Sweffling is a village and a civil parish in the East Suffolk district, in the county of Suffolk, England. Nearby settlements include the town of Saxmundham and the village of Rendham.
The medieval church of St Mary the Virgin, restored in 1832, is a grade II* listed building.[2]

The village is a hive of activity, from the parish council meetings, tennis club, CAMRA award-winning pub The Sweffling White Horse and a variety of accommodation Holiday cottages and safari tents at Sweffling Hall Farm and campsite / glampsite at Alde garden behind the Village pub.
There is a great community spirit with Tennis club, village events, community meals, mobile library and month bus to one of the larger towns. The whole village is kept up to date with the joint village news 'The Bridge' which is hand delivered monthly, and the village website.
