CSAIC USVs are unmanned surface vehicles developed by China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) Shenzhen subsidiary, and by end of 2021, two USVs have been revealed:

Sea Thunderbolt[]

Sea Thunderbolt (Hai-Pi-Li, 海霹雳) is the largest USV developed by CASIC.[1][2] Sea Thunderbolt USV can be fully autonomous, remotely controlled, or manned when in operation.[2] Specification:[1][2]

Shark Hunter[]

Shark Hunter (Lie-Sha-Zhe, 猎鲨者) is a USV designed for patrol and surveillance duties.[1][2] The current version is equipped with electro-optical sight for surveillance missions, but it can also be equipped with RCWS as well. Specification:[1]

  • Beam (m): 2.5
  • Weight (t): 3
  • Top speed (kt): 40
