Highway 623 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from the Highway 13 near Ogema to Highway 334. Highway 623 is about 45 km (28 mi.) long.

Communities[]
is just to the west of Highway 623. Piapot Indian Reserve #75 is on the highway to the eastern direction. Truax and Ogema are the main communities along this route.

The highway travels through the Dirt Hills geophysical area of Saskatchewan.[1]
Dunnet Regional Park is near Truax. Ogema Regional Park is as a Conservation area of Ogema[2]
