The Miss Indiana USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Indiana in the Miss USA pageant and the name of the title held by those representatives. This pageant is currently produced by CROWN MOXIE, the team of JScot Reid and Miss Indiana USA 2008 Brittany Mason, who also direct Miss Universe Ireland. It was formerly produced by Sanders & Associates based in Buckhannon, West Virginia.[1]

The pageant is currently held in Anderson and has previously been hosted by Merrillville, Michigan City, Indianapolis, Carmel and Fort Wayne.[2][3][4][5]

The most recent placement was Alexis Lete in 2020, finished 3rd runner-up.

Nine Miss Indiana USA winners have previously held the Miss Indiana Teen USA title and competed at Miss Teen USA and three were previously competed in other states (Florida, Georgia and Virginia), at twelve second to Virginia. Two Miss winners have also competed at Miss America.

A'Niyah Birdsong of Anderson was crowned Miss Indiana USA 2021 on July 26, 2021 at Paramount Theatre in Anderson. She represented Indiana at the Miss USA 2021 pageant.
