The second season of Drag Race Holland premiered on 6 August[1] and concluded on 24 September 2021. The competition is broadcast on Videoland in the Netherlands and on WOW Presents Plus internationally. The competition sees ten Dutch drag queens compete for the title of the next Dutch Drag Superstar, a cash prize of €15,000, a crown and scepter by Fierce Drag Jewels, and a stage on the 2022 edition of the Dutch Milkshake festival.[2]
The cast was officially announced via social media on 27 July 2021.[3]
The winner of the second season was Vanessa Van Cartier, with My Little Puny ending as runner-up.

The ten queens enter the work room for the first time. For this week's maxi challenge, the queens must perform a talent in front of the judges. The talents were:
On the runway, category is Nightlife Extravaganza. Keta Minaj, My Little Puny, Vanessa Van Cartier and Vivaldi all received praise for their talent show and for their runway. Keta Minaj ultimately won the challenge. Ivy-Elyse, Juicy Kutoure and Reggy B were all negatively critiqued, with Ivy-Elyse being saved. Juicy Kutoure and Reggy B then lip-synced to "Physical" by Dua Lipa. Reggy B won the lip-sync, and Juice Kutoure was the first queen to sashay away.

For this week's mini-challenge, the queens must do a photoshoot whilst on a bicycle. The Countess wins the mini-challenge. For the main challenge, the queens must create a couture outfit made with camping materials. On the runway, Love Masisi, The Countess and Vivaldi all receive positive critiques, with The Countess winning the challenge. Ivy-Elyse, Reggy B and Tabitha receive negative critiques, with Tabitha being safe. Ivy-Elyse and Reggy B lip-sync to "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston. Ivy-Elyse wins the lip-sync, eliminated Reggy B from the competition.

Ivy-Elyse plays Gerda the Mermaid, Keta Minaj plays Little Red Riding Hood, My Little Puny plays DJ Prince and the Fairy Godmother, Tabitha plays Mama, The Countess plays Sleeping Beauty, Vanessa Van Cartier plays Cinderulla and Vivaldi plays Snow White. On the runway, category is Statements. My Little Puny, Keta Minaj and Tabitha receive positive critiques, with My Little Puny winning the challenge. Ivy-Elyse, The Countess and Vanessa Van Cartier receive negative critiques, with Vanessa Van Cartier being saved. Ivy-Elyse and The Countess lip-sync to "Free Your Mind" by En Vogue. Fred tells Ivy-Elyse that she did better in the lip-sync, but would be going home due to this being her third time in the bottom two. On the runway, Keta Minaj, Vanessa Van Cartier and Vivaldi receive positive critiques, with Vanessa Van Cartier winning the challenge. My Little Puny, Tabitha and The Countess all receive negative critiques, and are all forced to lip-sync. They lip-sync to "Call Me Mother" by RuPaul. My Little Puny and Tabitha win the lip-sync, and The Countess sashays away.

For this week's mini-challenge, the queens play a game of Emoji memory. My Little Puny wins. For the main challenge, the queens must overact in the daytime television show Koffie Meid. After filming for the main challenge, Vanessa Van Cartier and Vivaldi get into a heated argument. Vanessa Van Cartier then reveals that Vivaldi has a cellphone in her hotel room, which is a clear violation of the rules. On the runway, category is Opposites Attract. Keta Minaj and My Little Puny receive positive critiques, with Keta Minaj winning the challenge. Tabitha, Vanessa Van Cartier and Vivaldi all receive negative critiques. Fred then tells Vivaldi that she has broken the rules and gets very angry about it. The queens all say that Vivaldi should be disqualified. Fred does not disqualify her, but instead puts her in the bottom two along with Tabitha. They lip-sync to "Lekker met de meiden" by . Vivaldi wins the lip-sync, and Tabitha sashays away.

For the mini-challenge, the queens must impersonate another queen in the "Miss Match" pageant. Vanessa Van Cartier wins the mini-challenge. For the main challenge, the queens must act in the murder mystery "De Moord op de Hak". On the runway, category is Double Dutch. My Little Puny wins the challenge, with Vanessa Van Cartier being safe. Keta Minaj and Vivaldi are in the bottom two and lip-sync to "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen. Vivaldi wins the lip-sync, and Keta Minaj sashays away.

For the queens final challenge, they must write their own verse and perform to "Vieren" by Famke Louise. They then must present their best drag on the runway. All the eliminated queens return. The title of Miss Congeniality is given to Tabitha. Vivaldi is then eliminated, leaving My Little Puny and Vanessa Van Cartier as the final two. They lip-sync to "This Is My Life" by Shirley Bassey. Vanessa Van Cartier is revealed to be the winner, leaving My Little Puny as the runner-up.
