Cebu City's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Cebu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987.[3] The district consists of forty six barangays of the city locally referred to as the "North District". It was represented in the 18th Congress by Raul del Mar of the Liberal Party (LP) until November 16, 2020 when he died in office.[4]
House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco has been designated as the caretaker of the said congressional district.[5]
