The Bachelor (season 5) is the fifth season of ABC reality television series The Bachelor. The show featured the first non-American bachelor, Jesse Palmer, courting 25 women. At 25 years old, Palmer remains the youngest Bachelor suitor in the entire series. The season premiered on April 7, 2004 and concluded on May 19, 2004 with Jessica Bowlin named as the winner, Palmer did not propose to her and continue to date, but ended their relationship several weeks after the finale.
