L. V. Locsin Building is an 18-storey building at 6752 Ayala Avenue[1] at Makati Avenue in Makati City. The building is the first in the Philippines to have no corner columns.[2] The building is named after National Artist of the Philippines for Architecture Leandro Locsin, the architect of the building.[3] It is one of the most sought after office buildings in Makati CBD because of its power address (Ayala Ave. cor. Makati Ave.)[4]
