Černouček is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.71 square kilometres (1.43 sq mi), and has a population of 272 (as at 31 December 2007).
Černouček lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Litoměřice, 39 km (24 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 32 km (20 mi) north of Prague.
