The Chicken Rice Shop is a Halal Malaysian family restaurant chain established in June 2000 that preserves the authentic taste of traditional Hainanese Chicken Rice by utilising a conventional Hainanese secret chicken rice recipe passed down through generations, originating from Hainan Island. This authentic dish comes with four choices of chicken: Hainanese Steamed, Crispy Roast, Prime Honey BBQ, or Soy Sauce Chicken, served with a side of fluffy, aromatic chicken rice cooked in wholesome chicken broth.

Building on the passion for bringing delicious hearty meals to people from all walks of life is their slogan “Chicken Rice and More” / “Bukan Sekadar Nasi Ayam”. The Chicken Rice Shop combines the taste of Hainanese and Malaysian flavours in their menu, featuring more than 25 other local favourites from their signature Nyonya Pai Tee to Curry Laksa and more so that there is something for everyone to love when dining at The Chicken Rice Shop.

The Chicken Rice Shop is a household name beloved by Malaysians of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds. The Chicken Rice Shop operates more than 100 restaurants across Malaysia with their family-friendly settings where families, friends and co-workers can share memorable gatherings. The Chicken Rice Shop aims to share its authentic chicken rice with other parts of the world and continues to deliver the best dining experience for all to enjoy.

TCRS Group of Restaurants also owns and operates DubuYo, which offers the very best of Korean cuisine in a comfortable and trendy environment, and Sepiring. This all-day dining cafe serves amazing durian pancake and Nyonya Nasi Ulam with Ayam Percik.
