Sedlec is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.99 square kilometres (1.54 sq mi), and has a population of 188 (as at 31 December 2007).

Sedlec lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Litoměřice, 24 km (15 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 50 km (31 mi) north-west of Prague.
