Safa Khaneh Rural District (Persian: دهستان صفاخانه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Shahin Dezh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 7,970, in 1,575 families.[2] The rural district has 21 villages.
