Walid Abbas Al Balushi (Arabic: وليد عباس; born 11 June 1985) is a professional association football player who plays for Shabab Al-Ahli.

Biography[]

Abbas was born in Dubai. He currently plays for Al Ahli in the UAE Football League. He wears the number 5 shirt for the club and wears the number 3 shirt for the national sports team.

International career[]

He is a member of the United Arab Emirates since 2008 and was named at the 2011 and 2015 AFC Asian Cup squads. In the 2011 tournament, he scored 2 own goals in 2 matches, against Iran and Iraq.
