Maria Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco (born December 25, 1981) is a Filipino politician from Liloan, Cebu, Philippines. She currently serves as the mayor of Liloan.[2] Frasco previously served as consultant to her mother, Governor Gwendolyn Garcia in 2011.[3]

Frasco was recently elected as President of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Cebu Chapter and as National Vice President of LMP.[4][5]
