– Tri-Valley-San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority plans to begin rail service between the Tri-Valley and San Joaquin Valley in California.^[16]
– Earliest date the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority Blue Line light rail is expected to start operations in Austin, Texas. The project is funded by Project Connect.^[17]
– Earliest date the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority Orange Line light rail is expected to start operations in Austin, Texas. The project is funded by Project Connect.^[17]
