The 2021–22 season is Stevenage's eighth consecutive season in League Two and their 46th year in existence. Along with competing in League Two, the club will also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.

Pre-season friendlies[]

Stevenage announced they would have friendlies against Hitchin Town,[1] St Albans City,[1] Wycombe Wanderers,[1] Ipswich Town,[1][2] Crystal Palace U23,[3] Watford[4] and Dover Athletic[5] as part of their pre-season preparations.
