Future Missions[]

In July 2021, Minister for Foreign affairs Simon Coveney announced the creation of four new missions.[28]

  • An embassy in Dakar, Senegal
  • A consulate general in Lyon, France.
  • A consulate general in Miami, USA.
  • A consulate general in Toronto, Canada.

As of August 2021, it is unclear when said missions will begin operating.
