Diners

Maeve McNamara, owner of Maeve's Residuals in Studio City, California, suspects that one of her newly hired bartenders might be over-pouring for customers, giving away too many free drinks, and over-tipping himself. During the sting, bartender Rod was seen drinking on the job, ignoring the regular customers in favor of Mystery Diners Shellene and Jessica, over-pouring top shelf alcohol, and only charging $12 for $122 worth of drinks. Maeve confronted Rod and fired him, and he gave the money from his tip jar to her. His exit interview stated that she lost a good bartender. The narrator revealed that Rod has moved to Los Angeles and found new employment. Maeve hasn't had any more theft since Rod left, and all of her regulars have since returned.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Jessica.

When Dennis Petty, owner of The Groves Bar & Grill in Gilbert, Arizona becomes concerned about a large loss in food and supplies, the Mystery Diners go undercover with hidden cameras as new employees and customers, suspecting that a recently-hired chef named David is plotting something. The sting reveals that David is indeed running his own catering business using the restaurant's kitchen and supplies, and making business at The Groves suffer, with customers waiting extensively for their orders. With Charles on hand, Dennis confronts and fires him. The narrator reveals that David has gone out of business without his own overhead. The Groves' business has improved now that Dennis has all his food and supplies in check.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Danny, Sarah.

Brett and Rose Hoffman, husband-and-wife owners of German restaurant Haus Murphy in Glendale, Arizona, disagree on almost everything, particularly the hiring of Rose's nephew-in-law Gunnar as their new restaurant manager. Fearing he is unqualified for the job, they hire Charles and Mystery Diners Danny, Chris, and Deanna to go undercover and show them the extent of their nephew's incompetence. During the sting, Gunnar was proven to be horrible to staff and customers, and even stole beer from right under his aunt's nose. At the confrontation, Rose must terminate Gunnar's employment at Haus Murphy. The narrator revealed that Gunnar apologized for his actions and returned the stolen beer.

Mystery Diners: Deanna, Danny, Chris.

After losing thousands of dollars in unaccounted alcohol and hearing rumors of late-night staff parties, Kim Brennan, owner of Big Earl's Greasy Eats in Cave Creek, Arizona contacts Charles, and Mystery Diners Shellene and Chris go undercover as waitress and flirty customer hoping to score invitations to an after-hours bash. The suspected bartender Claire drank on the job, pocketed money that should have gone into the register, and threw an out-of-control party after the bar was closed. Kim returned to the restaurant to throw everybody out and fired Claire during the confrontation. The narrator revealed that Claire apologized for her actions and moved on to new employment. All of the bar's alcohol was accounted for and revenue was back up at Big Earl's.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Bradley, Chris.

After receiving numerous bad-service reviews and noticing a 30% decline in revenue, Jay Wisniewski, owner of Caffe Boa in Tempe, Arizona, contacts Charles and the Mystery Diners to help him find the cause. Mystery Diner Danny goes undercover as a waiter and discovers three problem employees: waiter Brad, waitress Gwen, waitress-in-training Sophia. Despite calling owner Jay a dirty name, Gwen turns out to be a model employee. Brad was a good employee but lacked confidence and had a temper. Sophia was the real problem: she drank on the job, ate food from customers' plates, and was rude to customers. At the confrontation, Jay praises Gwen, encourages Brad to be more confident, and fires Sophia. The narrator reveals that Sophia has found employment elsewhere. Brad was taking a wine-appreciation course. Gwen was promoted to head server. Profits and service are back to normal at Caffe Boa.

Mystery Diners: Danny, Chris, Matt & Leeann.

Frank Vairo, owner of Amaro Italian Bistro in Cave Creek, Arizona believes his manager Tim is acting inappropriately with the staff and picking favorites based on appearance. Mystery Diners Destiney (Charles' daughter) and Sarah go undercover and interview for waitress positions to see if Tim will hire an attractive waitress over a qualified one. This is proven true when Tim gets flirtatious with Destiney, much to Charles' ire. He's also attempted to poach the staff by offering them jobs at his and his brother's own restaurant. During the confrontation, Tim gets into an argument with Frank and Charles which ends with him quitting. The narrator reveals that the Tim and his brother were unable to keep running their own restaurant after two months and both are seeking employment. Frank has hired a new manager and business has improved greatly.

Mystery Diners: Sarah, Destiney.

Charles and the Mystery Diners descend upon The Blue Moose in Scottsdale, Arizona, where longtime chef "Grumpy Tom" has a knack for disrespecting everyone in the place--including the newly-installed second-generation co-owner and manager Grey Haplin. Mystery Diner Jessica goes undercover as a waitress to prove just how grumpy Tom is and how his attitude negatively affects business. During the sting, Tom was impatient, verbally abusive, and had little respect for Sean Haplin. When Grey confronted him, he began yelling as well, proving that he needed to control his own actions. When brought back to the control room for the confrontation, Tom initially walked out, but Charles was able to lure him back in. After discussion, they were able to reach a compromise. The narrator revealed that Sean and Grey implemented a training program. Tom and Grey have mutual respect for each other.

Mystery Diners: Jessica.

Rich Tyson, owner of Las Vegas bistro 3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella fears his manager Andrew, who is also his brother, may not possess the skills to manage the front of the house like he does the back of the house. He also wanted to look at a veteran server named Dawn who he feared was apathetic, but turned out to be an asset to the restaurant. Andrew was unprofessional with staff, easily agitated and rude to customers, and even drinking on the job. Before Charles and Rich could confront him, he left the restaurant in the middle of his shift and they were unable to catch him as he drove away. Rich did praise Dawn and even promoted her to assistant manager. The narrator revealed that Andrew apologized for his actions and was given a second chance at his original position as kitchen manager. Business has never been better at 3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella.

Mystery Diners: Deanna, Danny.

After receiving numerous staff complaints that his recently-promoted headwaiter David is not evenly distributing the pooled tips, James LaGrappe, general manager of D'Cache restaurant in Toluca Lake, California contacts Charles and the Mystery Diners to help him discover whether the rumor is true. Charles sends in Destiney and Grant as customer and waiter, and they discover that David is telling customers that the card system is down and pocketing the money. David tries to set up Grant by stealing an entire bill payment, then asking Grant to fetch the bill. When confronted, David tries to defend himself, stating James giving tips to people who haven't earned them is stealing. James doesn't buy it, forces him to give back the money, and fires him. The narrator revealed that David still maintains that he did nothing wrong and was hired as a bartender at another restaurant. Revenue and employee morale have both gone back up.

Mystery Diners: Grant, Destiney.

When Mario Nasab, owner of La Traviata in Long Beach, California, becomes concerned over complaints about the quality of his fish, Charles and the Mystery Diners discover that Joe, a chef inherited from previous ownership might not be honest about what's in his high-priced dishes, and Mystery Diners Rob and Shellene go undercover to reel in answers for Mario. During the sting, Joe has Mystery Diner Shellene purchase non-organic ingredients, passing off inexpensive carp as Chilean sea bass, and pocketing any leftover money that he was given by Mario to purchase ingredients for the day. Mario demanded the money back from Joe, which he threw in Mario's face after being fired. Joe states in his exit interview that fish is fish, and expects Mario to call him back to make things up with him. He says they can't make up anything and walks away. The narrator revealed that Joe found employment elsewhere. Mario rehired his former chef Trinidad. The quality of food and customer satisfaction have risen back up.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Rob.

Derrick Pipkin, owner of Pips on La Brea in Los Angeles has a waiter named Bob who claims he hurt his leg on the day Derrick was to fire him for not doing his job. Bob threatened to sue Derrick, so Derrick made Bob a host. But Bob is still being lazy, and Derrick wonders if he is even injured at all. Derrick contacts Charles, and Mystery Diners Shellene, Lukas, and Tracy go undercover to see if Bob's faking his injury. By posing as a "damsel in distress", Tracy probes that Derrick is right about Bob. Derrick fires Bob during the confrontation, leg brace and all. Bob denies faking his injury in his exit interview, and states that the accusations Derrick made against him were ridiculous. The narrator revealed that Bob "kept on walking" and Derrick hasn't heard from him since the taping of the sting. Pips has relaunched and business has never been better.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Lukas, Tracy.

Ali Rabbani, owner of Marrakesh Restaurant in Studio City, California, believes that his manager John has a gambling problem outside of work that's affecting his ability to do his job. Mystery Diners Rob, Scarlet, and Loree go undercover to serve him the truth. Even before the sting, the Mystery Diner noticed John's unprofessional behavior. During the sting, he was caught drinking on the job, giving catering samples intended for a Mystery Diner posing as a customer to his friends, closing the restaurant early so he and his friends could play poker, and stealing money from the restaurant to support his gambling addiction. John was fired during the confrontation. The narrator revealed that he sought help for his gambling addiction.

Mystery Diners: Rob, Loree, Scarlet.

Johnny Persico, owner of Pina Pizza House in Downey, California, believes his "frat-tastic" college-enrolled waiter Jed may not have his best interests at heart and might be taking the party off-campus and into his restaurant. Mystery Diners Grant and Jill go undercover to see if Jed is taking his job as seriously as he claims to take his classes. During the sting, he was caught displaying poor customer service, drinking on the job, serving alcohol without asking for identification, and intentionally screwing up orders to give his friends free food. Right before Johnny went to confront Jed, he was preparing to sell a keg of beer to Mystery Diners posing as customers. Jed was unsurprisingly fired during the confrontation, and he shows remorse in his exit interview. The narrator revealed that Jed and his friends have not returned to the restaurant. Johnny is no longer losing money and his food sales are all accounted for.

Mystery Diners: Grant, Jill.

After Ca'Brea in Los Angeles' valet driver Jose had to take a personal leave, owner George Sarkis began receiving complaints about his new valet driver Rob as well as his delivery service. During the sting, Rob was seen rummaging through cars, stealing exposed money and a cell phone from a Mystery Diner's car, and taking another Mystery Diner's Bentley for a delivery with delivery boy Dylan, leaving the lot unattended. During the confrontation, Dylan was suspended for a week while Rob was fired. The narrator revealed that Rob lost his job at the valet company. Dylan no longer causes problems. Jose returned from his leave.

Mystery Diners: Hank, Tracy.

Chef Marc Sgrizzi, owner of Parma in Las Vegas, contacts Charles and the Mystery Diners when he notices disparities in sales receipts and inventory with his high-end Italian deli meats. Mystery Diner Shane goes undercover as a busboy and discovers that one of Marc's employees is down on his luck and might be using restaurant supplies to pull himself up. His employee Peter was caught bartering with food, scalping customers, and pawning the restaurant's food. When confronted, Peter mentioned that he was kicked out of his house and was acting selfishly to survive. Marc decided to give him a second chance, and helped him get back on his feet. In his exit interview, Peter shows remorse by stating being homeless was no excuse for what he did. Marc has finished expanding the restaurant and is no longer losing money.

Mystery Diners: Shane, Adam.

When Will Glenn, co-owner of Whiskey Dick's in Las Vegas, becomes concerned over a steady decline in female patrons, Mystery Diner Shellene goes undercover as a waitress and learns that his manager Nikki is serving more than just drinks from the bar. She was seen giving away free food and alcohol, ignoring women coming to the restaurants, and encouraging the waitstaff to take care of the men, setting up a dating service that was not approved by Will. Will fired Nikki, who took her waitresses with her. The narrator revealed that Will hasn't seen or heard from them since the taping of this sting. Will hired new waitstaff. The female patrons and profits have returned.

Mystery Diners: Shellene, Barbara, Andy.

Targets: Nikki.

Scott Ghormley, owner of Rhythm Kitchen in Las Vegas, suspects his sophisticated but slightly-arrogant wine sommelier Faz of somehow negatively affecting wine sales; could he also be selling his own wine to customer and keeping the profits? Charles sends Mystery Diners Chelsea and Hollie in as customers to find out. During the sting, Faz is seen being rude to customers, accepting kickbacks from the wine distributor, charging wine sales to his personal account, and pushing low-quality wine on customers instead of honoring their requests. Scott fired him for his theft, and personally took over the sommelier responsibilities. The narrator revealed that Faz has found employment elsewhere. Wine sales and customer satisfaction have improved.

Mystery Diners: Chelsea, Hollie.

Janaya Mallow, general manager of Putter's Bar & Grill in Las Vegas, contacts Charles after noticing unusually-low sales during the graveyard shift. The Mystery Diners go undercover as customers and discover that her overnight bartender J.R. is running his own bar out of Putter's, "The Junkyard." He tapped his own beer, gave his friends access to the bar and kitchen, and left the bar unattended during his shift. During the confrontation, J.R. recognizes Charles and flees, ordering the pursuing cameraman to stop following him. The narrator revealed that Janaya doesn't know the current whereabouts of "The Junkyard" and hired a new overnight manager. Profits have returned to normal.

Mystery Diners: Adam, Hollie, Barbara.

After Nico Santucci, owner of Capo's Speakeasy's in Las Vegas, hears complaints that his brother/manager Dominic is acting inappropriately with guests, he calls Charles. Besides catching him hitting on female patrons, the Mystery Diners discover that a disgruntled waiter named Larry is stealing money and supplies from the restaurant. During the confrontation, Larry is fired and Nico offers Dominic a second chance. The narrator reveals that Dominic is behaving and that Larry has apologized for his actions and found employment elsewhere.

Mystery Diners: Andy, Jennifer.

Jeff and Rhonda Wyatt, owners of Marche Bacchus in Las Vegas, contact Charles regarding the breakup of their manager Layla and waiter Flavio. Layla was still hung up on Flavio and punishing him by not giving him any tables. She was flirting inappropriately with customers and even threw water in her ex-boyfriend's face in front of customers. During the confrontation, Jeff and Rhonda fired her. Layla states in her exit interview that Flavio used and abused her and hooked up with every girl in the restaurant. The narrator revealed that Layla has found employment elsewhere. Jeff and Rhonda implemented a strict no-dating policy amongst their staff. Employee morale and customer satisfaction have both returned to normal.

Mystery Diners: Destiney, Chris, Rodrigo.

When Adam Gomes, owner of Via Brasil in Las Vegas, is concerned that meat sales aren't being reflected in his register, the Mystery Diners discover that the manager J.P. isn't just giving away free steak. During the sting, J.P. is caught breaking the restaurant's policy against taking food home, stealing meat, and collecting money for a fake charity in exchange for free trips to the buffet. Adam fired him and threatens to call the police if he returns. In his exit interview, he says in one year the charity will be the biggest thing the world has seen and he'll be a hero. The narrator revealed that J.P. found employment elsewhere. Darin the head waiter was promoted to manager. All of the meat was accounted for and profits returned to normal.

Mystery Diners: Allison, Andy, Lou.

Hernan Stutzer, owner of Catharsis in Miami, Florida receives complaints about inappropriate touching and theft of items during the restaurant's "Dining in the Dark" event. The targets are three newly-hired servers (Cary, Gaby, and Juan). The Mystery Diners discover that Cary and Gaby have created a game by stealing from customers and screwing with them and the food. Both are fired during the confrontation. In his exit interview, Cary is annoyed being fired, but even more annoyed that Gaby threw him under the bus. The narrator reveals that Cary and Gaby have gone their separate ways. Juan has been promoted to head server.

Mystery Diners: Billy, Hollie.

When Stephanie and Danielle "D-Rock" Vitori, owners of Cheeseburger Baby in Miami hear reports of theft of money from the cash register, they ask Charles to investigate an ex-con waiter they hired named Guillermo to give him a second chance at life. The Mystery Diners reveal a big problem: their waitress Krystia is behind the theft and is falsifying evidence to pit the customers and owners against Guillermo, making him her scapegoat. When confronted, Krystia tries to defend herself, but the owners are fed up with her lies and order her to confess. She eventually does and returns the money, but they fire her and apologize to Guillermo for thinking he had stolen the money. The narrator reveals that Krystia was never heard from again. Guillermo was celebrating his 10-month anniversary at Cheeseburger Baby. The owners have implemented a new theft-preventing register.

Mystery Diners: Tracy, John.

George Farge, owner of George's in Miami thinks his staff is going too far with the party atmosphere after noticing significant revenue loss. He's right to be concerned: his manager Danny and bartender Wayne have been over-serving women free shots, letting customers drink from a beer bong, and threatening to burn down the whole restaurant while one of them wears George's Napoleon hat. During the confrontation, George fires them both. The narrator reveals that Danny and Wayne found employment elsewhere. Waiter Ivan is training to become the new manager. Only George is allowed to wear his Napoleon hat.

Mystery Diners: Jenny, Rob.

Luis Garcia, owner of Garcia's Seafood in Miami notices an unusual low amount of Crab Claws, and much wasted product. The team finds out that a fisherman named Alex (whose father worked for his company long ago) has been selling the catch to another buyer and a prep cook named Cal is filleting fish improperly. Luis goes rough on Alex during the confrontation and fires him, and Cal is ordered to improve his filleting skills. The narrator reveals that Alex is working at another fishing company. Cal is no longer wasting product. Luis has installed an expensive security system to watch his restaurant from his office.

Mystery Diners: Harry.

U.J. Mollere, owner of R&O's Restaurant in New Orleans is fed up with the lack of respect. The Mystery Diners discover big problems: U.J.'s niece Dee Dee, a waitress, is rude to customers and staff, and his nephew Chris, a busboy, is coming in tired from college and getting only a few moments of sleep. During the confrontation, U.J. fires Dee Dee for her blatant disrespect and forbids her to return. She threatens to send her mother to confront him on her way out. Chris apologizes while stating that he has college work to do, and his uncle says he'll talk to his mother. The narrator reveals that Dee Dee has apologized for her actions after being scolded by her mother and has moved on to another job. With a lighter workload, Chris has gotten straight A's. Another niece named Amanda was promoted to assistant-manager. U.J. has hired new employees who are fitting in with his family.

Mystery Diners: Deanna, Andrew.

King Creole and Tambourine Green, owners of N'awlins Café in New Orleans ask for help getting to the root of why their restaurant isn't thriving. Charles and his team discover that their manager Chasity has staffed the place with her friends, few of whom are fully qualified. One waiter named Roger, Chasity's boyfriend, is shown taking a break instead of working; and they are shown eating an order that was messed up and being rude to difficult customers. During the confrontation, Chasity and Roger are fired. Charles claims that Sinae, the bartender Chasity hired could be a good employee. The narrator doesn't mention what happened to Chasity and Roger, but he does mention that Sinae was offered full bartender training only to quit. The owners have replaced Chasity's friends with more competent people.

Mystery Diners: Nicole, Andrew, Damon.

Terry Wooten, owner of Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que in Fort Worth, Texas, is concerned that one of his employees is selling his secret family barbaque sauce recipe to his rivals and calls in Charles to help find the culprit. He suspects his head chef Bobby since he's the only non-family member who knows the recipe. The Mystery Diners discovered that Bobby wasn't the one selling the recipe, but he did share it with the rest of the kitchen staff. They also discovered that Terry's nephew Michael, who works as a manager, is behind this. During the confrontation, Terry fires him. The narrator revealed that Michael was disowned from the family business. Bobby was reprimanded and he and the rest of the kitchen staff have signed non-disclosure agreements. Terry is now bottling and selling his barbecue sauce.

Mystery Diners: Ben, Andy, Justin.

Keith Chifici, owner of Deanie's Seafood in New Orleans contacts Charles and his team to keep an eye on the restaurant's manager Bill, a wannabe comedian. They also discover that Carlos, one of the waiters is drinking on the job and stealing wine while Bill performs his stand-up routine in the middle of the restaurant. When both are confronted, Carlos is fired and Bill is put on a 3-month leave with a demotion to waiter on his return. The narrator revealed that Carlos found work at another restaurant. Bill continues his dream of being a professional comedian and performs at clubs in New Orleans.

Mystery Diners: Andrew, Deanna.

A.J. "Poppy" Tusa, owner of Poppy's The Crazy Lobster in New Orleans fields complaints about constant fighting between the cooks; also, his nephew Shane, a part-time animal trainer, brings wild animals into the restaurant. The Mystery Diners point to waitress Felecia who is playing the grill supervisor Rick and cook Jason against each other since she's dating Jason and having an affair with Rick. Shane tries to impress a Mystery Diner posing as a customer by showing off a baby alligator. During the confrontation, Jason lashes out at Rick upon what was revealed as Poppy breaks up the argument. Felecia and Rick are both fired while Jason and Shane are suspended for 2 weeks. The narrator reveals that Felecia and Rick have stopped seeing other. Jason is training to become the new grill supervisor. Shane no longer brings wild animals into the restaurant.

Mystery Diners: Nicole, Amber.

Francesco Farris, owner of Zio Cecio in Dallas, starts to hear rave reviews about Tex-Mex food being served in his Italian restaurant. The Mystery Diners prove that he was right to be concerned: his head chef Tim and floor manager Allison are running a side business serving Tex-Mex food; Allison has also told the waitstaff to push the Tex-Mex menu for a cash incentive and was also poaching customers with plans to open their own restaurant in 6 months. During the confrontation, Francesco fires Tim and Allison. In their exit interviews, Allison complains of unfair treatment and Tim states that he's one of Dallas' best chefs and will be successful in 6 months. The narrator reveals that there's no indication of the duo being successful in starting their own Tex-Mex restaurant or not.

Mystery Diners: Tracy, Justin.

Rick Fairless, owner of Stroker's Ice House, a biker bar and grill in Dallas, and his mother call in Charles to report a revenue dip that might be related to Rick's motorcycle shop. The Mystery Diners find that two waitresses (Sammi and Kim) have been stealing money behind his manager Chris's back; one of them, Sammi, is stealing and selling motorcycle parts with her mechanic boyfriend Lobo, who works at Rick's motorcycle shop. Rick fires the couple during the confrontation and his mother tells them to take Kim with them. The narrator reveals that Lobo, Sammi, and Kim have found new employment. Chris was demoted to bartender only to resign. Rick's mother has temporarily returned to work and is looking for new managers.

Mystery Diners: Tracy, Justin.

Keith "Buttons" Hicks, owner of Buttons Restaurant in Dallas asks Charles to investigate after fielding complaints that his ex-military manager Tony is being too strict. The Mystery Diners discover that Tony has made Otis, an ROTC trainee who looks up to him, run laps around the restaurant for messing up and caused Buttons' best server Shanitha to quit. When confronted by Buttons and Charles, Tony states that he was only keeping them in line and tells him to fire him if he must. Buttons, who was also in the military, decides not to fire him but advises him to mellow his approach. Charles advises him to rehire Shanitha. The narrator reveals that Tony is taking a positive approach to his job. Shanitha was rehired and promoted to head server.

Mystery Diners: Ben, Justin, Nicole.

Jamie and Francine Alba, owners of Sisley Italian Kitchen in Sherman Oaks, California, enlist Charles to get to the bottom of a revenue discrepancy that might involve their bookkeeper Pamela. During the sting, she is caught coming to work late, making personal phone calls, and sleeping on the job, but is actually honest in reporting a cash discrepancy to manager Mike. The Mystery Diners then reveal that Mike is actually behind the discrepancy by collecting an extra paycheck for an employee named Hector Rodriguez and also collecting a check for a window-cleaning company after firing them and making the busboys clean the windows. During the confrontation, Mike tries to defend himself saying that the restaurant was getting cleaned, but Jamie and Francine have had enough and fire him and make him tell Hector he's also fired. In his exit interview, Mike states he knows what he's worth and he can find a job anywhere. Jamie and Francine decide to suspend Pamela instead of firing her at Charles' advice. The narrator reveals that Mike and Hector have stopped collecting undeserved paychecks. Pamela has returned to work following her suspension.

Mystery Diners: Loree, Mark.

Patrick Holleran, owner of Buster's Beach House in Long Beach, California is concerned about his bartender K.P. and a large alcohol loss. The Mystery Diners not only confirm that K.P.'s stealing money and conducting a lemon-slice-counting scam, but they also discover that his executive chef Johnny has been responsible for sexual-harassment cases and showing preference with the female waitstaff and a few regular female customers. During the confrontation, Patrick fires K.P. and Johnny. Johnny is remorseful in his exit interview and plans to make reparations for his actions. The narrator reveals that K.P. maintained that he did nothing wrong and has found new employment. Johnny has apologized for his behavior and is seeking counseling. Patrick has hired a new executive chef and bartender.

Mystery Diners: Tracy, Shelby.

Michael Madlock, owner of Newport Beach Brewing Company in Newport Beach, California, asks Charles to investigate his onsite brewmaster Derek, whom he suspects of running a side business. The Mystery Diners go undercover and discover that Derek is not behind the side business. Instead, it was his bartender Mike who was the one running a side business with a waiter named Danny. Mike admits he's brewing his own flavor brands of beer from his home and promoting it in the Newport Beach Brewing Company. During the confrontation, Michael fires him. Mike remains unremorseful in his exit interview claiming that Michael lost an opportunity to market and sell his flavor beer brands that could've helped his business. The narrator revealed that Mike has been unsuccessful in promoting his own beer. Danny has also been terminated for his involvement and has found employment elsewhere. Derek continues to be a valuable employee.

Vic Parrino, owner of Colombo's Italian Steakhouse in Eagle Rock, California, fears that an Employee of the Month competition is the reason for a lack of staff harmony. The team proves this because of Dayna, a 4-time Employee of the Month-winning waitress. She has been badmouthing her co-workers and sabotaging waiter Marco by throwing away his ticket orders as soon as they're printed. After she insults a customer, Vic confronts and fires her warning her to get her car off his property before he calls a tow truck. She tries to apologize and state it won't happen again and she really needs this job. Vic gives her a second chance but says she must pay $1,000 back to him. The narrator revealed that Dayna has apologized to everyone and repaid the money ever since she was given a second chance. The Employee of the Month competition has been discontinued and Vic instead rewards the staff for working together.

Mystery Diners: Grant, Shelby.

After nearly losing his life during a paragliding accident in Brazil, Kevin Aksacki, owner of Gauchos Village in Glendale, California is finding discrepancies in his revenue and inventory since his return to the business; he believes his chef Gabriel is involved. The Mystery Diners go undercover and discover that Gabriel is not the culprit. It was actually Kevin's manager Miguel who has taken advantages of Kevin's absence by badmouthing him to the staff, letting women take leftovers home (which is against normal practice of a churrascaria), selling meat to the staff, and using it and the restaurant's alcohol to host a barbecue at his place. During the confrontation, Miguel claimed the alcohol and the meat were meant to be used as a surprise barbecue for Kevin, who doesn't believe him and fires him. The narrator reveals that Miguel found employment elsewhere. Gabriel was promoted to executive chef while continuing to be a valuable employee. Kevin has returned to work full-time and retrained the staff.

Mystery Diners: Grant, Amber.

Pascal Berthoumieux, owner of Bistro Bordeaux in Evanston, Illinois investigates several complaints about his new executive chef Mark. While Mark was verbally abusive to the rest of the kitchen staff, the real culprit is a disgruntled sous-chef named Brian who believes he should have been the executive chef and badmouths him to the whole staff behind his back. He also tells guests that he's the executive chef and taints food so the executive chef will be fired and he can step into the position. When both are confronted, Brian tries to defend his actions, but Charles points out that he's the last person who should be executive chef after he was caught on tape sabotaging the chef's orders, making negative comments to the waitstaff, and lying to cover up his scam. Pascal fires Brian and tells him to get off his property; the man remained unremorseful in his exit interview, cleaning that the executive chef should've been fired for being angry at him. Pascal apologizes to Mark and advises him to work on his anger issues. The narrator reveals that Brian was unable to get rehired. Mark no longer has anger issues at work.

Mystery Diners: Jay, Nicole.

Gary "Big" Strauss and Tony "Little" D'Alessandro, owners of Big and Little's Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois respond to rumors that employees are illegally selling alcohol to customers at their restaurant. The Mystery Diners discover their manager Gregg doing a side business selling alcohol with his friend Enrique; this nearly attracts police attention. During the confrontation, the owners fire Gregg and order him to inform Enrique to never return. The narrator revealed that Gregg and Enrique were never heard from again. Everyone else involved was either reprimanded or terminated.

Chris Johnston, owner of Cheesie's Pub and Grill in Chicago, Illinois, is concerned about cheating with his grilled-cheese-eating contest (too many petite women seem to win) and cost of his alcohol sales. The Mystery Diners discover that his waiter and best friend Patrick and his cashier Sara have been cheating to help their friends and female contestants win and giving away free beverages. Despite Patrick's plea that it was good for Cheesie's, he and Sara are fired; in his exit interview, Patrick fumes that his best friend fired him over a grilled-cheese contest. The narrator reveals that Patrick and Sara have apologized for their actions and moved on to other jobs. Chris has implemented new rules for his grilled cheese-eating contest to discourage cheating by any customer or staff member.

Mystery Diners: David, Destiney.

Danny Alberga, owner of Bella Luna Café in Chicago, Illinois contacts Charles about customer complaints with his delivery service. The Mystery Diners point to delivery man Mike doing personal errands between delivers, and to delivery man Chris who charges extra delivery fees, eats delivery food, insults customers who refused messed-up orders, and displays road rage. During the confrontation, Mike is reprimanded and Chris is fired. In his exit interview, Chris simply walks away and yells at a car. The narrator reveals that Chris is working at another restaurant. Mike has stopped doing his own errands during his job.

Mystery Diners: Mark, Brian, David, Adriana.

Tommy Brower, owner of Gigi's Restaurant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is concerned with rumors about his mother and host Mariann, discriminating against younger customers. The Mystery Diners discover that waitress Erika was the one behind the discrimination, thinking young people are too cheap. During the confrontation, Tommy calls her out and fires her. In her exit interview, Erika remains unremorseful, wanting better, richer customers to reward her for her service. Tommy apologizes to his mother when he sees she was trying to repair the customer damage Erika was causing. The narrator reveals that Erika is working at another restaurant. Mariann has learned to ease up on customers and is still working alongside him.

Mystery Diners: Miranda, Gregg, Denise.

Dave and Mike Frank, owners of Del Rossi's Cheesesteaks Co. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has been hearing complaints about their recently-hired security guard, family friend "Fury," being too rough with customers and bossy with the staff. The Mystery Diners not only confirm this, but also discover cashier Matthew taking advantage of Fury by sneaking into the kitchen and stealing food from the restaurant. During the confrontation, Matthew is fired and Fury is reprimanded and put on probation. In his interview, Fury is remorseful for his actions and promises to change his attitude. The narrator reveals that Matthew has paid for the items he stole. Fury has adopted a more friendly approach in his job.

Mystery Diners: Joe, Kiara.

Bob Berkowitz, owner of Venture Inn in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is hearing complaints from both his regular and cross-dressing customers that the weekly quiz night is rigged and suspects that his manager Joe is involved. The Mystery Diners go undercover and discover that Joe isn't behind the rigging. It was discovered that bartender Scott was the one who stole the answer sheets from Joe's office computer and feeding the answers to the reigning Drag Queen champion Bridgette Jones through an ear phone. During the confrontation, Bob fires Scott and makes him instruct Bridgette Jones to never return to the restaurant. In his exit interview, Scott calls his firing "messed up" and says Bob hired a "D-List Sherlock Holmes" to investigate the rigging of the trivia contest. Joe is spared when Bob realized he had nothing to do with the rigging. The narrator reveals that Scott has found employment elsewhere. Bridgette Jones no longer attends quiz night. Joe has added a password on his computer and there has been a different winner each week.

Mystery Diners: Kiara, Danny.

Marvin Graaf, owner of Falls Taproom in Philadelphia, contacts Charles after hearing rumors of a feud between his girlfriend/manager Jessica and his best friend Morris. The Mystery Diners point to bigger problems with Morris behind the rumors: showing up intoxicated, he had been harassing customers and Jessica. When confronted, Marvin ends their friendship and bans him from the bar. In his exit interview, Morris expresses his remorse in his behavior and plans to make up for his misdeeds. Marvin later apologizes to Jessica, who will only forgive him if they go out shopping the next day. The narrator reveals that Morris has begun to make reparations for his past misdeeds in the hopes of gaining Marvin's friendship back. Marvin and Jessica are getting married.

Mystery Diners: Miranda, Kevin.

Mitchell Fox, owner of Source in San Francisco has concerns about meat being served in his vegan restaurant. The Mystery Diners find his head cook Tony drinking on the job, his male cashier from Peru Xavier lying to customers about the food that's served, and his female hardcore vegan cashier Sydney showing intolerance to non-vegan customers by refusing service to those who request real cheese. Even worse, Xavier eats a fast-food hamburger in front of the restaurant despite Source employees being able to eat free. During the confrontation, Xavier storms out. In his exit interview, he states that he came to America believing it was the land of the free and maintains he did nothing wrong by eating a burger during his break. Sydney is told she'll be spared if she will calm down and Tony is forced to take time off after being breathalyzed. He states in his exit interview that he plans to return as a better person. The narrator revealed that Xavier is working elsewhere. Sydney is less critical of non-vegans. Tony is attending Alcoholics Anonymous and hopes to return to work.

Mystery Diners: Brianna, Nate, Amber.

Ken Looney, owner of Looney's BBQ in San Leandro, California asks Charles to investigate his staff when he hears that some of them are pranking customers with the restaurant's Devil's XXX hot sauce; the Mystery Diners reveal that his waiter Matt and manager Mark are behind the pranks. Mark pranks the staff while Matt pranks the customers. Ken fires Matt and disciplines Mark, asking him to be friendlier to the staff. In his exit interview, Matt states that he doesn't regret giving some of the customers the XXX sauce and they deserved it for how they behaved. The narrator revealed that Matt found employment elsewhere. Mark has changed his attitude and no longer hazes the staff.

Mystery Diners: William, Kiel, Brianna.

Charles investigates a rumor that his new manager Erik is running unauthorized promotions at Rocco's Café in San Francisco that features a photo gallery of famous people on its wall. Owner Don Dial was right to be concerned: Erik was running his own get-rich-quick scheme by charging customers $5 to change their orders, having his friend pose as Jamie Foxx and selling photos and/or autographs to customers, and selling t-shirts and hats with pictures of Don's grandfather Rocco. Don rants to Charles that he wouldn't even give the Mayor of San Francisco exclusive seating. The Mystery Diners also discover that a busboy named Christophe has been smoking in front of the restaurant with Erik, eating on the job and lying about not speaking English to get out of work. During the confrontation, Don fires Christophe, who shows remorse in his exit interview. When Erik tries to justify his actions, Don asks him if he thinks he looks like Alec Baldwin, then fires him. In his exit interview, he states that his friend knows Jamie Foxx. The narrator reveals that Erik has found new employment. Christophe has also found new employment and no longer lies about not speaking English. A waitress named Angela has been promoted to manager.

Mystery Diners: Brianna, Nate.

Philippe Gardelle, owner of Chapeau! in San Francisco asks the Mystery Diners to investigate allegations that his waitstaff is rude to customers. The Mystery Diners confirm Philippe's suspicion when they catch his French-speaking waiter Renaud being rude to customers and smoking outside. Soon they also catch another waiter named Michael stealing Renaud's tips; and Philippe's son Andrew not doing his job and also kissing his girlfriend Lizzy, Chapeau!'s hostess. At the confrontation, Renaud and Andrew both apologize for their behavior. Renaud admits he smokes to alleviate his stress over how angry he is with Michael for stealing his tips; he never intended to be rude to the customers. Philippe confronts Michael and orders him to pay the money back to Renaud, then fires him for his actions. The narrator reveals that Michael is waiting tables at another restaurant. Renaud has successfully quit smoking and has a friendlier approach. Andrew has a better work ethic as he and Lizzy are going steady.

Mystery Diners: Kiel, Brianna, Nate, Brooke.

Cindy Kahl, co-owner of Speisekammer in Alameda, California, believes the "Dirndl Girls" her ex-husband Peter hired are the source of many problems; Peter disagrees and thinks they're doing fine, it's recently-hired waiter Tim who's the problem. The Mystery Diners discover Dirndl Girl Danielle is a model employee but two others, Angela and Shana, not only badmouth her behind her back, but they also drink on the job, steal tips, and are rigging a popular competition to let their friends win. They also find that Tim is in on Angela and Shana's plan and they're putting Cindy and Peter against each other to continue their scam. At the confrontation, the two girls defend themselves by saying that they were doing what Peter told them to do, but Peter fires them and bids them goodbye in German. In their exit interview, Angela and Shana claim that Peter hired to them to party, then fired them for partying. Peter apologizes to Cindy and plans to confront Tim for his involvement. The narrator revealed that Angela and Shana are working elsewhere. Danielle continues to work as a Dirndl Girl part-time. Tim has apologized and made amends for his behavior.

Mystery Diners: Hollie, Nate.

Michael Vujovich, owner of Bistro Baffi in Burien, Washington call Charles when expensive bottles of wine and priceless art pieces go missing. The Mystery Diners show him that his manager Ron has been conducting secret art deals and not paying attention to the theft. His waitress Michelle had also been letting other customers bribe her into letting them take wine bottles home. During the confrontation, Michael orders Michelle to return the money she took from Charles, then fires her, stating that he hates thieves. In her exit interview, she states that she let greed get the best of her. Michael also ordered Ron to return Charles' money, then fired him. The narrator revealed that Michelle has apologized for her actions and found work elsewhere. Ron maintains that he did nothing wrong. The staff has been better trained to keep closer watch on the wine and art.

Mystery Diners: Allison, Julie, John, Benny.

Nader Morcos, owner of My Greek and Italian Restaurant in Tacoma, Washington, notices inventory problems and an increase in broken plates. The Mystery Diners show him that his assistant-manager Steve has been putting too much shots in a traditional Greek appetizer called a saganaki (only calling for one shot), breaking the rules in conducting the Greek tradition of breaking plates, and tricking busboy Travis to get involved in his own get-rich-quick scheme by putting flyers for his friend's band in to-go orders. They also closed down the restaurant early to party with the rest of the band. After kicking the party out, Nader confronts the two and while Travis is spared stating that he was tricked, Steve is fired. He states in his exit interview that he won't apologize, claiming Nader put him in charge to run the restaurant the way it was supposed to be run. The narrator revealed that Steve is working at another restaurant. Travis no longer abuses his position to make extra cash. A waitress named Sarah is training to become the new assistant-manager.

Mystery Diners: Brianna, Nadine.

After inheriting some of their staff from the previous owner, Brianna and James Snyder, new owners of Sam's Tavern in Seattle believe there is a divide between the old employees and the new ones. The only 3 employees from the previous ownership are manager Heidi, bartenter Chelsea, and cook Reeves. The Mystery Diners point to Heidi who had been misbehaving, not following the owners's instructions, being disrespectful to the new owners and new employees, favoring old customers, and spreading her negative behavior to Chelsea. During the confrontation, Chelsea is repremanded due to the fact the owners are about to become parents, and Heidi is fired. In her exit interview, Heidi says it's in her blood to be a good manager. The narrator revealed that Heidi has found employment elsewhere. Chelsea is now getting along with the new employees. Reeves has been promoted to head cook. The owners had their first child and employee harmony has never been better.

Mystery Diners: Nadine, Jason.

Blaine Cook, owner of Zippy's Giant Burgers in Seattle, calls Charles to investigate rumors that his employee Aaron, who works as the costumed mascot Zippy the Yum Yum Burger Boy, is misbehaving. The Mystery Diners discover that Aaron's unemployed friend and roommate Dopey Dan has been subbing as Zippy while Aaron visits his sick mother and runs her errands. Sometimes, Dopey Dan has been intoxicated during his Zippy favor gigs. At the confrontation, Blaine expresses disappointment in Aaron for having Dan cover his shifts. Charles asks Aaron why he doesn't have Dan run his mother's errands. He answers that he wouldn't trust Dan to do any sort of errands for his mother. Blaine wonders in that case why he'd trust Dan to cover his Zippy shifts while he's intoxicated and have him be rude to customers. Blaine reprimands Aaron and tells him to let him know the next time he needs to look after his mother or her errands and they will discuss it. Until then, he's suspended for a week. He also tells Dan that he is no longer allowed anywhere on the property. The narrator revealed that Aaron has made amends with Blaine and is the only one wearing the Zippy costume. Dan is still unemployed.

Mystery Diners: Nadine, John.

Demetri Georgakopoulos, owner of Taverna Mazi in Seattle believes his staff are getting too carried away with ghost stories and "haunted tours." The Mystery Diners shows him that his waiter Andy and busboy Edgar are pulling pranks on the staff and customers. During the confrontation, Andy and Edgar are fired for their actions. In his exit interview, Andy says the joke's on him. The narrator revealed that the Andy and Edgar found employment elsewhere. Unfortunately, Taverna Mazi has closed down because of increased paranormal activities, but Demetri plans to reopen at a new location soon.

Mystery Diners: John, Lisa, Hollie.

Aaron Kweskin, owner of The Hangout in Seal Beach, California notices a large increase in coupon use. The Mystery Diners reveal that his manager Jason isn't doing his work; in fact, he leaves work in the middle of his shift to go surfing. Also, waitres Allison sells coupons to her co-workers from a blank roll of register tape. During the confrontation, Allison is the first to be fired; in her exit interview she states that worse things are going on in the world than a coupon ring. Aaron then confronts and fires Jason, who states that he's unhappy to lose his job and surfing is part of his life. The narrator revealed that Jason has apologized for his actions and frequents the restaurant as a patron. Allison has found employment elsewhere. All other problem employees have been terminated and replaced.

Mystery Diners: Nadine, Jason.

Charles helps David and Petra Vieira, owners of Redballs Rock & Roll Pizza in Moorpark, California who have found discrepancies in their pizza supplies. The Mystery Diners discover that their manager Jesse has instructed waitress Erika to ring up a slice of cheese pizza as beer to play the bands with beer, in addition to using his own bouncer to collect money from patrons at the door and inside the restaurant and keeping the money for himself, and withholding payment from the bands. David runs outside to stop one of the bands from driving off in his truck to make up for not being paid. David and Petra confront Jesse and Erika involved and fire them both. The narrator revealed that Jesse and Erika have moved on to other jobs. Mike, the pizza chef they bought from Staten Island has been promoted to manager.

Mystery Diners: Amber, Grant, Robbie.

Peter Zappas, owner of the Encore Dinner Theater in Tustin, California, suspects that a relationship between an actress and one of his waiters is affecting customer service. The Mystery Diners discover that waiter Connor is trying to romance an actress named Hannah who doesn't return his affection which she reveals to one of the undercover Mystery Diners. Also, B.J. the bathroom attendant has been demanding tips from the customers. During the confrontation, Connor is fired and the B.J. storms out. The narrator revealed that Connor is working as a waiter at another restaurant. B.J. was replaced by a less-pushy bathroom attendant.

Mystery Diners: Amanda, Rob, John.

Esdras Ochoa and Javier Fragrosso, owners of Mexicali Tacos in Los Angeles, hear rumors that customers are ordering off-menu items. They suspect their head chef Rafael is going rogue again after previously being busted. The Mystery Diners discover that Rafael is not behind the off-menu orders. Instead, it was their cashier Aissa who has enlisted her grandmother to run a side business selling off-menu items using the restaurant's supply of tortilla, which Esdras and Javier get from Mexicali, Mexico. When confronted, she states that she was delivering the food the customers wanted, but is fired. In her exit interview, she says she and her grandmother are planning to buy a food truck together. The narrator revealed that Aissa has found work elsewhere. Her grandmother apologized for her involvement and states that Aissa is a good girl. Rafael continues to be a loyal employee.

Mystery Diners: Brenda, Grant.

Chris Patterson, owner of the Spring Street Smoke House in Los Angeles, asks Charles to investigate the loss of fat trimmings, and other theft involving his to-go supplies. The Mystery Diners discover his head chef Albert hasn't been properly cutting the brisket meat. They also discover his other prep cook Will and his busboy Charlie being behind the theft and money loss. Will had been stealing the trimmings and putting them in an ice chest to make profits at an undisclosed location. During the confrontation, Will is the first one fired for stealing and selling the trimmings. In his exit interview, Will admits remorselessly that he was just selling the fat to pay Chris back. Next, Charlie is fired after being caught stealing Chris' to-go supplies, which he says he needed for a family reunion; in his exit interview, he's remorseful and plans to pay Chris back. Albert apologizes for improperly cutting the meat; he was tired from dealing with another family member. He's suspended with his retraining being his last chance. The narrator revealed that Will found employment elsewhere. Charlie made reparations for stealing the to-go items. Albert has been retrained and no longer wastes meat.

Mystery Diners: Grant, Amber.

Peter Crest, owner of Roll'n Lobster Food Truck in Los Angeles, suspects that his new food-truck drivers, Brian and Kevin, use his vehicles for personal errands. While Charles and Peter follow Brian and Kevin, one of his Mystery Diners follows the other employees Buck and Anthony. During the sting, Charles shows him he was right to be concerned: Brian and Kevin run a stoplight, leave their location early, and conduct a soul-food side business from Peter's normal schedule and route with their friend Elijah. In addition during their location work, Kevin is also rude to customers. During the confrontation outside Charles' mobile command center, Brian claims it was a lobster-by-day/soul-food-by-night promotion for Peter's business. Peter disagrees, stating that both Brian and Kevin were poaching his business by using his license to sell their own food. Both men are fired and walk away upon turning in their gear as they argue over whose fault it was. Charles reveals that it's not a total loss as Buck and Anthony followed the rules and Peter can surely find more employees like them. The narrator revealed that Brian and Kevin have failed to start their own food-truck business. Buck and Anthony handle both trucks.

Mystery Diners: Shelby, John.

Doug Guller, owner of Pelons Tex-Mex Restaurant in Austin, Texas hears about his staff collecting donations for an unauthorized charity. The Mystery Diners discover that his manager Anthony as well as other staffers plan to give the money they made to a real charity (the one to which Doug sometimes donated) which involves shaving their heads. During the confrontation, Anthony accepts responsibility for his actions and is reprimanded along with the others. The narrator revealed that Doug continued to donate the money to charity and the staff only focuses on their jobs.

Mystery Diners: Holly, Justin.

Danny Parrott and Jonathan Insley, owners of Old School Bar and Grill in Austin, Texas are concerned about not turning a profit on their Poetry Nights. They're right to worry as the Mystery Diners point to big problems with their manager Brian, who had been giving away free drinks and appetizers to customers and poets who attend Poetry Nights. To make matters worst, one of the poets perform a disturbing poem, causing customers to leave. In addition, waitress Cassie is giving her friends free food with Brian's flyers. During the confrontation, Brian is fired and Cassie is reprimanded and suspended for a week. The narrator revealed that Brian has apologized for his actions and is making amends while supporting the poet community. Cassie is no longer giving food away.

Mystery Diners: Samantha, Justin.

Carl Zapffe, owner of Bakehouse Restaurant and Bar in Austin, Texas fears that a dispute between his son Adam and waitress Ali is threatening the harmony of his restaurant. The Mystery Diners confirm this and also that Benny, a restaurant baker has been using the restaurants supplies to make gluten-free brownies to sell at a farmer's market. At the confrontation, Benny is fired and Ali is ordered to smile on the job (which she hasn't been). Adam apologizes to his father and admits he can't take over the business. Carl allows his son to pursue his own career and lets him know he'll be welcomed back anytime. The narrator revealed that the Benny found employment elsewhere. Ali is on her way to being promoted to manager and follows the order to smile. Adam is studying to be a doctor.

Mystery Diners: Holly.

Rick Engel, owner of Uncle Billy's Brew and Que in Austin, Texas, hears rumors about his privately-brewed beer showing up at frat parties. The Mystery Diners prove this, and also the theft of barbeque to-go order, pointing to Rick's manager Trevor, waiter Kevin, and bartender Matt as part of the fraternity. Kevin is drinking on the job, stealing food orders by scamming Trevor, and selling kegs to his frat brothers with Kevin's help. During the confrontation, Rick fires all three after Trevor's phone rings when Rick dials the number in question. Trevor's exit interview shows him angry at Matt and Kevin for their plan in getting him fired. The narrator doesn't reveal what happened to Trevor, Kevin, and Matt afterwards, but he does mention that Rick has hired a new manager, waiter, and bartender with no college-fraternity connections and has been distributing his beer to local companies.

Mystery Diners: Vanessa, Robin.

Sylvia Heisey, owner of Beets Cafe in Austin, Texas worries that her employees are selling the secret recipes to her raw-food menus. She was right to worry: her head prep cook William sold a Mystery Diner one of her recipes for $60. Worse, one of her waitresses Taylor was lying to customers about the benefits of raw food and claiming to be the restaurant's co-owner; and another one named Lacy was caught forging ticket orders so that others would pay for her mistake orders. At the confrontation, William and Taylor are fired after they try to defend themselves, and Lacy was spared after stating she didn't want to pay for mistakes. The narrator revealed that William has moved on to another job. Taylor has personally apologized for her actions which she took full responsibility for. The remaining employees no longer need to pay for mistake orders.

Mystery Diners: Holly, Paul, Robin.

Paul Hymas, owner of Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas, notices a discrepancy in the expensive scorpions used in his "Scorpion Shots." Marty Tunnell, owner of Barefoot Bob's Beach Bar & Gaming in Las Vegas, investigates employee complaints about his manager Patricia. The Mystery Diners show him that his bartender Liz is behind the complaints: angry over still being a bartender, she pays Patricia back for stealing her position by complaining behind her back, ignoring orders to remove her boyfriend and his friends from the VIP room so paying customers can enjoy it, and stealing from Marty's cigar collection. Worse, the camera catches Patricia eating a customer's food. At the confrontation, Patricia apologized for something she did that was unintentional as she was stressed by Liz's lack of respect for her. When Liz claims she should've been made the bar manager, Charles disagrees as they've seen how rude she is to customers and not dealing with her boyfriend's actions. Marty fires her and orders her to inform her boyfriend and his friends that they are not allowed to return. In her exit interview, Liz hopes her boyfriend is ready to pay her bills now that she's out of work. The narrator revealed that Liz has found another job and ended things with her boyfriend. Patricia has been reprimanded and is doing better at her job.

Rosele Napoli and her fiancé Peyman Zabeti, owners of Sergio's Italian Garden in Las Vegas, are concerned about the rivalry between their longtime pianist Shanti and their recently-hired magician Adam. The Mystery Diners discover that longtime waiter Jason is behind this rivalry because he believes that both Shanti and Adam were taking away his tips. He pits them against each other by stealing their tips and scamming customers into giving him more tips. When some dishes are broken and Shanti is hurt, Rosele decide to take action. During the confrontation, Jason tries to defend his actions and blaming Shanti and Adam's fault for stealing his tips. Shanti and Adam get angry at him for setting them up. Charles doesn't believe Jason and point out that he started the feud between the two by stealing their tips for his own amusement. Rosele gets tired of Jason's excuses and has seen the evidence, so she fires him. In his exit interview, Jason admits he doesn't regret his actions: Shanti and Adam were only entertaining while they were feuding. Rosele and Peyman decide that to limit future feuds, Shanti and Adam should have separate work schedules. The narrator revealed that Jason no longer works in the restaurant business. Adam and Shanti are on separate schedules and are no longer feuding.

Andrew Bick and Larissa Reis, owners of Protein House in Las Vegas, experience discrepancies with their supply of expensive protein supplements. The Mystery Diners go undercover and discover that manager Aundrey has instructed the baristas to put less protein powder in the smoothies so he can give away protein powder to some customers; he's also been recruiting customers for his training business and giving them free food as incentives. Worse, barista Sarah is rude to customers. At the confrontation, Aundrey is fired after accusing Charles of setting him up. In his exit interview, he says he'll take his clientele elsewhere. Sarah is given a second chance. In her exit interview, she says the confrontation was her wake-up call to do better. The narrator revealed that Aundrey no longer works in the restaurant industry. Sarah has a friendlier attitude.

Mystery Diners: Kelli, Andy.

John Arena, owner of Metro Pizza in Las Vegas, contacts Charles about a feud between his pizzeria and a bakery. The Mystery Diners reveal that his manager Albert and his head pizza chef Tony were behind the stress of head baker Amy. Plus, Albert has been accepting bribes to kick a paying customer out of his seat and secretly stealing flour from the bakery to help his sister's restaurant. At the confrontation, Tony leaves upon recognizing Charles and Albert storms out. In his exit interview, he says his sister was opening up a restaurant, and he was just helping her out because that's what family does. The narrator revealed that Tony and Albert have found other work. Amy has been reprimanded and no longer has problems with the kitchen.

Mystery Diners: Arielle, Andy.

Jeff Levitt and Dave Martin, owners of Shades Oceanfront Bistro in San Diego discover discrepancies in their chicken and beef supply. The Mystery Diners show them that their head chef Clint has been stealing both meats and replacing them with dog food as revenge against the owners for letting the dogs be fed "people food". To make maters worse, manager Alicia has been too busy running her own doggy-daycare to notice the theft. In addition, she's been giving away free pupsicle, and allowing waitress Genevieve and the rest of the staff brings their dogs to work. At the confrontation, Clint and Alicia are fired. In his exit interview, Clint feels guilty about the thefts but insists that dogs should only eat dog food. The narrator revealed that Clint and Alicia have found work elsewhere. Genevieve was reprimanded and no longer brings her dog to work.

Mystery Diners: Corinne, Seth, Otto.

Sarra Costello, owner of The Compass in Carlsbad, California, fears that a rivalry between her two flair bartenders Levi and Steve is causing tension, negative reviews, and missing alcohol. The Mystery Diners discover that the disgruntled waitress Andrea was stealing tips from both bartenders, sending bad reviews from her cellphone, and breaking empty bottles to pit them against each other, hoping they would get terminated. In the confrontation, Sarra fires Andrea after catching her trying to sabotage Levi and Steve, posting bad reviews, and arguing with Charles in defense of her actions. She remains unremorseful in her exit interview stating that she'd been trying to alleviate the waitstaff's frustrations and thinks Sarra made a big mistake firing her and the waitstaff's tips will suffer because Andrea kept Levi and Steve and booted her. When Charles tells Levi and Steve of Andrea's scam, they decide to end their rivalry realizing that they'd been acting out of frustration and should have suspected Andrea of sabotaging them. The narrator revealed that Andrea has found work elsewhere. Levi and Steve have called a truce and become friends. Sarra has implemented a tip-sharing policy for her staff.

Isabel Cruz and her boyfriend Todd Camburn, owners of Barrio Star in San Diego, dispute over which waiter they should promote to manager for their second restaurant in San Francisco: Cal or Mark. The Mystery Diners discover that their waitress Jessica was taking advantage of their dispute by sabotaging Mark because she still has feelings for him after their first date and doesn't want him to leave the restaurant. When Mark tells her to leave him alone, Jessica retaliates by voiding his customers' orders and is the direct cause of their complaints. During the confrontation, Isabel fires Jessica, telling her she's embarrassed by her behavior. In her exit interview, Jessica insists that she was getting back at Mark for humiliating her, but she's remorseful because she never intended to embarrass Isabel and Todd. Mark is reprimanded and warned not to mix personal relationships with business. The narrator revealed that Jessica found employment elsewhere. Cal has been promoted to manager and transferred to the Barrio Star in San Francisco. Mark has apologized and is next in line for promotion. Isabel and Todd have implemented a "No Dating" policy in their restaurant.

Mystery Diners: Chelsea, Shane, Seth.

Rival San Diego food-truck owners Marko Pavlinovic (owner of Mangia Mangia Mobile) and Brett Doogan (owner of Food Junkies Catering) work together with Charles to investigate revenue loss in both their trucks. This was confirmed when Mangia Mangia employees David and Jose, and Food Junkies employees Jacob and Stephen got carried away, taking a friendly competition into a feud. While Jose leaves upon identifying Charles Stiles during the confrontation, David and Jacob are fired and Stephen is given the benefit of the doubt and one more chance. David states in his exit interview that he'll go get a job at a restaurant that isn't on wheels. Stephen states almost losing his job was scary and he'll be professional moving forward. The narrator revealed that the 3 former employees of both trucks have found employment elsewhere. Stephen has apologized made amends with his boss. Marko and Brett ended their rivalry and no longer having problems.

Mystery Diners: Seth, Corinne, Shane.

After fighting off a lawsuit over the rights to his signature item--the Torpasta--Damien Devine, owner of Devine Pastabilities in San Diego fears someone within his business is trying to steal his creation, and notices inventory discrepancies involving his missing signature stands and bread. Charles and the Mystery Diners show Damien that his manager Seth had stolen his signature recipe and tried to sell a Torpasta knockoff called the "Torpatty" as his own and tricked head chef Alfredo into helping him in this scheme. During the confrontation, Alfredo is spared when he is made aware of Seth's scam and returns to his job. Damien fires Seth for his actions. The narrator revealed that Seth has moved on to another job. Alfredo has been promoted to kitchen manager. Damien is no longer missing inventory items.

Mystery Diners: Amanda, Shane, Andy.

Larry Herz, owner of 730 South in Denver, feels that some of his regular customers have become too entitled. The Mystery Diners discover that the regulars weren't misbehaving and were actually fine with sitting in different locations of the restaurant. They do find Larry's waitress Katrina trying to manipulate waiter Andy into helping her stash a bag of hashbrowns against Larry's rules and fighting with hostess Mimi for refusing to help her by removing a "Reserved" sign from a table to seat a new customer. In the confrontation, Katrina claims that the customers were upset when their usual tables were taken. Larry points out that they were fine sitting in a new location. Charles mentions that the customers are angry with Katrina because she picked a fight with Mimi for doing her job. Larry confronts her for her behavior, but she gets angry and quits as a way to save Larry the trouble of firing her. In her exit interview, she says she wanted to make customers feel special. Larry praises Andy for his good work. The narrator revealed that Katrina is working elsewhere. Andy continues to be a model employee.

Mystery Diners: Ariel, Connor.

Leah Dillon and Garret Steward, owners of the Toad Tavern in Littleton, Colorado, think their son Justin and his bandmates are more interested in their musical aspirations than their Toad Tavern jobs. The Mystery Diners confirm this and also find that waitress Christine is taking advantage of Justin's inexperience and the frustration of staffers who believe he's unqualified to be a manager by giving her friends free food and alcohol. In the confrontation, Christine is fired for her actions. In her exit interview, Christine maintains she did nothing wrong and thought Justin should be fired for his negligence. Justin apologizes for his actions and is reprimanded and demoted to bar-back. Leah and Garrett promise that his band will get on the stage the right way if he can be serious about his job. The narrator revealed that Christine is working elsewhere. Justin has accepted his demotion and is more serious about his job.

Mystery Diners: Ashley, Dustin, Andy.

Lou Scileppi, owner of Slice Works in Denver, notices a decrease in bicycle-delivery sales and an increase in delivery complaints. The Mystery Diners find out that delivery man Chris augments his regular routine with a bicycle tours job he didn't tell Lou about. Another delivery man, Jason, does his job properly but has trouble controlling his rage against motorists. In the confrontation, Lou fires Chris, who says in his exit interview that he prefers his bicycle-tour job. Lou reprimands Jason for his road rage and suspends him for a week. The narrator revealed that Chris was also fired from the bicycle-tour job after the boss there was informed of his scheme. Jason has apologized and now rides his bike calmly and safely.

Mystery Diners: Taylor, Jamie.

Peter and Delinda Fatianow, owners of the Indulge Wine Bar and Bistro in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, are concerned about food costs after noticing discrepancies in wine and cheese costs. The Mystery Diners discover their bartender Jeremy overpouring wine for customers and that manager Jessica and waiter Scot are more focused on their wine-tasting-event side business than their jobs at Indulge. When confronted, both Jessica and Scot are fired after they hand over their latest side-business pay and despite apologizing to Peter and Delinda. In their exit interview, neither was remorseful, claiming it was for the good of Peter and Delinda's business and Jessica adds that by firing Scot, they'd lost their valuable source of cheese knowledge. The narrator revealed that Jessica and Scot were unsuccessful at opening their own wine bar. Jeremy has apologized for his actions and now serves just the right amount of wine.

Mystery Diners: Taylor.

Jimmy Nigg, owner of Rockabillies in Arvada, Colorado, becomes concerned about a dip in sales, especially during his restaurant's summer vintage car show, and increase of customer complaints involving outside beer. The Mystery Diners find his manager Chad running a get-rich-quick scheme that's not only hurting his business but also forcing customers to pay an entry fee to look at vintage cars and inviting food vendors to operate in the parking lot. He also involved waitress Sabrina in his scams by claiming it was for Jimmy's benefit. They also find that another waitress, Rachel, ripping off the bar by selling customers beer from her own supply. When Jimmy confronts the trio, he fires Chad and Rachel. In his exit interview, Chad maintains that his actions were for the good of the car show and believes that Jimmy made a huge mistake firing him for it. Jimmy reprimands Sabrina, suspends her for a week, and makes her promise she'll let him know about future suspicious behavior. The narrator revealed that Chad and Rachel found other work. Sabrina now reports all suspicious behavior to Jimmy.

Mystery Diners: Amber, Kyle.

Ondrea Faillace, owner of the Black Rose Tavern in Los Angeles, notices multiple cash-register mistakes and inventory discrepancies, and wonders who's taking advantage of her generosity. The Mystery Diners show her that her business partner Frank has been taking her generosity for granted by conducting his own scams and she confronts him. Frank claims the bar was losing money. Charles points out that Frank was the one behind the discrepancies by making unauthorized deals with brewing companies by covering up his crimes in using the cash register to delete inventory orders, stealing food that Ondrea meant for Salem (a musician she mentors), and promoting unauthorized music events under the guise that it was for her charity. Ondrea fires Frank and says she's ending their business partnership. In his exit interview, Frank maintains he did nothing wrong as it was supposed to be a good deed for Ondrea's business. The narrator revealed that Frank found employment elsewhere. Ondrea's staff and Salem continue to appreciate her generosity.

Mystery Diners: Amanda, Rob.

Anthony and Anna Sinopoli, new owners of Cafe Aldente in Studio City, California, is concerned about the staff from the previous owner practicing old policies. The Mystery Diners point to their manager Julia, who believes she should own the restaurant now, is embittered at being outbid. She manipulates the staff to keep practicing the former policies, bribes unlicensed musicians to play in the restaurant, and has customers sign a petition to force Anthony and Anna to give Café Aldente to her. When they confront her, she defends herself with the believe that they're unqualified to be the owners. Charles points out that her selfish behavior makes her the unfit one and Anthony fires her. In her exit interview, she says that Anthony and Anna will not last long in the restaurant and she'll buy it someday. The narrator revealed that Julia has been unsuccessful in constant attempts to purchase the restaurant and has received a restraining order not to come within 50 ft. of the restaurant. The staff continues to work for Anthony and Anna and no longer practices old policies.

Mystery Diners: Annalisa, Kiel.

Joe and Fran Cavasino, married owners of Geppino's Sicilian Kitchen in Moorpark, California, hear customer complaints about stolen items. Joe's main suspect is McCall (nicknamed Mac), a waiter who is dating their daughter Brianna who also works there. But doubtful Fran notes that Mac is extremely popular with female patrons. The Mystery Diners discover that the real thief is the elderly part-time busboy Hal who also drinks on the job. Mac is innocent of criminal wrongdoing, but cameras catch him letting a female diner kiss him and agreeing to go out with Mystery Diner Shelby after telling Brianna he had to study. Joe confronts Mac and Hal with Brianna present. Fran fires Hal, then Joe fires Mac for being a bad waiter and a "scumbag" as Brianna breaks up with Mac. Brianna tells her parents that they did the right thing. In his exit interview, Hal claims that Mac framed him. Mac claims in his exit interview that he and Brianna weren't exclusive. The narrator revealed that Mac has been unable to reconcile with Brianna. Hal is now working at a supermarket.

Mystery Diners: Shelby, Destiney.

Andy Hasroun, owner of 55 Degree Wine and Link-n-Hops in Los Angeles believes discrepancies at both his wine shop and restaurant are somehow related. Link-n-Hops' bartender Jose was using his employee discount to buy beer from Max, the cashier at 55 Degree Wine that is also sold at the restaurant. Jose would charge Link-n-Hops customers full price, under-ring the sale, pocket the difference, then later split the money with Max. During the confrontation, Jose and Max are fired by Andy. The narrator revealed that Jose and Max have found employment elsewhere. Andy no longer sells the same liquor at both shops.

Mystery Diners: Rob, Destiney.

Lenny Bent, owner of Cookin' with Lenny Smokehouse in Chatsworth, California fears that someone on his staff is using restaurant supplies to operate a competing catering company, The Delicious Dish Catering Company. Charles brings his consultant Brooke Williamson, who reports that waitress Grace displayed little tolerance toward the customers during the investigation, which also revealed that manager J and cook Carlos were behind the catering project that used the restaurant's recipes. J and Carlos claimed they were trying to help out the restaurant, but the boss fired them. In their exit interviews, J and Carlos said they hope Charles Stiles is proud of himself for causing two innocent employees to be fired. The narrator revealed that J and Carlos were unsuccessful at starting their own catering company. Grace was also terminated and has since apologized for her behavior.

Mystery Diners: Amanda, Kiel, Brooke.

When Michael and Berenice Thomas, owners of Fenders Moto Cafe and Brew Pub in Portland, Oregon notice that some of their valuable motorcycle memorabilia has gone missing, the Mystery Diners discover that their manager Joseph and waiter Sprague have been selling off valuable motorcycle memorabilia and scamming customers just to make money for themselves. When they are confronted, Michael intend to notify the authorities if the men don't come clean with their scam. Joseph and Sprague eventually confess to their scheme and are fired. The narrator revealed Joseph and Sprague have moved on to new employment. All of the memorabilia has been recovered.

Mystery Diners: Shelby, Leslie, Daniel.

Ghaith and Tiffany Sahib, owners of Dar Salaam in Portland, Oregon, notice a discrepancy in supplies and suspect an Iraqi food cart that operates near the restaurant. They were right: their manager Aleck and prep cook Aníbal were supplying the cart with their food, including a Dar Salaam-exclusive dish called "mashi." Another prep cook named Hector is caught stealing onions for personal use. He leaves in the middle of the sting, but Charles and the owners confront Aníbal and Aleck, who are fired. The narrator revealed that Aleck and Aníbal found work elsewhere. Hector has also been terminated and has paid for the stolen onions.

Mystery Diners: Brianna, Jamie.

Kent Lewis, owner of Uptown Billiards in Portland, Oregon asks Mystery Diners to investigate Sunny, the social-media expert he hired when he suspects that he isn't doing his job. The Mystery Diners find out that Sunny was letting his friends play for free using coupons meant for paying customers and that bartender Bri was hustling customers with the help of a pool shark pretending to be drunk. Bri is fired and Kent terminates the contract he had with Sunny. The narrator revealed that Bri found employment elsewhere (in reality as a Roulette Dealer for corporate events at Uptown Billiards). Sunny still maintains his innocence.

Mystery Diners: Amber.

Kristian Krieger, owner of Tavern on Main in El Segundo, California thinks someone on his staff is stealing donations meant for a food drive. He was right to be concerned: his busboy Juan took a can of peaches to eat on his break, and his waitress Courtney is stealing and taking home donated items like wine and cupcakes because she thinks the homeless don't need those items, and his manager Joel hasn't been paying attention and was ringing up bigger-than-instructed discounts. When Courtney and Joel are confronted, Courtney is fired and Joel is reprimanded. In her exit interview, Courtney maintains she did nothing wrong and thinks that the drive was designed to make her look bad. The narrator revealed that she found other work. Juan returned all the peaches he stole. Joel now pays close attention to the restaurant.

Mystery Diners: Shelby, Kiel.

Rod and Linda Gramlich, owners of à La Carts Food Pavilion in Portland, Oregon, hear complaints about their new on-site manager Sabrina and the Mystery Diners discover that she was charging a $10 cleaning fee, getting a free haircut from the salon cart, and instructing Marvin the maintenance man to steal supplies from a food cart to run her own burger stand. During the confrontation, Sabrina and Marvin are fired. The narrator revealed that Sabrina and Marvin have found employment elsewhere.

Mystery Diners: Amber.

Rashad and Kiauna Floyd, owners of Amalfi's restaurant in Portland, Oregon hear complaints that staff members are going too far with the digital shorts they produce to promote the restaurant. The Mystery Diners learn that two waiters named Justin and Patrick cast in the shorts are taking new employees to the back to watch their videos. But even worse, manager Michael feeds into their egos by letting them leave mid-shift to get supplies to make an unauthorized music video. In the confrontation, Michael is fired and Justin and Patrick are put on three-months' probation. The narrator revealed that Michael still champions the marketing campaign. Justin and Patrick continue to perform in the digital shorts after completing their job responsibilities.

Michael Gelfo, owner of Rock Island Cafe in Honolulu notices a drop in his restaurant's memorabilia sales. The Mystery Diners find his manager Maribelle and one of his waitresses Gabriella running their own get-rich-quick scheme by bringing items from home and scamming customers into buying them. During the confrontation, Michael fires both of them. Gabriella states in her exit interview that there's no way the memorabilia can be authenticated. The narrator revealed that Maribelle and Gabriella have found other work. The remaining waitress Quiyamma is training hard to become a manager.

Mystery Diners: Jordan, John.

Angie Runyan, owner of Cha Cha Cha Salsaria in Honolulu wants Charles to investigate rumors of an unauthorized boat delivery service. The Mystery Diners discover that her manager Jesus and cook Matt are behind this and that a waitress named Leilani has been giving food away illegally. At the confrontation, Angie fires Leilani, but is moved by the plea of Jesus arranging for boat deliveries to other areas and allows the delivery service to run, though wondering if she'll regret it. The narrator revealed that Leilani has found employment elsewhere and has paid Angie for the stolen food. Jesus and Matt have made amends while their boat delivery service is on a trial run and Angie hasn't regretted it.

Mystery Diners: Jordan, David.

Madeleine Noa, general manager of the Hawaii Yacht Club in Honolulu responds to complaints about non-members at members-only dinner events that led to some members cancelling their memberships. The Mystery Diners show her that two of her waitstaff, Tony and Jordan, have been sneaking their friends into members-only events, consuming food and drink meant for guests, and stealing clothes from the club's gift shop. During the confrontation, Tony and Jordan are fired. In her exit interview, Jordan's remorseful. The narrator revealed that Tony and Jordan have found new work. Server Blake and doorwoman Linda were commended for their loyalty and are training to be assistant managers.

Mystery Diners: Kylie, Jamie.

Allen Farinas, owner of Shore Fyre Grill in Honolulu notices discrepancies in sales and contacts Charles to investigate not only his store, but the surf shop next door. The Mystery Diners point to big problems with his male cashier Keli'i who often interacts with Derek next door by trading food for surfing-gear rentals and often leaves work to go surfing; then a female cashier named Tiffany comes to work intoxicated and gets Derek to cover to her while she naps and Keli'i surfs. At the confrontation, both cashiers are fired. In her exit interview, Tiffany maintains she did nothing wrong and didn't have a hangover. Charles advises Allen to hard a word with the surf shop's manager about what happened. The narrator reveals that Keli'i and Tiffany have found employment elsewhere. Derek was reprimanded by his manager and now is only focused on his job.

Mystery Diners: Jordan.

When Chai Chaowasaree, owner of Honolulu's Chef Chai, notices multiple ticket voids, the Mystery Diners discover that his manager Minnie has been forcing her waitress friend Sara to void out customer bills for personal gain and telling other servers that the POS system is down to force customers to pay with cash so she can keep the money for herself. At the confrontation, Sara says that she had been letting Minnie void out checks under her code, which Minnie denied. They're both fired and Chai orders them to leave the restaurant before he calls the police. In her exit interview, Sara says she never should have trusted her friend in the first place. The narrator revealed that Minnie and Sara had ended their friendship. Chai hired a new manager. Voided tickets were no longer a problem.

Mystery Diners: Jordan, David.

Bryan Alpert, owner of Corbin Bowling Center in Tarzana, California, hears complaints about rowdy customers. The Mystery Diners discover that manager Michael has been filming rowdy customers led by the wild Waleed, who assures him that his videos will promote Corbin Bowl. He uses inattentive bartender Taylor's car for one video and breaks one of its windows as discovered by Charles' private investigator Patrick. After Waleed's group's wild antics drive away customers, Bryan drives out Waleed's group. He then confronts Michael and Taylor and fires them. Taylor rants in her exit interview about losing her job and her car window being broken. The narrator revealed that Michael has taken full responsibility for his actions. Taylor has found another job and is still trying to collect reparations from Waleed for her broken car window. Bryan has hired a new manager.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Kendall.

Lenny Rosenburg, owner of Lenny's Deli in Los Angeles fears that his new head baker Brittany is taking artistic license with customer cake orders and also mentions that he hasn't heard the best things about her from her previous employers. The Mystery Diners confirm the her actions. In addition, they also find that elderly manager Barry is conducting unauthorized, shady deals as confirmed by Charles private investigator J.R.. During the confrontation, Lenny fires Brittany and strongly advises Barry to retire. The narrator revealed that Brittany filled out her applications and has not been hired anywhere yet. Barry has apologized for his actions and retired. Lenny has promoted one of his more-trusted bakers to head baker.

Joleen, owner of a Culver City, California restaurant contacts Charles to do a reverse sting on the maltreating co-owner her ex-husband Tony. The Mystery Diners discovered Tony is selling foie gras (which is illegal in California), smoking inside the restaurant, insulting the employees, and pocketing tips from large parties. During the confrontation, Tony tells Charles to stay away from his business and walks out. The narrator revealed that the ban of foie gras has been lifted in the time between the filming and airing of the sting. The restaurant has closed down allowing the employees to find employment elsewhere. Joleen has ended her partnership with Tony and plans to open another restaurant at some point.

Damian Doffo, owner of Doffo Winery in Temecula, California, contacts Charles after noticing missing wine barrels and discrepancies in barrel costs. Charles' private investigator Patrick had bought one of the barrels he marked from a furniture-store owner named Julio, concluding that the wine barrels are secretly being sold to him. The Mystery Diners discover his vineyard workers Ricardo and Sean and his tasting-room manager Chris conducting scams that involve selling the wine barrels to Julio (who is a friend of the tasting-room manager). Sean caught by Patrick flees the scene while Damian confronts Ricardo and Chris. He fires them and orders them to find Sean and tell him he's fired as well. The narrator reveals that Chris, Ricardo, and Sean have found new employment in the area. Julio was contacted by the authorities and has just finished making reparations for his involvement in the scam.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Humberto, Jamie, Kendall.

Sonny and Sage Sehmi, owners of Hot Red Bus in Alhambra, California, contact Charles after hearing rumors that their restaurant is open on the one day it is supposed to be closed. The Mystery Diners report that Sonny's brother Pip, whom he recently fired for being useless, is running a makeshift Indian restaurant with Hot Red Bus' manager Raj and head cook Koushik that involves imported versions of the restaurant's upcoming special sauce as confirmed by Charles' private investigator Patrick. At the confrontation, Sonny and Sage fire Raj and Koushik after claiming that they tried to take away selling the first special sauce in America from them. In their exit interview, they claim they were fired because of a family feud. Sonny tells Pip to never return to the restaurant; Pip counters that Sonny bringing the special sauce was like him going back to England to say he invented barbecue sauce. The narrator revealed Raj and Koushik were unsuccessful at starting their own restaurant. Pip's parents scolded him and he apologized to Sonny for his actions. Sonny and Sage are preparing to open a pop-up restaurant with their special sauce.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Kendall.

Nico Santucci, owner of Capo's Speakeasy as previously seen in "My Brother's Keeper," contacts Charles again. This time, he wants Charles to help him with a personal problem at his new home in Los Angeles. Nico and his brother have been getting along fine since the incident. The real problems lie with his housekeeper Olivia and her boyfriend Richard who works as his personal chef. Olivia has been secretly stealing money from Nico's guests to pay for her boyfriend's therapy after his accident as well as Richard urinating in one of the bushes and spitting in Nico's food. At the confrontation, Nico fires them both. The narrator revealed that Richard and Olivia have ended their relationship. Some of the loyal staffers at Capo's Speakeasy have been transferred to Nico's house.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Nico, Rob, Kiel.

Kristy and Sarah, owners of Moviesets in New Orleans, are concerned about property damage and theft at their prop-house-turned-event-center. Charles sends Mystery Diners Rob and Ingrid to pose as a couple planning their wedding. Charles' private investigator Eliot has also rented some property from Moviesets. The Mystery Diners discover that event manager Kayla has not only the space for three different events simultaneously with her assistant event manager Toby helping out in the set-up, but she'd also been conducting her own side business with a caterer named Scott who is known for his shaky reputation. The owners confront and fire Kayla. In her exit interview, Kayla fumes that Charles had no right to come in and tell the owners how to run their business. The narrator revealed that Kayla has attempted her own event-planning business with Scott. Tony was also terminated and has apologized for his involvement.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Ingrid, Rob.

Cara Benson, owner of two New Orleans restaurants--Toast and Tartine--is concerned about an unhealthy competition between them. She's surprised when Charles and his private investigator Patrick find out that that one of her Toast waitresses is Dee Dee who Charles previously busted (as seen in "All in the Family"). The Mystery Diners discovered that both Toast and Tartine are selling each other's meals under the instructions of Toast manager Pat, and Tartine manager Tiffany. In addition, Tiffany is sabotaging Toast by placing large to-go orders, and letting them spoil. When Dee Dee, Pat, and Tiffany are confronted and Dee Dee remembers Charles, Cara fires Tiffany for her behavior and spares Pat. Dee Dee apologizes for not admitting that she was previously fired, comments that she did nothing wrong this time, and is suspended. The narrator revealed that Tiffany found employment elsewhere while still claiming that her actions were in the best interest of the restaurant. Dee Dee found a part-time job during her suspension and has continued to repent for her previous actions.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Shelby, Nicole.

Roland Adams, owner of Marigny Brasserie in the French Quarter of New Orleans notices an influx of rowdy tourists at his bar for locals after he has recovered from a heart attack. He suspects that his manager Jonathan is involved, but the Mystery Diners show him that his female bartender Janeline and her friend Jamie are behind the whole scam. The police nearly arrest Roland for the rowdy, drunken tourist, but Charles comes to his aid and explains that the drunks started the melee and they're arrested and removed. Roland then confronts both Janeline and Jonathan who failed to notice the scam. Janeline is fired. Her exit interview has her claiming that she was trying to improve the business as she is seen being taken away by police. Roland will deal with Jonathan tomorrow. The narrator revealed that Janeline was not charged for any crime and has found employment at another bar. Jamie was given a restraining order where she is not to come within 50 ft. of the restaurant. Jonathan was not involved in the scam, but his position was awarded to someone else. Roland's health improved and the rowdy tourists kept their distance from his establishment.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Nicole.

Daniel Victory, owner of Victory in New Orleans, hears rumors that his restaurant's signature cocktail is being served at other bars. He also discovers that a drifter has been squatting in his restaurant at night. The Mystery Diners and Charles' private investigator Patrick show Daniel the rumors are true: Katie the bartender is serving his cocktail at another bar she works at and his manager Eliot knows the man and has been letting him sleep at the restaurant after it closes. Even worse, Eliot throws parties in the VIP room when local celebrities visit and charges customers to join in. At the confrontation, Daniel fires both Eliot and Katie. The narrator revealed that Eliot and Katie still maintained that they did nothing wrong. The nameless drifter hasn't squatted at Victory since the taping of this sting. Daniel is happy to report that business is back to normal at Victory.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Ingrid.

Glen and Susan McIntyre, owners of Gateway Restaurant and Lodge in Three Rivers, California, near Sequoia National Park, hear complaints about unauthorized parties taking place inside their vacant cabins. The Mystery Diners show them why with their night manager Marino, housekeeper Siri, and waiter Dean throwing parties in addition to stealing alcohol and toiletries. They even let the guests to drive the owners' new limo under the influence of alcohol. Dean escapes into the woods during the confrontation, but the owners bring Marino and Siri before Charles. They fire them and instruct them to tell Dean if they see him that he's fired. The narrator revealed that Marino and Siri have found new employment in the area. Dean has not returned to collect his final paycheck.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Kendall, Jamie.

David Wilkinson, owner of Fillmore and Western Railway in Fillmore, California is concerned about missing supplies and rumors of unauthorized passengers during his train's dinner theater service. While using the caboose as the control room with a cover-up from David that it is under maintenance, Charles makes use of a remote-operated drone and plants his private investigator J.R. on the train as a passenger. The Mystery Diners show him that he has a right to be concerned thanks to Will (who is an incompetent conductor), his train manager Jessica, who has been sneaking her friends in the train past the incompetent conductor, and his head chef Bryan, who has been secretly stealing David's meat to help his brother save his nearby restaurant from foreclosure. During the confrontation, Jessica and Bryan are fired and are told to get off his train and walk back to the station with their friends. The narrator revealed that Jessica has moved away from Fillmore. Bryan and his brother have apologized for their actions where reparations are underway. Will was also terminated and replaced with a more competent one.

After noticing over $4,000 missing from her office safe, Fuzion's owner Keeli Scott Lisack in Huntington Beach, California suspects that one of her managers is responsible. With help from Charles' private investigator Patrick, the Mystery Diners finds bigger trouble when a fingerprint match through one of Patrick's machines confirms that one of her waiters Zack was stealing from her with restaurant manager John's help by leaving his cellphone hidden in an office plant to tape Keeli entering the combination to her safe so they can steal from her later. She confronts the men for the deed. When John states that he has a unique voice to the one that was heard during the robbery, Patrick states that he has the technology to compare the voices. Keeli has them listen to her voice as she gives them an ultimatum to return the money they stole from her safe or face criminal charges. Until then, they are fired. John's exit interview still has him claiming that he has a unique voice while pointing out that he didn't steal anything from Keeli. Keeli thanks Charles and Patrick for their help. The narrator revealed that John and Zack were contacted by the authorities and they have cut a deal to return the money they stole from her safe. The other two managers are still working at Fuzion as they take turns monitoring the restaurant section.

A former client of Mystery Diners, Jamie Alba of Sisley Italian Kitchen from "Cooking the Books," contacts Charles to help determine if he should invest in a failing Torrance, California restaurant called Industry Sports Bar & Grill. The restaurant's owner James Mercado sees nothing wrong until he discovers that his restaurant is riddled with cockroaches and dead mice, his staff buys prepared frozen food from grocery stores, nobody checks the expiration dates on their food supplies, and the dishwasher was working as the cook because the previous one had just quit. Jamie has seen enough. Stating that James' restaurant has too many problems, he leaves. After seeing all those problems, James vows to Charles that he'll fix them as Charles suggests that he get a bank loan and he agrees. The narrator revealed that Jamie and James have gone their separate ways since the taping of this sting. James' loan application was rejected and the restaurant was forced to close down for good causing most of his staffers to find employment elsewhere. James has vowed to continue fixing his problems and reopen his restaurant next year.

Patricia Smith, curator of a Los Angeles art gallery, notices discrepancies with the catering company she uses to cater her art shows. The Mystery Diners discover that the catering staff eats the food prepared for guests, and that her assistant curator Michael had been conducting art scams with his friends by badmouthing the other artists to help his struggling artist friends. He also steals wine meant for guests and gives it to his friends. During the confrontation, Patricia fires Michael on the spot and informs him that his friends are no longer welcome at her gallery shows. The narrator revealed that Michael was unsuccessful at curating his own art exhibits. Patricia has apologized to her caterer Oscar who has fired his troubling employees.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Brianna, Jamie.

Joseph Harvey, owner of Harvey's Steakhouse in Huntington Beach, California notices a decline in his restaurant's older customers and an increase of customer complaints of loud music. The Mystery Diners discover that his manager Gage is behind this where he, waitress Kelly, bartender Johnny, and the hostess are all hosting a loud rave out on the patio. Worse, Gage's friend hacks into the security system to replace the current footage with the previous night's footage as Charles' private investigator Eliot confirms. Charles has enlisted his rehabilitated Mystery Diner Hal (whom he'd previously busted in "Daddy's Girl") to book a 75th-birthday party and had a hard time following Charles' orders. When one of the elderly customers suffers what appears to be a heart attack outside the restaurant and is taken to the hospital, Joseph has had enough and confronts Gage. He tries to defend himself claiming the restaurant needs younger customers, but Joseph chides him to hope the customer pulls through, tells him he's fired, and states that his rave is permanently banned from Harvey's Steakhouse. In his exit interview, Gage hopes the customer survives. The narrator revealed that Gage has apologized for his actions. All other employees involved with the rave were terminated and replaced with new employees. The elderly customer in need of medical attention only had an anxiety attack and returned home the next day. Charles has decided to give Hal a second chance and hopes to work with him again in the future. Raves are no longer a regular occurrence and the senior customers are always welcomed at Harvey's Steakhouse.

Rick Bennett, owner of Weiland Brewery in Long Beach, California contacts the Mystery Diners after noticing discrepancies with his beer supply. The Mystery Diners discover his bartender Kyle and his manager Mike are behind it. Charles' private investigator Patrick managed to put a tracking device on a van operated by the manager's friend during his stakeout. Meanwhile, waitress Gia tried to sabotage waiter Sai, who was recently named the winner of Weiland Brewery's "Employee Incentive Program", by throwing away the food. When Kyle and Mike are confronted, Rick fires them and Charles says the van in question is about to be intercepted by police. Kyle does apologize to Rick on his way out. The narrator revealed that Kyle and Mike have been contacted by the authorities. Gia was embarrassed by her actions and has apologized for her behavior. Sai has yet to lose the "Employee Incentive Program."

Arthur and Maria Cummins, owners of The Real Food Academy in Miami Shores, Florida, are concerned that their cooking instructors are going off-curriculum and cooking with non-organic food. The Mystery Diners discover that Murray, their cooking instructor from New Zealand, is not only going off-curriculum but also stalling his class by hiring his own camera crew to film his own online show called "The Cooking Kiwi" while selling his own brand and sending his assistant instructor Julie to a store to buy non-organic food, as Charles' private investigator Eliot confirms. Both are confronted and Charles is recognized by Murray who is fired. In his exit interview, he doesn't regret his actions and he mentions that he's available to have any Food Network executives sponsor his project. The owners confront Julie and tell her they'll discuss her future another day. The narrator revealed that Murray was unsuccessful at making "The Cooking Kiwi" a household name. Julie was terminated for her role in the online show. The other instructors Christina and Maria were proven to be loyal members of The Real Food Academy.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Domenica.

Michell and Bella Sanchez, owners of Latin House in Miami suspect that someone at their off-site warehouse is giving away the recipes to their award-winning hamburgers. The Mystery Diners discover that their manager Enrique and delivery man Richard are actually behind this. They were caught selling their burgers and recipe to competing food trucks and making money on the side as Charles' private investigator Eliot confirms. Michell suspects that his mother Chuchi, who speaks Spanish and manages the warehouse, gave away a tray of burgers to a woman after Eliot's stakeout. During the confrontation, the owners fire Enrique and Richard who say in their exit interview that the owners didn't let them explain themselves and blame Chuchi for going crazy on them. When Michell confronts Chuchi, she explains in Spanish (which her husband translates) that the woman is from a local church and was hosting a charity picnic. The narrator reveals that Enrique has moved away from Miami. Richard has found employment elsewhere. Chuchi continues to forgive the owners for thinking she was a suspect while continuing to be a loyal worker.

Jorge Moreno, owner of Moreno's Cuba Cafe and Riviera Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida (who once toured with Madonna) believes his staff is sneaking friends into the hotel's free happy hour. The Mystery Diners discover that his bellhop Alex and bartender William are running a scam and ripping him off and Charles' private investigator Patrick catches Alex stealing room keys and selling them to tourists who don't stay at the Riviera Hotel for extra cash. When both are confronted, Alex claims that it was for Jorge's performances. Jorge fires them, comparing their plot to organizing a concert. The narrator revealed that Alex and William have moved on to other work. Morgan the assistant hotel manager now keeps all hotel-room keys in a locked drawer.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Tina, Jamie.

Jeff Wilson, general manager of Emerald Hills Golf Course in Hollywood, Florida fields complaints about non-members playing for free. He also has a lost in beer and food sales. The Mystery Diners discover serious problems with bagboy Andrew, who is in the PGA Apprentice Program, and beverage-cart girl Natalie, the daughter of one of Jeff's friends. Andrew was sneaking his friends into the Golf course for free and Natalie is revealed to be part of a legacy scam, selling her own beer to non-members for cash only and taking profits. She was taught this by the person who trained her. Also, Charles' private investigator Patrick confirms that restaurant waitress Marah is getting two of the employees free meals by using the deactivated accounts of deceased members as Charles states that this is a federal crime. After the rowdy non-members take a golf cart and drive it recklessly into the water which Charles calls the most reckless behavior he's seen in over 20 years of doing this, Jeff declares that he has seen enough. He rounds them up, fires them, and orders them off the property. When Natalie asks if he'll tell her father, he states that he'll think about it. In his exit interview, Andrew expresses remorse for his actions because they might have cost him his only chance to join the PGA. Jeff thanks Charles for his help and takes him to play Golf as long as he doesn't crash any golf carts into the pond. The narrator revealed that Natalie, Andrew, and Marah have moved on to new employment. All club computers were updated with a firewall and security software to keep deceased members' deactivated accounts inaccessible.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Brianna, Jamie.

Lee Schulman, of Old Vinings Inn in Vinings, Georgia hears rumors of unauthorized Civil War tours taking place inside his historical restaurant. The Mystery Diners discover his new waiter Darryl is behind the whole scam with a friend of his who knows nothing about the Civil War (i.e., saying the Civil War started in Atlanta when the first shot was fired at Fort Sumter or claiming that Abraham Lincoln was at the hotel before it existed). Charles' private investor Eliot, who is familiar with Civil War history, has caught Darryl bringing in packaged food and ruining the wines by putting vinegar in them. Lee confronts Darryl and fires him on the spot while having him inform his friend that his Civil War tours are no longer welcome at his restaurant. The narrator doesn't reveal what happened to Darryl afterwards, but he did mention that Lee was no longer having problems at his restaurant since the taping of this sting.

Mystery Diners: Eliot, Kendall.

Uche Nwaneri, owner of the Anchor Bar and Tattoo in Atlanta notices a drop in food and tattoo sales. The Mystery Diners discover that his manager James and the food truck's prep cook Caleb are running a scam to rip off Uche and the food truck's owner Brian. Charles' private investigator Robin confirms that they were keeping the Anchor Bar and Tattoo open after hours with a friend of James and giving away free food, his bartender Jennifer is seen taking breaks to get another tattoo, and his tattoo artist Nick is bartering tattoos for alcohol. During the confrontation, Uche fires James and Brian is made aware of his prep cook's involvement in the scam. The narrator revealed that James still maintains that every decision he made was in the restaurant's best interest. Brian has terminated Caleb and replaced him. The unauthorized tattoo promotion has been discontinued. The sales in the restaurant, food truck, and tattoo studio have returned to normal.

Mystery Diners: Robin, Meagen, Justin.

Danny Hamilton Sr and his son Danny Hamilton Jr., owners of Star Cafe and Star Coaches in Atlanta, are concerned about missing food in their kitchen and a rise in fuel expenses on their buses; they suspect one of their senior bus drivers. For the sting, Mystery Diner Jamie poses as Charles' private investigator Robin's son, who wants one of the party buses for his birthday party. The Mystery Diners discover that one of the bus drivers, Brian, is actually doing his job. But Robin confirms that booking agent Angela, bus driver Sam (a friend of the owners), and prep cook Joseph have been running a side business behind their backs: stealing food and alcohol, booking unauthorized events, and putting extra miles on the bus. Sam is also going off-schedule by picking up people and running a side business. When Angela and Sam are confronted, they are fired and banished from the property. In his exit interview, Sam expressed remorse for his actions in betraying their friendship. Danny Sr. and Danny Jr. take the bus to pick up the people who were dropped off at the pizza parlor while planning to fire Joseph. The narrator revealed that Angela has retired. Sam continues to apologize for his actions. Joseph has also been terminated and started working at another restaurant.

Mystery Diners: Robin, Meagen, Jamie.

Joe and Shauna Grammatico, owners of Epic Rollertainment in Murrieta, California, contact Charles after noticing missing food and merchandise. The Mystery Diners discover that their manager Eric, food truck cashier Brittany, and 2 skate-rental workers Danny and Kaelyn are throwing an unauthorized skating party after Eric closes down the rink 45 minutes early and takes a cover charge at the door. During the party, Brittany was drinking on the job, displaying disrespect for her employers. Eric leaves the bank-deposit bag exposed and Charles' private investigator Eliot reveals that not only do two partygoers steal skates from the rental counter, but they also go to the office to try to steal the money. After Shauna says she can't watch anymore, all three kick the partygoers out of the rink and Joe confronts the thieves and orders them to give back what they stole or he'll call the police. They do and he bans them from Epic Rollertainment. He then rounds up the employees to be confronted by Charles. All four are fired and are not allowed to return. The narrator revealed that Eric, Brittany, Danny, and Kaelyn have found new part-time employment. All other problem employees was terminated while the remaining ones were given bonuses for their loyalty. The two skate thieves were contacted by the authorities and were arrested for their crimes. No more unauthorized skating parties ever happened at Epic Rollertainment.

Byron Takeuchi, of the fast-food restaurant B-Man's Teriyaki and Burgers in Azusa, California becomes suspicious when he notices a drop in customers. The Mystery Diners find that his manager Alberto and drive-thru cashier Hobbs have been pulling scams. Alberto refuses his services because he believes the customers are ruining the environment. Charles' private investigator Eliot reveals that customers are being charged extra for extra napkins and to-go bags. Hobbs is caught pocketing money by utilizing a "Pay It Forward" scam. When Alberto and Hobbs are confronted, Hobbs is fired and Alberto is suspended for a week. The narrator revealed that Hobbs has found work at a competing fast-food chain. Alberto is now following the rules while remaining committed to saving the environment and has started a recycling program at the restaurant.

The Mystery Diners discover that their manager Johnny is running a scam with his girlfriend and one of her friends by buying bottle from a liquor store, bringing them into the club, and selling them for half the price. Also, bottle-service girl Caymen believes she's not getting enough money and is working with a sausage vendor (who was told many times not to operate outside the club) to make up money, causing the poor dinner sales. After Johnny cancels a table reservation to let his girlfriend sell a bottle, Caymen furiously kicks a tray full of drinks and gets into a heated argument with Johnny. When Johnny and Caymen are confronted by their bosses upon breaking up the argument while also telling the unidentified sausage vendor for the final time to leave the property, they are brought before Charles while the customers outside watch. Caymen throws a tantrum and storms off, claiming that she can get a better job at any other club in Hollywood while Johnny is fired. The customers waiting outside express their displeasure on the 2 ex-employees as they leave and praise Charles for getting rid of them. The owners then take Charles into Supperclub to treat him to the dinner services as the customers continue to cheer. The narrator revealed that Johnny still maintains that he did nothing wrong. Mystery Diners: Eliot, Felicia.

Joey Shea, an aspiring restaurateur from Los Angeles, asks Charles to investigate Russian chef Yanni with whom he wants to go into business before he invests his life savings in a new Russian-Mexican fusion restaurant he wants to call "The Russican." He also tells Charles that he's suspicious because he and the wait staff aren't allowed in the kitchen. Charles tells Joey that they will run the sting at the next pop-up event which will be attended by some investors. The Mystery Diners discover that Yanni and his manager wife Bella are conducting a scam to rip off Joey and the other investors. Russian Mystery Diner Eva discovers that Bella doesn't know the Russian language. Yanni and Bella are also shown to be in cahoots with head investor Travis, and female prep cook Olga (who is also Bella's cousin) is sent to buy to-go orders from local Russian and Mexican restaurants before prepping them in the kitchen with bartender Troy's help as confirmed by Charles' private investigator Stephanie, who found no Russian records of Yanni or Bella at the start of the sting. When Bella, Yanni, and Travis are confronted, Bella mistakes Charles for a KGB agent which further confirms she isn't Russian as the KGB went defunct in 1991. She and Yanni come clean about not being Russian after the evidence of them not speaking Russian is revealed upon Joey seeing everything. Joey informs them that their partnership is over and plans to call the police on them. Charles states that he already did the job and they've just arrived. The police arrest them as Olga and Troy are also arrested. The narrator revealed that Yanni, Bella, and Travis are currently being prosecuted. Although accomplices in the scam, Olga and Troy cooperated with the authorities upon their arrest and will receive reduced sentences. Despite these discouraging events, Joey remains optimistic and still plans on opening his own restaurant in the near future.

Mystery Diners: Stephanie, Rob, Eva.

In Pasadena, California, the Homebound Meal Delivery owner Dr. Cynthia Clark contacts Charles after receiving several customer complaints. While setting up a bait house operated by Mystery Diner Hal, the Mystery Diners discover that Chris, one of the drivers, is the direct cause of the customers' complaints, excluding that from an elderly customer named Mary, who's been telling Cynthia her meals are missing so she can eat them for free. Chris has been spending too much time at the home of one customer and being late on his deliveries. Anna, the other driver, is efficient and has never had a single customer complaint, but Charles' private investigator Patrick confirms that she has a DUI violation against her. It is also discovered that her chef John is seen stealing from the other businesses operating at the communal kitchen. During the confrontation, Cynthia fires John on the spot and reprimands Chris and tells him to keep his conversations with customers to a minimum. The narrator revealed that John had started making reparations to the other businesses he stole from in the communal kitchen. Anna has apologized for not being honest about her DUI and hasn't had another traffic violation. Chris has been focused on his deliveries and keeping his conversations to five minutes. Cynthia personally delivers Mary's orders and all of her customers have been receiving their meals on time.

Mystery Diners: Patrick, Hal.

Luca Riemma, owner of Riemma Kitchen Warehouse in Los Angeles, asks Charles after customers complained about finding food inside factory-sealed appliances they'd just purchased. The Mystery Diners discover bigger problems when Robert the security guard sneaks his triplet brothers in after closing hours to make muffins with the warehouse appliances for their "Three Brothers Bakearama" as confirmed by Charles' private investigator Melissa. Just before the confrontation, Luca throws the brothers' freshly-baked muffins on the ground. During the confrontation, Robert asks Luca about partnering with his business, but Luca refuses, fires him, and tells him and his brothers to get out of his warehouse. The narrator revealed that Robert has devoted all of his time and energy into his bakery business. However, he and his brothers have been unsuccessful at finding a new location for "Three Brothers Bakearama."

Mystery Diners: Melissa, Jamie.

Nirav Patel, owner of Smokin' Barrel in Hoboken, New Jersey contacts Charles after noticing a decline in sales every holiday season. The Mystery Diners reveal that his manager Sammy is running a bogus charity with a girl dressed as a street Christmas elf who happens to be her friend. They also witness this elf being rude to Mystery Diner Elliot, who is posing as Santa Claus, and catch her and Sammy splitting the money from their scam. Charles even noted that Elliot has a permit to work as a fundraiser Santa Claus. Also, Charles' private investigator Dennis (who used to work for a Brooklyn precinct of the New York City Police Department) reveals that waitress Mo was badly affected by Sammy's charity scam and had been secretly stealing toys for her own son from a charity Nirav has been running as well as her unpaid parking tickets. When Sammy and Mo confronted, Sammy is fired for her scam and Nirav orders her to leave the restaurant before he calls the police. In her exit interview, Sammy says that she wasn't doing anything wrong. Mo apologizes for not admitting the fines and she stole the toys because Sammy's scam keeps her from getting enough tips to pay for Christmas presents for her son. Nirav spares the waitress upon issuing a final warning: she should come to him if she ever ends up in such a bind again. The narrator revealed that Sammy still maintains that the donations were to go to a legitimate charity. The street elf was given a restraining order where she is not to come within 50 ft. of the restaurant. Nirav has helped Mo pay her fines and buy her son's Christmas gifts. Sales at Smokin' Barrel have returned to normal.

Mystery Diners: Dennis, Jamie, Elliot.

Vlane Carter, owner of the comic book-themed restaurant Action Burger in Brooklyn, New York and the creator of the comics, contacts Charles after some comic books go missing like one Green Lantern comic, one Hawkman comic, and one Donald Duck comic. Thanks to Charles' private investigator Dennis, they discover that Jessica, the female worker portraying Bellona (a Bio-Sapien character) was behind the sales of some of the comics while taking advantage of manager Gary who alongside the other staff members have been debating with the customers about who's a better superhero. During the confrontation, Jessica is fired for her actions. She mentions in her exit interview that she won't give the Bellona costume back to Vlane. Gary apologizes for his negligence and Vlane spares him from termination while putting him on probation. Vlane thanks Charles for his help and plans to create a meal that will be named after him. The narrator revealed that Jessica was contacted by the authorities and is in the midst of making reparations. All employees were reprimanded and no longer engage in debates with the customers about who is a better superhero. A new actress was hired to portray Bellona. No more comic books went missing again at Action Burger.

Mystery Diners: Dennis, Beatrice, Jamie.

In Brooklyn, New York, Breuckelen Colony's owner Kitty Hernandez contacts Charles after hearing complaints about her valet service with Vic's Valet. Charles' private investigator Daniel reveals that Sly and Paul, two valets from Vic's Valet, don't have a permit to work at the restaurant. Upon calling up Vic's Valet to learn about when the contract for the valet service ends, Kitty learns from Vic that her manager Mark had already terminated their contract. Kitty tells Vic that she will rectify this when they meet in 3 days. Mystery Diners Daniel and Jamie discover that Sly and Paul are not doing their jobs. They are parking cars in locations away from the restaurant where parking is prohibited and running an unauthorized car washing service. It's also revealed that they are actually removing parking tickets issued by the meter maid when they parked them next to fire hydrants. The matters are made worse when Kitty learns that Mark is the one behind the scam and is responsible for the rising-water costs at the car-wash station. When Mark is confronted after one of the cars was towed away, Kitty fires him right away for this actions and has plans to notify the authorities on him. In his exit interview, he thought he was doing a good deed for Kitty's business while stating the car wash service was a "visionary thing". Kitty thanks Charles for his help and plans to rectify what happened with the contract to Vic's Valet. The narrator revealed that Mark has not returned the Mystery Diners' calls to him. Sly and Paul were terminated from Vic's Valet. The car-washing servicemen have not returned. Kitty rehired Vic's Valet to handle the valet service.

Mystery Diners: Daniel, Jamie.

Manny Martins, owner of the Spanish Potato Grill in Brick Township, New Jersey is concerned about vandalism and missing items at his new restaurant location which is currently under construction. The Mystery Diners discover that his sous chef Franky (who Manny has butted heads with) is seen making new deals to open his own restaurant with a realtor as revealed by Charles' private investigator Daniel. Manny's hostess Crystal was lying about not having any openings to the restaurant and pulled the fire alarm, making the people panic. Finally, his waiter Bryan is caught vandalizing the place and breaking vases while taking an unopened box. Daniel is able to catch Bryan trying to leave the scene and arrest him. Bringing him back to the Spanish Potato Grill, Manny collects Crystal and Franky to confront all three of them. During this confrontation with Daniel lingering by to be ready to take Bryan to the arriving police car, Manny gets angry at Franky as Stiles had to keep Manny from attacking him. Crystal claimed that she smelled smoke and thought there was a fire. Stiles disagrees with her claims by pointing out that he didn't see any smoke coming from inside the restaurant and called her out for playing a cruel joke on the customers by pulling the fire alarm. Franky, Crystal, and Bryan are all fired and told to get off the property. Manny then plans to serve dinner to Charles. The narrator revealed that Franky has lost his lease on the building he acquired and has been unable to secure a new location. Bryan was contacted by the authorities and has returned the items he stole. Crystal still maintained no wrong-doing and has moved on to new employment. Manny has opened up his new location for another Spanish Potato Grill.

Mystery Diners: Daniel, Megan.

Richard and Marilyn Schlossbach, sibling owners of Langosta Lounge in Asbury Park, New Jersey, contact Charles after noticing a discrepancy in their lobster supply. The Mystery Diners discover different things happening. Their manager Diane is seen having her own order of lobsters at the bottom. Even though efficient with her job, waitress Sam is seen giving out swimsuits to female customers in to-go bags while in cahoots with Eva, the cashier of the swimsuit shop (which Marilyn owns as part of their property) with the purchasing being cash-only. Waiter Mikey is talking negatively about the consumption of lobsters and is seen stealing lobster traps from the marina as confirmed by Charles' private investigator Dennis who also mentions about the penalty of stealing lobster traps. When all four are confronted, Mikey claims that he was preserving the lobster population. Mikey, Sam, and Eva are all fired. Before Richard and Marilyn can decide what to do about Diane, they see footage of Mikey fleeing to the beach in his latest attempt to preserve the lobster population leading Charles to run to the beach to stop him with Dennis right behind him. They succeed in stopping him. Marilyn states that they are at a loss of words for what he saw and Richard orders Mikey to leave the property with Dennis escorting him away possibly to hand him over to the police. Richard and Marilyn thank Charles for his help and plan to cook him a meal. The narrator revealed Mikey remains unapologetic in his actions to preserve the lobster population. Without their own venue, Sam and Eva were unsuccessful at selling their own swimsuit line. Diane was given a second chance and no longer orders lobsters for her own consumption. No lobsters ever went missing again at Langosta Lounge.

Mystery Diners: Dennis, Megan, Natale.

In Maywood, California, Charles Stiles investigates to see if horrifying accusations made against general manager Ryan are true with the help of El Toro De Oro's owner Xavier Franco (who came in from Las Vegas and was friends with Ryan) and the waiters Bryan and Jessica that alerted Charles. As Mystery Diners couldn't set up the hidden cameras and microphones without raising suspicion, the narrator stated that the camera men had to pose as customers. Charles' makeup artists gives Xavier a foolproof disguise so that he and Charles can pose as customers. Senior Mystery Diner Amanda is also there posing as a customer with her date. Xavier gets a good look at the abuse that Ryan is giving to his male waiters and busboys where he even didn't have shift manager Stew properly train the new employees. On top of it, he is also seen giving his girlfriend complimentary meals, allowing her to take checks (which aren't hers since she doesn't work there), and sexually harassing the female waitresses. When Ryan is caught abusing Stew, Amanda manages to put an end to the situation and escorts Ryan to the restaurant's parking lot for the confrontation. There, Xavier removes his disguise and reprimands Ryan for the oppression he's caused with his fellow co-workers. Ryan thought his actions was helping the owner in handling the business, but Charles and Amanda disagree. Charles and Xavier has evidence of his abuse that is not only hurting morale in the restaurant, but also chasing customers away. Xavier fires Ryan and terminates their friendship, stating that Ryan hasn't grown up at all. After Ryan departs, Charles and Amanda suggest to Xavier that he should let his staff know that he appreciates them and that he should promote one of his loyal staff members as manager. The narrator revealed that Ryan has been unsuccessful at mending his friendship with Xavier. His girlfriend was no longer seen at the restaurant while her last check was cancelled before she could cash it. Stew was promoted to general manager. Workplace harmony has returned and employee morale has never been better at El Toro De Oro.

Mystery Diners: Amanda, Bryan, Jessica.

Tony Rivoli, owner of Rivoli's in Tom's River, New Jersey begins to believe that his new meat-purveyor Eric is selling him stolen goods. He thinks his order prices are too good to be true. Charles sends in Mystery Diner Danny who has trouble infiltrating the restaurant because it is a family-owned business and they don't like outsiders. Meanwhile, Charles' private investigator Daniel did a background check on Eric and revealed that he was in prison from 2009 to 2012 for aggravated assault and also has warrants for his arrest in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Delaware. Eric also gave out a business card for a meat packing company that Daniel discovered was bogus (the address was for an abandoned warehouse). Later, Daniel drove over to Eric's house where his delivery truck was and Eric's driver Les came to pick him up and trailed them to an abandoned building next to the railroad tracks where another delivery truck was waiting. Tony and Charles find out that the meat being sold for low prices was actually from another meat packing company, with a delivery which they received from a truck driver named Omar. After they witness Omar trying to end their deal only to be roughed up by them, Charles asked Daniel to call the police and to have them meet him at the restaurant. When the staff members find that Danny has a wire on him, Tony runs down there and clears things up with them. When all of them meet, the police officers have arrived and placed handcuffs on Eric and Les, leading to Charles and Tony confronting them about lying about their pasts and for their actions. Tony terminates his connections with Eric and Les who are then taken away by the police. Being pleased that none of his staff and family were involved, Tony thanks Charles and plans to cook him a pasta dish. The narrator revealed that Eric and Les are currently awaiting trial and no longer provide meat to people. The other meat packing company was informed of the scheme and Omar was terminated for his involvement. Tony's old meat-purveyor was rehired. Tony is happy to report that meat prices are just right at Rivoli's.

Mystery Diners: Daniel, Danny.

Steve Kovach, owner of Nashville Street Tacos and The Stillery in Nashville, Tennessee, believes his part-time apartment above his restaurant gets used while he's out of town. Charles Stiles sends in Mystery Diners Jamie and Brooke to investigate. They uncover serious problems with Chris, the manager at The Stillery and Lacey, a female prep cook at Nashville Street Tacos involved in a scam. Chris is obviously running a rental scam for a self-help group in an apartment (under an assumed name on a rental website) that Steve owns when he's away and later a party secretly booked by Charles' private investigator Kimberly for Jamie who brought his cat over where Steve is allergic to cats. In addition, Lacey is seen upstairs cleaning the bathroom and taking out the trash before the next party arrives in order to suppress any suspicions. During the confrontation, Chris tries to convince Steve that he was trying to help bring in extra cash, but Charles doesn't believe him. Steve fires him and Lacey. The narrator revealed that Chris and Lacey have moved on to new employment. No self-help group meetings are ever held in Steve's apartment. Steve was partially-inspired to rent out his apartment as long as the tenants follow his house rules.

Rose Melillo and Tom Kiermaier, the owners of Belcourt Taps in Nashville, Tennessee, contacts Charles Stiles for help after hearing rumors that their songwriting contest is rigged. 80s pop star Tiffany Darwish goes undercover as a Mystery Diner to investigate. The Mystery Diners show Rose and Tom that they have a right to be concerned thanks to the bartender Lee and the sound engineer Benjamin. Lee had been sabotaging the singers with free alcohol and getting them drunk so they can't perform properly and also setting off a blender to drown out the sound of their singing. Benjamin was seen messing around with the stage and sound so the other performers who weren't so intoxicated couldn't perform well. On top of it, they're having contest performers sing songs written by Lee and rigging the votes so they can win, all confirmed by Charles' private investigator Angela who also revealed that Benjamin owns his own recording company. This leads up to a singer named Paige winning the contest with a song from Lee that contained lyrics from her phone. When Rose and Tom confront Lee, Benjamin, and Paige, the two men tried to claim it was for the good of the restaurant. Rose and Tom don't believe this. When Charles asks Paige if she knew that part of the song she sang was from someone else, Paige doesn't answer and starts to silently cry which Charles takes as a "no." Rose and Tom fire Lee and Benjamin while also telling Paige that she is disqualified from the contest. In his exit interview, Lee maintained he did nothing wrong and thought he was doing a good deed for Rose and Tom's business. Rose and Tom then thank Charles for his help. The narrator revealed that Lee and Benjamin have ended their collaboration. Outside of Paige, the other three singers who won previous contests with Lee's songs were also disqualified. The singing contest no longer has problems at Belcourt Taps.
