Tengiz Grigoriyevich Sulakvelidze (Georgian: თენგიზ სულაქველიძე) (born 23 July 1956 in Kutaisi) is a former Georgian footballer.

Sulakvelidze made his debut for the Soviet Union on 26 March 1980 in a friendly against Bulgaria.[1] He went on to play in the 1982 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1988. He scored a goal in a UEFA Euro 1988 qualifier against Iceland.
