Zástřizly is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.67 square kilometres (2.58 sq mi), and has a population of 149 (as at 3 July 2006).

Zástřizly lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Kroměříž, 32 km (20 mi) west of Zlín, and 230 km (143 mi) south-east of Prague.
