Ulma (Ukrainian: Ульма, romanized: Ulma) is a commune located in Suceava County, Bukovina, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Costileva, Lupcina, Măgura, Nisipitu and Ulma.
According to the 2002 Romanian census, 1342 inhabitants (58,7%) are Ukrainians, whereas 946 (41,3%) are Romanian.[1] At the 2011 census, 59.4% of inhabitants were Romanians and 35.1% Ukrainians. At the 2002 census, 99% were Eastern Orthodox.
