Vienna Township is one of five townships in Scott County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 10,008 and it contained 4,467 housing units.[3]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 40.46 square miles (104.8 km2), of which 40.09 square miles (103.8 km2) (or 99.09%) is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 km2) (or 0.91%) is water.[3]
