Burger Urge is a Brisbane-based Gourmet Burger chain founded by brothers Sean and Colby Carthew in 2007, as a small local restaurant on Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.[1]

As of 2021, Burger Urge has grown to 26 restaurants within Australia.
