Chotěšov is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.81 square kilometres (3.02 sq mi), and has a population of 472 (as at 31 December 2007).

Chotěšov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Litoměřice, 25 km (16 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 46 km (29 mi) north-west of Prague.
