Pozděchov is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 13.44 square kilometres (5.19 sq mi), and has a population of around 600.

Pozděchov lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Vsetín, 21 km (13 mi) east of Zlín, and 272 km (169 mi) east of Prague.
