Saint-Michel-de-Bannières is a commune in the Lot department in south-western France. There is a twelfth-century church fortified during the later 15th century. The current mayor is Gaëligue Jos, elected in 2020.

The population was 300 according to the census in 2007 (-9% as compared to the 1999 census), with 48% men and 52% women, 26.5% of the total population is single. About 8.3% of the population was unemployed in 2007 as compared to 11.2% in 1999.
