  • Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) - a retired ocean liner originally built for the Cunard Line, which operated by Cunard as both a transatlantic liner and a cruise ship from 1969 to 2008 (except during the Falklands War, when she served as a troopship). Since 18 April 2018, she has been operating as a floating hotel in Dubai.[9]
  • Note: Queen Elizabeth 2 was in fact named after Queen Elizabeth II. The irrefutable evidence is that the gilded bust that stands in the ship's queen's room depicts the queen, not her mother.[10]
