Kinboshi Ramen is a pair of ramen shops in Portland, Oregon. The restaurants previously operated as Marukin Ramen outposts, until 2021. The shops are located on Southeast Ankeny, in southeast Portland's Buckman neighborhood, and within downtown's Pine Street Market, which is housed in Old Town Chinatown's United Carriage and Baggage Transfer Building.[1]
