Old Hundred is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Scotland County, North Carolina, United States. Its population was 287 as of the 2010 census.[1] Old Hundred has the lowest per capita income ($5,846) of any CDP in North Carolina.[3]

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the community has an area of 0.971 square miles (2.51 km2), all of it land.[1] U.S. Route 74 passes through the community.[4]
