Silver Spring Library is a light rail station that is currently under construction. It will be part of the Purple Line in Maryland.

History[]

The Silver Spring Library station was envisioned as early as 2015, when space for the station was left in the design of the Silver Spring Library. The station itself will be added to the library, and is expected to open to the public as late as 2027.[3]
