Twenty musicians arrive at the mansion. First is Jamie, followed by Ryan, and they begin talking to each other and seem to have a good connection. More and more people arrive, and Rudi and Matt form a connection. Everyone else is mostly mingling amongst one another and trying to get to know everyone better. Jamie finds a good connection with both Ryan and Trevor. Bri and Chris seem to like each other. Julia finds connections with Sheridan, Brandon, and Josh. The first date card arrives and it is for Ryan, and he brings Jamie along on a date. Another date card arrives and it belongs to Matt. Despite the strong connection between him and Rudi, he chooses to bring Mel on the date, which upsets Rudi. Matt and Mel do not develop a deeper connection on the date, leaving Matt nervous about not receiving a rose. Michael, Jack, Josh, and Russell are eliminated.
2"Week 2"April 20, 2020 (2020-04-20)1022.79[13]0.6[13]
Three new women arrive in the mansion in this episode: Ruby, Natascha, and Mariana. Jamie receives a date card and brings Trevor with her, and meanwhile, Natascha arrives. She meets everyone and realizes that she knows Trevor (who is still on the date) because she is friends with his ex, who he apparently lied to and cheated on. When Trevor and Jamie return, she brings him into a room and confronts him about it, and he admits to emotional cheating. Jamie is upset but ultimately decides to continue her relationship with Trevor. The next date card goes to Bri, and she chooses Chris and they go to Guitar Center. They seem to really connect on their date. Another date card arrives for Sheridan, and he brings Julia to the iHeartRadio studio, where they sing together on live radio. Yet another date card arrives for Savannah, and she brings Brandon. At this point, many women are vying for Brandon's rose, particularly Savannah, Julia, and Mel. Mel is upset when Savannah chooses Brandon and runs out of the room. When Julia returns from her date with Sheridan, she hears that Savannah is on a date and also is disturbed by this. Meanwhile, the rest of the women try to form connections with the men in hopes of receiving a rose. Ryan is sought by both Rudi and Natascha, but Rudi doesn't feel a connection so she reconciles with Matt, who she still has feelings for. Mel and Julia continue to talk to Brandon, to Savannah's and Sheridan's dismay. Mel, Cheyenne, and Mariana are eliminated.
3"Week 3"April 27, 2020 (2020-04-27)1032.81[14]0.6[14]
Chris Harrison announces that everyone must solidify their relationships and be ready to move forward as a serious couple or they will have to leave. Solidified couples who want to move forward together are Chris and Bri, Danny and Bekah, Matt and Rudi, Ryan and Natascha, and Trevor and Jamie. Chris Harrison announces that the couples will begin performing together in front of celebrity judges, and they will be judged on singing and romantic chemistry. Each week, a couple will be eliminated, and the last couple remaining will be able to record their own music with a producer and go on tour. A date card arrives and it is for Danny and Bekah. They go on a fashion date, trying on new outfits and having a photoshoot together. Later, Natascha and Ryan receive a date card and they go to a Chris Lane concert and sing. It is time for the performances, which are being judged by Kesha, Jason Mraz, Jojo Fletcher, and Jordan Rodgers. First up is Rudi and Matt, who sing "Fallin All In You" by Shawn Mendes. The judges are impressed by Rudi and Matt's performance and think they complement each other well. Next is Bri and Chris, who sing “Beyond” by Leon Bridges. They, too, impress the judges. A performance of “Ho Hey” by the Lumineers from Bekah and Danny follows. The judges note that their romantic chemistry seems a bit off. Brandon and Savannah are next, and they sing “I Want You to Want Me” by Cheap Trick. Similar to what they said about Bekah and Danny, the judges question where Brandon and Savannah are romantically. Julia and Sheridan sing “As Long As You Love Me” by Backstreet Boys, and the judges like their chemistry onstage. Next, Ryan and Natascha sing “Stay” by Rihanna, and the judges (particularly Jason Mraz) love Natascha's powerful voice and thought their onstage chemistry was great. Lastly, Jamie and Trevor perform “I Could Use a Love Song” by Maren Morris. The judges praise Jamie's "vulnerability" and like their performance overall. It is time for the rose ceremony, conducted by Chris Harrison. Bekah and Danny are eliminated, and the remaining couples get emotional.
