Volodymyr Parkhomenko (Ukrainian: Володимир Іванович Пархоменко; born 17 October 1957) is a Ukrainian football coach and a former player.

Since the Russian occupation of eastern Ukraine, Parkhomenko has been coaching football teams on occupied territories.
